Abstract

This research raises  the  issue  of Implementation of Islamic  religious  education in early  childhood in Nurul Islam Early Childhood  School of Pagar Alam. This study used  qualitative research methods to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects. Techniques of data collection that used were interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of this study, it indicated that the implementationof Islamic religious education in early childhood in Nurul Islam Early Childhood  School of Pagar Alam by guiding and implementing the teachings of Islam prescribed, like teaching good morals to children, fardlu prayers properly, training children to learn the Qur’an by Iqro.Inhibiting factors in implementing early childhood religious education is an internalfactor, in the form of awareness and understanding of each individual to perform religious teachings, such as the five daily prayers, learn to read the Qur’an and doing good to others.  While external factors, the form of guidance and attention from parents, relationships in the community around them,  and the education obtained from the school.  The efforts to overcome the obstacles in implementing early childhood religious education is to provide exemplary and attention and affection to the child, so they can follow what was ordered by parents and teachers

Abstract

This  paper   discusses  strategies based  learning   multiple   intelligences.  Which   has   focused  on the  concept of multiple  intelligences based learning  strategies, training  and  developing 8 (eight)  value  of intelligence (Multiple Intelligences) and  the  contribution of multiple  intelligences learning  strategy  based on National Education. Theory of multiple intelligences triggered  by Howard  Gardner,  is used  as an analytical tool, ie linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial, musical, kinesthetic, interpersonal, and intrapersonalnya, natural.  To know  the  trend  of the  intelligence of every child in the  concept of multiple  intelligences will be tested using the research of Multiple Intelligences Research (MIR). With MIR teachers will be easier  knowing  the tendency of students’  intelligence. Abstract

Alquran al-Hujurat contain  values which can be a reference to a character in a character education in Indonesia, which is facing a moral crisis. The type is library research with critical analytical method and analytic interpretation.The Issues  raised  are:  how  al - Hujurat  reveal  character education?, what  values  of character education are  contained in it? and  what  are  the  implications of character education in Surat  al - Hujurat  in the  world  of education? The  results  showed that  the  character education contained in al-Hujurat  included manners to God, to the Prophet Muhammad and to his fellow man  of him. There are values of commendable character and values of despicable character in it. Implications of character education in al-Hujurat to the world of education is that educators (teachers) and learners (students) must adhere to the ethics code of teachers and pupils.

Abstract

Indonesian national  law derived  from western law, customary law and Islamic law. Given the efforts to  establish the  institution  of Islamic  law  in Indonesia experienced many  challenges and  Religious  Courts institutions is still lacking in authority. Prof. Dr. H. Busthanul Arifin, SH continue to think seriously to make Islamic law as an integral part of the national  legal system. In the end, he can implement his ideals. Based on the above background of this study  revealed three  issues,  namely  First, Is Arifin Busthanul  contribute ideas  about  the institutionalization of Islamic  law in the  national  legal system.  Second, Is Arifin Busthanul  thinking  about  the authority of the Religious Courts in the national  legal system.  Third, How implications Arifin Busthanul  thinking on the institutionalization of Islamic law and  the authority  of the Religious Courts in the national  legal system to the development of Islamic law in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was  that Muslims know  the figures that played  a major  role behind the  enactment of Law Number.  7 Year 1989 regarding the  enactment of the Religious and Islamic Law Compilation  (KHI).Theoretical  studies in this research is the theory of the formation of the institutionalization of Islamic law, the theory of the relation  between religion and state  law and political theory. This research is a research study of character with the historical approach, the approach of the Act, the conceptual approach, and the comparative approach and data analysis techniques using inductive method. The results  of this study explains  that Islamic  law referred to and  determined by the legislation  can  apply directly without  going through  traditional  law,  the  Republic  of Indonesia (the  Government) can  set  something of a problem in accordance with Islamic  law, all the  settings  that apply only to the  followers  of Islam and  results Busthanul  Arifin contribute ideas  about  the  institutionalization of Islamic  law  are:  1. draft  Law on  Religious Courts, 2. draft Compilation  of Islamic  Law. Privileges Religious Courts under  Act Number.  3 2006 was  in the field of civil law include:  marriage, inheritance wills, grants,  endowments, alms,  charity, donation and  sharia economy. Implications of thought  Busthanul  Arifin against  the  Islamic  law in Indonesia is the  emergence  of legislation  that comes from Islamic  law, for example the  Law on Hajj, Zakat, Infak, Endowments, Economic Regulation  Based Regional Shari’ah and religion.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to understand the involving boarding school in mental revolution. The approach be used  in research was library research with descriptive analysis method. The data  were  collected through  references review  those  connect to the involving boarding school  in mental revolution.  The research sample was 4 (four) boarding schools,  consist  of 1. PP Amanatul  Ummah Wonocolo, Surabaya,  Jawa  Timur 2. PP Suryalaya Godebag, Desa Tanjung Kerta, Pagerageung, Tasikmalaya 3. PP Nurul Barokah  Beji, Bojongsari, Purbalingga, Jawa  Tengah  4. PP Al-Anwar Sarang, Rembang, Jawa  Tengah.  The research result indicates that those  boarding schools  had  involved  in mental revolution  to educate in thousands of students and  product graduations those  had God’s marcy  mental in the word (mental rahmatan lil ‘alamin),  good character, as well as glorify divinity and humanity values

