Abstract

Based on the WHO report, in 2015 approximately 1.5 million children died due to poor feeding. Meanwhile, the number of babies who are exclusively breastfed is less than 15%. The fact found in the field is that some babies do not get breast milk due to various factors, based on a preliminary study, at BPM Nina Marlina, S. ST, Sukaraja Bogor, it is found that the number of mothers who provide exclusive breastfeeding is only (34%) of the number of visits by 322 babies during 2020 .The purpose of this study is, the Relationship of Breastfeeding Counseling, Husband Support, and Midwife Support by Mother Motivation to Give Exclusive Breastfeeding to Post Partum Patients at BPM Nina Marlina, S. ST, Sukaraja Bogor in 2021.The research design used by researchers in this study is to use descriptive analytical methods. by using a cross section design. The population in this study were all Post Partum mothers at BPM Nina Marlina, S. ST, Sukaraja Bogor in 2021 as many as 34 people with 34 samples. Technok sampling Total sampling. Analysis using Univariate with percentages. Bivariate with chi squere.It is known that the value (P = 0.001) is smaller than the value of α (0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between breastfeeding counseling and mother's motivation in giving exclusive breastfeeding. It is known that the P value (0.010) is smaller than the α value (0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between husband's support and mother's motivation in giving exclusive breastfeeding. It is known that the P value (0.000) is smaller than the α value (0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between support from midwives and mother's motivation in giving exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Krakatau is one of the branch financial institutions of PT Bank Syariah Tbk based on micro-sharia principles. The activities at the branch office certainly require office supplies and printed materials to support work activities. The operational staff's activities in recording office supplies and printed materials still use manual methods, resulting in suboptimal reporting of office supplies and printed materials. This research aims to design a web-based inventory system for office supplies and printed materials with the implementation of the waterfall method. In the design of this system, it is expected to help provide information about reports and stock of office supplies and printed materials. This, in turn, can assist and expedite the reporting process for the use of office supplies and printed materials, reducing inaccuracies in information and generating detailed and effective reports.

Abstract

The waste produced by oranges is orange peel which is still abundant, so making aromatherapy candles can have a good effect on the environment. This research aims to analyze the feasibility of a project to produce aromatherapy candles from aetheric oils on a large scale. Evaluation from an engineering perspective is determined by the evaluation of the initial factory design and stoichiometric calculations. Meanwhile, the evaluation from an economic perspective is determined by several parameters, such as Payback Period, Gross Profit Margin, Cumulative Net Present Value, etc. Based on the results of the analysis, the aromatherapy candle production project from aetheric oil can be scaled to industrial level and demonstrate a profitable project from a technical and economic perspective. This project also helps waste from sweet oranges (citrus sinensis), so that it can have a good effect on the environment and reduce accumulated waste. Based on this, this project is an innovative project so that it can compete with market standards. From the results of the economic evaluation analysis it can be concluded that this project is feasible to carry out.

Abstract

Nanomedicine is a drug that has a size in the range of 1 – 100 nm. Nano-sized drugs can be applied as drug delivery agents by encapsulating or binding the active substance which then delivers the active substance to controlled tissue. Parkinson's disease is a disease caused by the loss of dopaminergic cells in the midbrain, so the treatment of Parkinson's disease is to provide increased dopamine concentrations or stimulate dopamine receptors. This research aims to map research regarding the application of nanomedicine to Parkinson's disease from the aspects of researchers, publishers and citations. This research uses bibliometric analysis methods, the Publish or Perish search engine to search for data, and the VOSviewer application as a data mapping application. The time range used starts from 2017 to 2022, resulting in data for 284 articles. The results of this research found that the development of research regarding the application of nanomedicine to Parkinson's disease increases in publications every year, based on the highest number of citations with more than 100 citations consisting of 20 articles from various publisher sources. Meanwhile, in the co-occurrence analysis using VOSviewer, it was shown that in the network visualization the keywords that frequently appeared were "Parkinson", "field", and "Nanotechnology". In the overlay visualization the keywords "Parkinson's" and "nanomedicine" are not articles that discuss the most recent research. However, if you look at the topic density in "Nanomedicine" it is still small. This can help researchers determine the topic to be researched and can also be a reference for research related to the application of nanomedicine to Parkinson's disease.

Abstract

The integration of technology into human existence is evident in the progression of the Internet of Things (IoT). This research addresses the critical challenge of parking congestion, offering a thorough examination of a smart parking system application that seamlessly integrates IoT technology. Emphasizing practical implementation, a study conducted in a bustling shopping mall illustrates the effectiveness of the system. Employing tools like Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) sensors, Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras, and Liquid-Crystal Display (LCD) lights, the system furnishes real-time information accessible via a user-friendly mobile application. The innovative incorporation of a Quick Response (QR) Code for vehicle identification enhances user convenience. Beyond the immediate advantages of locating available parking spaces and facilitating secure payments, the system contributes to economic optimization, decreased traffic congestion, and environmental sustainability. The research underscores the transformative potential of technology in reshaping parking management, offering a valuable template for future initiatives in various contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to model rice consumption in South Sulawesi Province in 2021 by incorporating spatial effects. The methods used are linear regression and Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR). In the GWR model, parameter estimation uses Weighted Least Square (WLS) with Adaptive Gaussian kernel function weighting. The results concluded that the GWR model is better than the linear regression model. Based on the results of the study, there are 3 variables that are thought to affect the rice consumption of districts and cities in South Sulawesi Province, namely GRDP per capita (X1), poverty line (X2), and rice production (X3). The GWR model proved to be able to increase the value and decrease the AIC value. The diversity of the response variable can be explained by the model by 98.22%, the rest is influenced by other variables outside the model. The AIC value obtained in the GWR model is 486,81.

