<![CDATA[One of the public health problems is smoking behavior that occurs in various circles of society in Indonesia, including among students or high school students, therefore it is necessary to conduct counseling to provide awareness of the dangers of smoking to health. The purpose of this community service activity is so that students understand efforts to anticipate the catastrophe of smoking on health, also able to disseminate it to the family environment, learning environment and community. The stages of the community service method are carried out with Preparation, Implementation and Evaluation activities. Furthermore, the acquisition of service activities is conveyed descriptively and narratively. The results of the service activities showed that the measurement results before the counseling activities of the participants gave an understanding value of 80.88% from 130 participants. There are 15 question points, the most wrong answer responses to questions related to the catastrophe of smoking, smoking behavior in daily association and activities that are beneficial to support physical health. After the presentation of the material, measurements were made with the same questionnaire before counseling with the aim of knowing the transformation of students' knowledge after getting advice and counseling. The measurement results gave a value of 95.50% from 130 participants. There was an increase in knowledge by 14.62%. It is recommended that the school conduct further guidance in the field of public health on an ongoing basis so that students can be trained to become facilitators or health agents both at school and in their place of residence and also increase the role of school health efforts (UKS) in following up on various health problems that can be handled including smoking at school and according to an Islamic perspective, Smoking law is widespread in today's society, namely makruh. This then motivates smokers to justify their actions assuming acceptance of religion is that in Islam cigarette consumption does not occur including something illegal. As most of you probably know Indonesians follow Islam, which also means the majority of smokers are Muslims. In addition, it was later announced that smoking laws were haram (Purnawan et al. 2022).]]>

<![CDATA[Iman and amal saleh (faith and good deed) are two important terms in the Qur'an that always stated together to support one another. Both term firmly wedded in the Qur'an should indicate someimportant meaning to be explored. This article attempts to investigate the meaning of iman and amal shaleh in the Qur'an using semantics analysis offered by Toshihiko Izutsu. This study employs qualitative methods on library research and analized descriptively. This research shows that iman and amal shaleh in the Qur'an connected to one another semantically. When the term amal shaleh stands alone, and without iman, it is useless because no matter good one deed will get no rewards. On the contrary, when one do good thing although a little, one will received reward (pahala). Besides, the term amal shaleh in the Qur'an covers a wide range of meaning related to God, human and other God's creatures.]]>

<![CDATA[Enjoyment and all forms of human sustenance are blessings and favors that Allah has given, every effort that humans have made is an offering from Allah SWT. Long before humans are born, until they live life on earth, and until humans die, humans are never separated from the grace and favor of Allah SWT. Research written using descriptive qualitative methods and writing that uses research methods that use literature study which uses primary sources and scientific secondary sources such as ebooks, articles, and other sources of information. By using the meaning of QS. AzZumar: 53 which explains the greatness of the grace and blessings that Allah has given to humans, so understanding the meaning of this verse will give humans motivation to be grateful for all His blessings. So it can be concluded that this research will explain the form of Allah's grace and blessings extraordinary and how to be grateful for these blessings in the perspective of QS. Az-Zumar; 53.In God's grace free from any danger whatsoever. Because every grace must bring goodness and benefit. If there is a Muslim who is able to do good perfectly in worshiping Allah and is 'qualified' in providing benefits for His other servants, then for him a large portion is in the form of mercy from Allah.]]>

<![CDATA[This article tries to elaborate the meaning of al-Balad in the Qur'an. The Term al-Balad is one of the vocabulary in the Qur'an which is important to exegete its meaning. Al-Balad, which is often translated as country, state, land, city, region and its many mentions in the Qur'an shows that the existence of balad for a society is very important for the continuity of life and prosperity of a society. This article is library research with references to the mufradat dictionary of the Qur'an Mu'jam Mufahras li Ma'ani al-Qur'an and commentary books of Qur’an such as Al-Tafsir al- Bayani li al-Qur'an al-Karim. Whereas the data analysis technique used is the content analysis technique. This study resulted in that the term al-Balad and its derivations are scattered in the Qur'an nineteen times, both in the Mecca and Medina periods. There are three meanings of the use of al-balad, namely the land of Mecca, a country in general that can be characterized as good or bad and, in the plural, which means country.]]>

