Abstract

This study aims to determine the Bekasi City Government's strategy so that Situ Rawa Gede Bojong Menteng tourism will be crowded and become a center of promotion and culture, then to find out what obstacles are faced in making Situ Rawa Gede Bojong Menteng tourism so many people know it. In this study using qualitative descriptive research. The research informants consisted of 1 person from the Promotion Section, 1 Tourism Implementation Staff, and 3 visitors who visited Situ Rawa Gede Bojong Menteng tourism. The results showed that (1) Maintaining the personality of the community for the people of the Situ Rawa Gede Bojong Menteng tourism area has been proven by changing the Situ into a function, (2) Sustainability of the function in the Situ Rawa Gede Bojong Menteng tourism by conducting directions to residents, (3) The quality of the environment in Situ Rawa Gede Tourism is by way of guarding, monitoring, maintaining, and managing for 24 hours in turn, (4) Promoting the economy can be called a budget, for the budget in developing Situ Rawa Gede Bojong Menteng tourism is not yet available, (5) Guidance for the community to promote tourism, (6) Strengthening Situ Rawa's promotion and culture Gede Bojong Menteng so far has not been optimal, because not all people of Bekasi City know the Situ Rawa Gede Bojong Menteng tourism object, (7) The plan to develop Situ Rawa Gede tourism on the management side, namely Bojong Menteng has submitted a proposal to request a budget, but haven't gotten clarity to date. (8) Control to Provide the right strategy by inviting the public to promote Situ Rawa Gede Bojong Menteng tourism, by cooperating with investors, (9) Facilities in Situ Rawa Gede tourism such as parking are still hitching a ride in the Arts Building, worship facilities still use saung, security facilities need to be added, service facilities are quite good

Abstract

Building Construction Permit or often referred to as IMB is a permit granted by the Regional Head to building owners who change forms, build new buildings, renovate and maintain their houses. In the City of Bekasi, the implementation of a Building Permit is regulated in Regional Regulation No. 04 of 2017 concerning the disciplinary order and IMB retribution. The results of this study are expected to be input for the South Bekasi District in order to create the first IMB management. This research uses the theory of Public Service Quality according to Sinambela which has indicators of Transparency, Accountability, Conditional, Participation, Equality of Rights, Balance of Rights and Obligations. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the quality of obtaining a Building Permit in the South Bekasi District is in accordance with the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). There are also problems from the owner of the building itself that needs repairs and supervision from the relevant apparatus

Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategy of domestic waste management in Jatiasih sub-District of Bekasi City, in this case whether collaborative governance theory has been applied in domestic waste management in Jatiasih sub-District of Bekasi City. This research use descriptive qualitative method, where data collection techniques are carried out by conducting interviews, documentation and obsevation. In collecting data, the researcher chose informants using purposive sampling technique where the researcher selected 6 (six) informants, namely 1 (one) Head of Technical Implementation Unit of The Environmental Service Office of Jatiasih sub-District or later called UPTD LH Jatiasih sub-District, 1 (one) person busines actor, 1 (one) trash bank activist and 3 (three) community members. The results showed that the strategy of domestic waste management in Jatiasih sub-District of Bekasi City has not applied the collaborative governance theory as a whole. In the domestic waste management, the UPTD LH Jatiasih sub-District has not optimally involved the community members in the strategy of domestic waste management in Jatiasih sub-District of Bekasi City. This relates to the fact that indicators in the collaborative governance process have not yet been fully implemented. The domestic waste management in Jatiasih sub-District of Bekasi City still faces various problems.

