Abstract

This study delves into the intricate intersection of human behavior, cognition, and technology within the cybersecurity domain, aiming to enhance our understanding of the human-centric challenges influencing the effectiveness of cybersecurity measures. The primary objective is to unravel the nuanced landscape where human errors persist as a significant contributing factor to security breaches, emphasizing the need for a holistic comprehension of human factors. The study recognizes the evolving nature of work, with an increasing number of individuals operating from home, and the consequential challenges in managing human factors in the digital era. The blurring lines between private and public lives, coupled with the rise of social credit systems, necessitate a thorough examination of key elements intersecting with cybersecurity Employing a systematic literature review, this research methodically identifies, filters, and analyzes pertinent literature concerning human-centric factors in cybersecurity. The systematic approach involves the formulation of specific research questions guiding the study, strategic search plans targeting reputable databases, and meticulous study selection processes based on predefined criteria The study unfolds through a series of interconnected research questions, addressing the impact of human factors on operational efficiency, challenges in the adoption of human-centric approaches, and the ways in which human factors influence strategic decision-making in cybersecurity. The results shed light on the substantial contribution of understanding user behavior and cognitive processes to the development of tailored cybersecurity strategies. Challenges, such as security fatigue and the scarcity of psychology-based professionals, are addressed, advocating for human factors engineering and strategic initiatives to enhance education and training programs. In conclusion, embracing a human-centric paradigm emerges as imperative for organizations striving to fortify their defenses against dynamic and sophisticated cyber threats. Integrating technology with a profound understanding of human factors becomes the cornerstone for shaping a resilient and adaptive cybersecurity future.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to design on waste stabilization pond model and evaluate the treatment efficiency of system by Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD5), Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen (TKN), Total Suspended Solid (TSS), Temperature (T) and Turbidity, the system includes an anaerobic, facultative and maturation ponds that is used to treat waste water and water samples is collected from 4 different sites and also 3 different times of water samples, then mixed them before adding to the system, the initial concentration of T(27.3±1.93°C), pH (8.85±0.23), Turbidity (9.73±0.57 NTU), TSS (8.33±2.52 mg/l), BOD5(11.67±1.26 mg/l), COD (24.88±3.81mg/l and TKN(0.98±0.99mg/l, in addition, the experiment took 45 days to monitor the waste water in the stabilization ponds and 5 days of detention time of sampling water to test, consequently, the results revealed that, the treatment efficiency at maturation pond of effluent values of each parameter varies from 73 to 99 %, there are T (0.47%), pH (20.74%), turbidity (82.10%), TSS (79.68%), BOD5(73.88%), COD (75.27% and TKN (86.54%).

Abstract

The Six Sigma method has been proven effective in industry for reducing process variability, increasing customer satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiency. This research aims to analyze the role of the Six Sigma method as a systematic approach in controlling and improving product quality. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive methods. The results of this research reveal that the application of the Six Sigma Method in controlling and improving product quality has a significant positive impact. Controlling process variability, focusing on customer satisfaction, and using statistical methods in data analysis have succeeded in increasing product consistency, building customer loyalty, and providing a strong basis for fact-based decision making. Implementation of the DMAIC concept provides a structured framework for continuous improvement, while cross-functional employee involvement creates a work environment that supports collaboration and innovation.

Abstract

Architecture is not only understood as the physical form of buildings, but also as a manifestation of community creativity in responding to cultural and historical values. Architecture is not only understood as the physical form of buildings, but also as a manifestation of community creativity in responding to cultural and historical values. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that architecture in Indonesia is not only a physical structure, but also a three-dimensional expression of human behavior which is reflected in its physical form. Architecture plays a central role in reflecting and shaping human daily life, becoming a visual narrative that represents identity and cultural values. The selection of traditional elements, the use of local materials, and the concept of sustainability are the keys to creating architecture that is not only aesthetic but also celebrates the richness of Indonesian art and culture. With the intelligent integration of these elements, architecture becomes an authentic form of artistic and cultural identity, creating spaces that combine practical function with the beauty and diversity of Indonesia's cultural heritage.

Abstract

Multiculturalism is a complex reality that requires a careful approach in managing citizenship education. This study will focus on how civic education management can effectively manage the challenges that arise due to cultural, ethnic and religious diversity in the educational context. This research aims to investigate the role of civic education management in facing the challenges of multiculturalism in the educational environment. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of this research reveal that the implementation of Citizenship Education Management (PPKn) has a positive impact in facing the challenges of multiculturalism. Inclusive curriculum design, teacher training to manage heterogeneous classes, establishing an inclusive school environment, facilitating intercultural dialogue, and ongoing program evaluation have been proven to make significant contributions in shaping student character that is responsive to cultural diversity. The research results show that PPKn is not only a vehicle for conveying civic information, but is also effective as a tool for forming inclusive attitudes, a deep understanding of differences, and adaptability skills in a multicultural society. In conclusion, the holistic implementation of PPKn can have a positive impact on the formation of a generation that has a sense of nationality, love of the country, and is able to become an agent of positive change in an increasingly complex society.
