Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which motivation, and communication on job satisfaction and their impact on the performance of employees of construction service companies in Indonesia. The data used in this study are primary data collected from respondents' answers based on the questionnaire given, as many as 305 people. The analysis method uses the Path Analysis method with the help of SPSS version 22.0. Statistical testing uses the simultaneous significance test (F test), the individual parameter significance test (t test) and the Sobel test mediation test. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of motivation, communication and job satisfaction had a direct influence on employee performance. Partially shows that the motivation variable and the communication variable have a positive correlation and have a direct and indirect effect on employee performance. While the implications of the variable job satisfaction as an intervening variable have a direct influence on employee performance. The results showed that job satisfaction had a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the analysis, the path coefficient (Beta) of the job satisfaction variable on the employee performance variable is 0.645 with a significance of 0.001.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competency and job satisfaction partially, and which variable between the two independent variables has the most dominant effect on the dependent variable on Office Subdistrict Tanggerang. Study This method quantitative. Data Which used data primary And data secondary. Population study amount 21 person. Taking sample his research was population research, the technique used was total sampling. Data collection technique done by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression with use application computer ( Statistical Packages for Social Scienceties ) SPSS-25. Results study concluded that the competency variable partially had no effect on employee performance at Cileunyi District Office, Bandung Regency, and partial job satisfaction has a significant effect to performance employee on Office Subdistrict Tanggerang, results from variable Job satisfaction has the most dominant effect compared to competence on employee performance at the office Subdistrict Tanggerang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the influence of location, price, and lifestyle on the purchase decision at Kereey Coffee Shop, Jakarta. This study is a survey research with a quantitative approach. The research used a sample of 100 respondents and primary data sources processed with SPSS 25. The results of the study showed that the price variable (X1) partially has a significant influence on the purchase decision (Y). The location variable (X2) partially has a significant influence on the purchase decision (Y). The lifestyle variable (X3) partially has a significant influence on the purchase decision (Y). The location variable (X1), price (X2), and lifestyle (X3) simultaneously have a significant influence on the purchase decision variable (Y). Looking at the correlation coefficient value (R) of 0.875, which means there is a very strong correlation/relationship between location, price, and lifestyle towards the purchase decision. The value of the adjusted coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 0.758 or 75.8%, which means that the independent variables can explain 75.8% of the changes in the purchase decision variable, while the remaining 24.2% is explained by other factors outside of this study

Abstract

This study aimed to see if there are service quality affects customer satisfaction in using the services of Pharmacy. Subjects in this study is that consumers Pharmacy aged 18-60 years; purchase drugs at private expense; able to read, write, and communicate well; and willing to fill out a questionnaireThis study uses quantitative research methods, to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction using the services of the pharmacy. The samples used in this study was 116 subjects. Measurements in this study was performed using a questionnaire based on the variables used. Data were analysed using classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. Based on the analysis and discussion of the quality of service showed that the appearance of Pharmacy, Hospitality Officer, Drug Information Service at the pharmacy, Availability of Medicines in Pharmacies, Pharmacy Services and Speed affects customer satisfaction in using Pharmacy.

Abstract

The Influence of Training Instructors, Training Participants, Training Materials, Training Methods, and Training Objectives on Employee Performance at PT. Sejahtera Inti Muda Bekasi. The software used to process and analyze the research data is SPSS version 23.0. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of training instructors on employee performance. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of training participants on employee performance. (3) There is no influence of training materials on employee performance. (4) There is a positive and significant influence of training methods on employee performance. (5) There is no influence of training objectives on employee performance. (6) There is a positive and significant influence of training instructors, participants, materials, methods, and objectives on the employee performance variable.