Abstract

Brown stems (Nilaparvata lugens) are pest nsects that are spread across Indonesia, China, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Pakistan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Japan and Korea. Brown stalks only attack one type of plant, that is rice plants by sucking fluid in the vascular system (plant vessels). One effort to control planthopper pests is by planting rice varieties resistant to brown plant hopper attacks and safe for the environment. Another effort that can be used to control brown plant hopper pests is by spraying biopesticides. Biopesticides used can be a mixture of neem seed oil, liquid smoke and surfactants (Rodacal and Gronol).In this study includes the preparation of materials in the form of rice husks for the manufacture of liquid smoke by pyrolysis process. Making a formulation of a mixture of liquid smoke, neem seed oil, rodacal and gronol. Tested phenol levels and acid levels in liquid rice husk smoke. For physical analysis of liquid smoke and neem seed oil include pH and specific gravity. This study uses a Completely Randomized Design with 7 types of treatment including control with 3 repetitions. The data analysis using ANOVA followed by a real difference test or commonly called the BNT 5% test. The fornmulation used in this study was Pl that the concentration of 30% for 30% neem seed oil, 60% liquid smoke, and 10% surfactants. P2 with concentration of 10% for 30% neem seed oil, 60% liquid smoke, and 10% surfactants. P3 with concentration of 30% for 25% neem seed oil, 75% liquid Smoke, and 10% surfactants. P4 with concentration of 10% for 25o neem seed oil, 75% liquid smoke, and 10% surfactants. P5 with concentration of 30% for 20% neem seed oil, 80% liquid smoke, and 10% surfactants. P6 with concentration of 10% for 20% neem seed oil, 80% liquid smoke, and 10% surfactants. The best formulation was obtained for the 6 formulations in the P1 formulation, which in this formulation has the highest content of neem seed oil among others.

Abstract

PT Sinar Sosro Palembang, a manufacturing company of packaged ready-to-drink beverages, is experiencing constraints in the amount of production that is not optimal, causing excess inventory stock and potential losses. Demand fluctuations are the main factor affecting production instability. To overcome this problem, researchers used the Tsukamoto Fuzzy Inference System method in this study. This method utilizes fuzzy sets to represent rules in real-world problems. With input variables of demand and inventory, this method generates output variables of production. The fuzzy set on each variable is applied with a defuzzification process using a centered average calculation. The results show that there are still production periods that are not optimal, as seen in the production data of Sosro Bottled Tea and Fruit Tea bottles. With 8 optimal calculations from 12 total data for Sosro Bottled Tea and 6 optimal calculations from 12 total data for Fruit Tea bottles, the Tsukamoto Fuzzy Inference System method is considered feasible as a consideration for obtaining the optimal amount of production for PT Sinar Sosro Palembang. The implementation of this method is expected to improve production efficiency and reduce excess inventory stock, resulting in more optimal production performance.

Abstract

Ikterus neonatorum merupakan keadaan klinis pada bayi yang ditandai oleh pewarnaan ikterus pada kulit dab sklera akibat akumulasi bilirubin tak terkonjugasi yang berlebih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi jenis persalinan, masa gestasi dan asupan ASI terhadap kejadian ikterus neonatorum di Puskesmas Tapos tahun 2023. Menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Cross Sectional. Tehnik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 49 neonatus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara jenis persalinan dengan kejadian ikterus neonatorum diperoleh P-value 0,003, hubungan masa gestasi dengan kejadian ikterus neonatorum diperoleh P-value 0,039 dan hubungan asupan ASI dengan kejadian ikterus neonatorum diperoleh P-value 0,001. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara variable jenis persalinan, masa gestasi dan asupan ASI dengan kejadian ikterus neonatorum di Puskesmas Tapos. Saran bagi bagi Puskesmas Tapos dapat membuat tim penyeluh kesehatan dan menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung kegiatan tersebut.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the high death rate for babies with low birth weight in the first month of life in 2013-2018 was 6.2%. LBW will have a long-term impact in the future which will affect the quality of the nation's next generation. Therefore, general management of LBW is very necessary to prevent complications. The aim of this article is to identify the incidence of low birth weight (LBW) babies at Dr.H.Andi Abdurrahman Noor Regional Hospital. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach. The highest proportion was in the category of Low Birth Weight Babies (LBW) 47.5%, then in the category of Very Low Birth Weight Babies (BBLSR) 35% and Very Very Low Birth Weight Babies (BBLASR) 17.5%. Most of the sample of babies in this study were in the LBW category, born preterm and in the SMK classification.