Abstract

Jak-lingko is a program established bye the DKI Jakarta Provincial Goverment through PT,Transjakarta as thye executor of the Jak-lingko program. As regulated in Pergub Number 110 of 2003 and Pergub Number 96 of 2018 concerning the new transportation system. To identity policy implementation using success variables to achieve the objectives of policy implementation or program implementation (Communication, Resources, Disposition, Bureaucratic Structure) are indicators of policy implementation proposed by George Edward III. This study discusses the Implementation of Jak-Lingko Program Policies in Efforts to Improve Public Transportation in Pinang Ranti East Jakarta in 2018. The type of research used is qualitative research, data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation related to research. The results of this study explain that from the beginning the implementation of the jak-lingko enviroment program has been quite effective but it is indeed necessary to realize or deliver more about the jak-lingko environment program to the people of Jakarta

Abstract

The research aims: 1) To find out and analyze the relationship of work ethic to the performance of personnel in the Indonesian Armed Forces Detachment Armed Forces Unit Headquarters of the Indonesian Armed Forces. 2) To find out the magnitude of the influence of the work ethic on the performance of personnel in the Indonesian Armed Forces Headquarters Detachment Unit. The research method is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique, which is a random sampling technique without showing the existing strata in the population, so the sample in this study was 63 respondents with the error margin = 5%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: a) From the results of descriptive analysis, it is known that the results of the percentage score of each variable. The majority of respondents agreed with the work ethic carried out at the Indonesian Armed Forces Detachment Supplies Unit. While the majority of respondents agreed with the personnel performance implemented at the Indonesian Armed Forces Detachment Supplies Unit for personnel. b) While the analysis of the results of the study and discussion that there is a strong and significant positive relationship between work ethic and the performance of personnel in the Indonesian Armed Forces Detachment Armed Forces Unit Headquarters of the Indonesian Armed Forces is 0.738 so it is categorized strong. Then the magnitude of the effect produced by the work ethic on the performance of the personnel of the Indonesian Armed Forces Detachment Unit National Army Headquarters is 54.5% and the remaining 45.5% has an influence on other factors not included in this study

Abstract

The phenomenon of actions carried out by motorcycle organizations involves illegal racing activities that often disturb the public. The public's perception of the presence of motorcycle organizations is something very frightening. However, it is different from the XTC (Exalt to Creativity) motorcycle organization, which has obtained official legality and has become part of a community organization (Ormas), being one of the renowned and largest motorcycle organizations in Indonesia. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method. Discussion Results With the transformation of the XTC Motorcycle Organization into a community organization, various positive activity programs can contribute to the community. Although once viewed as a brutal motorcycle organization, the public does not need to worry about encountering the XTC organization because it is now heading towards a positive direction, with clear and more structured goals and is registered and recognized by the government.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Simpelaku Program in the implementation of Population Administration management and find out what are the inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of the Simpelaku Program in Girijaya Village, Cibinong District, Cianjur Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods, data collection techniques using interviews, observation, as well as documentation and source triangulation. The results show that the implementation of the Simpelaku Program in Girijaya Village, Cibinong District, Cianjur Regency has been going well, it is indicated by the Girijaya Village Government supporting the Simpelaku Program by directly assisting the community in using Simpelaku online services, Although there are still obstacles in the implementation of the Simpelaku Program, such as the people of Girijaya Village, many do not understand the use of digital services, and have not been able to take advantage of technology in the form of G edget or computer, Simpelaku Program Applications often experience technical problems.

Abstract

The bureaucracy has full authority in the management of government budgets and the delivery of public services. Bureaucratic power can lead to abuse of power and corruption in government activities. Lord Epton sad "power tends to corrupt, absolute power corrupts absolutely". The statement illustrates that government power has the opportunity to become corrupt. Corruption is the most serious problem not only in developing countries but also in developed countries. There are many strategies to fight it. Corruption has been successfully proven by experts and practitioners around the world. Today, there are three main approaches to fighting corruption. First, the legal approach that emphasizes the development of national laws through political decisions and emphasizes law enforcement that upholds the laws of the country. Second, the moral approach, which emphasizes efforts to persuade people not to do wrong and avoid abuse of power with self-awareness. Third, the management system approach emphasizes the development of a management system based on transparency and accountability. The third approach aims to eliminate opportunities for corruption by designing a management system that does not provide opportunities for government officials to commit corruption by providing space for the public to control all government activities through investigation and claim mechanisms.