<![CDATA[This journal examines the application of Islamic business ethics in selling crispy bread with the aim of analyzing the concept and its implementation. This research involves a case study on the business of selling sharia-based crispy bread. The results of the study show that the application of the principles of Islamic business ethics, such as honesty, integrity, and a balance between material and spiritual aspects, has a positive impact on the operations and finances of the business. Discussion of the research findings includes evaluating the successful implementation of Islamic business ethics, the challenges faced, and the long-term benefits of this implementation. This research contributes to Muslim entrepreneurs by providing an in-depth understanding of the importance of applying Islamic business ethics in selling crispy bread, as well as practical recommendations for achieving sustainable business success in the context of sharia.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the level of poverty in the Medan city area and how the government's efforts or solutions in handling it. A descriptive qualitative study with a literature method through literature studies from journals of previous research results related to poverty-level studies. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Medan City. The study results explain that Medan City has always tried to overcome the problem of poverty to the maximum; in fact, poverty is still a severe problem. Overcoming poverty requires integrating various development policies and programs in multiple sectors. The best way to fight poverty is to promote policies strengthening economic messages and positions. The driving factor of poverty in Medan City is uneven development.]]>

<![CDATA[This review study aims to analyze the realization of local government financing of Deli Serdang Regency. This study is a descriptive qualitative literature method through literature study, with the data used secondary data obtained from the Deli Serdang Central Bureau of Statistics. The study results explain that the government financing expenditure of Deli Serdang Regency from 2016 to 2022 has changed due to the different growth rates each year, seen from how much regional payment and regional financing are needed in that year. The development of government expenditure is the impact of national income growth. At the same time, federal income growth affects economic development, where economic development increases the population and public facilities also grow. And government spending affects the unemployment rate, where an increase in government spending reduces the unemployment rate in the region.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of air transportation, the airport as an aviation service provider company must balance with quality human resources, especially in the quality of employee performance. The quality of performance of an employee depends on the duties and responsibilities imposed on him. In addition, employee performance also depends on incentives, motivation and workload obtained. This study aims to determine the effect of incentives, motivation and workload partially and simultaneously on the performance of Aviation Security Employees of Pt. Angkasa Pura I at General Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang. This study used quantitative research methods using questionnaire data collection techniques through Likert scale. And the sample taken in this study amounted to 63 respondents from Aviation Security Employees of Pt. Angkasa Pura I at General Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang. The results showed that partially the three variables of incentives, and workload on employee performance got positive and significant results, while the motivation variable on employee performance got results that did not have a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, this study obtained equally positive and significant results with the value of the calculated value of the fcalculate > ftable, which is 119.61 > 2.761, and for the coefficient of determination obtained the result of the rsquare value of 85.9%.]]>

<![CDATA[The airport authority is surveillance, the surveillance process is three (3) kinds of observation, inspection and monitoring and subject of control in the air transport area, one of which is delayed management. Management control control is regulated by 2015 minister number 89 on handling flight delays, surveillance activities carried out by air freight inspectors. The aim of the study is how the management delay and treatment will be conducted by the v makassar regional airport authority office. The study uses qualitative research methods by using primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques of observation, interview and documentation. Time and place on this study began on October 01, 2022 and April 20, 2023, it was carried out at the v makassar regional airport authority office. The data analysis techniques used are data collecting, data reduction, data presentation, deduction. The validity test of data on this study employed the method of technical triangulation and data source triangulation.The study shows that the management control activities of the airport authorities on delayed management by the air freight section of the air freight inspector, the monitoring is done on a schedule or monthly basis for all airlines operating. The study also found obstacles to the delay of compensating passengers and delay of data information delay to the air transit inspector. Handling of delay management will be reported to the central directorate through several processes and will be followed through with the 27year 2021 ministry regulation, on the monitoring and enforcement of administrative sanctions against infractions.]]>

Security Restricted Areas are certain areas within the airport which are identified as a high risk area for use by aviation purposes, operation of airports, and other interests where the area is carried out supervision and to enter will be carried out a security check. Aviation officer Security must be able to act decisively in accordance with standard operating procedures inspection of anyone who enters the airside, as well as ensuring security and airport safety. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of standards operational procedures in checking the main door area by Aviation Security at the Airport International Airport Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok. The method used in this research is using the research method qualitative where researchers conduct interviews, documentation, and direct observation in data collection. The interview used is semi-interview structured and researchers conducted interviews with the Avsec supervisor, Avsec junior and Avsec basic. The results of the research describe the answers of the informants and the data obtained from the field. The results of this study include the application of operational standards procedures in checking the main door area by Aviation Security at the Airport International Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok.