Abstract

The main aim in this paper  is to determine the specificity of the nature  of the science of law (being suigeneris) and  the  development of the  jurisprudence of the  various  schools  that  dominate the  priodesasi the development of science in general.  Besides,  it is also about  schools  posistisme studied law which  is still to be  the  center of various  legal studies, although these schools  has  been criticized  by experts, especially after  the  emergence of the  theory  of relativity sebagaiman effect  on  natural  sciences (exact). Indonesia actually  embrace pluralism  in the  law, but in practice dominated by the  understanding of legal positivism. This understanding on the one hand  a major contribution to the establishment of law in Indonesia, especially in relation  to the legal hierarchy.  In another section of this paper  provides  a practical overview  of normative law as a form of research with various ragaan  easily understood. It mainly deals with issues  or legal problems that should  be put forward  by the applicant in determining the design  of the studies law

Abstract

This article  is motivated by a phenomenon in the  achievement of student achievement that shows that  the  impulse to achieve the  feat of learning  in students is still low. Many things  that  have  a positive  and significant correlation of student learning achievement associated with them  is the concept of self-esteem and achievement motivation of students. View of education experts about  increasing and  decreasing the learning achievement of individuals can be influenced by the concept of self and motivation of its (Garg, Melanson  and Levin, 2007; Marjoribanks,  2003, Hill, Castellino, Lansford, Nowlin, Dodge, and Bates, 2004). The purpose of this paper  is to describe the self-concept and achievement motivation and student achievement.

Abstract

Al-Quran sebagai kalamullah ditransfer dan diabadikan dalam bentuk teks tulis, dikodifikasi, dan di­ cetak dalam cetakan yang variatif. Fokus dan tujuan utama dari tulisan ini menelusuri otoritas dan jejak sejarah berdirinya Lembaga Percetakan mushaf al-Quran (LPQ) Kementerian Agama dan dinamikanya di era reformasi. Sejak tahun 1953 M. Kementerian Agama telah memiliki lembaga percetakan mushaf al-Quran. Baru kemudian selanjutnya pada tahun 2008 Kementrian Agama di bawah kepemimpinan menteri Agama Muhammad Maftuh Basyuni, mendirikan Lembaga Percetakan Al Quran (LPQ) yang terletak di Ciawi Bogor, Jawa Barat. Untuk cetakan pertama secara operasional mulai berproduksi pada bulan Mei 2009. Lembaga Percetakan al-Quran ini kemudian berubah menjadi Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Direktorat Jenderal Bimas Islam Kementerian Agama berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Agama No. 27/2013 tertanggal 28 Maret 2013 dengan nama Unit Percetakan al-Quran (UPQ). Di Indonesia otoritas percetakan dan penerbitan Al-Qur’an harus mendapat persetujuan dari pemerintah melalui Kementerian Agama RI. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk mempermudah pengontrolan dan pemeriksaan terhadap mushaf al-Qur’an yang terbit dan beredar di Indonesia. Untuk menangani masalah ini, Kementerian Agama membentuk lembaga khusus bersama Lajnah Pentashih Al-Qur’an agar terjaga dari segala kekeliruan dan kesalahan, baik segaja ataupun tidak disengaja.

It is a fact that  almost  all industrial  fields and aspects of modern life do not escape the reach of this technology, because it has been proven to be able to bring a number of value and benefit  to the national  development significant Indonesia and civilization of mankind in this world. With the advancement in the field of ICT is growing at an exponentially and take the positives out of the field of ICT is expected to be Indonesian nation to excel in all areas.
