Abstract

This research was conducted at Bank Jatim Branch of Banyuwangi. samples used in this study as many as 100 samples from a population of 150 people by sampling using simple random sampling. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the change management leadership and work culture and its influence on employee performance. Data analysis techniques in this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that there is significant influence between management changes to leadership, there is significant influence between management changes to workplace culture, there is significant influence between management changes to employee performance, there is significant influence between the leadership of the working culture, there is significant influence among the leadership on employee performance and there is no significant influence between the work culture on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of Musyarakah financing risk to profitability and the risk relationship of Musyarakah financing to the rate of return of financing at BPRS Bumi Rinjani Probolinggo in 2011-2016. Data collection use documentation method. The data are annual financial report 2011-2016. Based on the data analysis, it is known that in 2013, 2015 and 2016 NPF Musyarakah increased and ROA decreased, so it can be interpreted that if problematic financing at BPRS Bumi Rinjani Probolinggo high it will reduce the profit. But by 2014 when NPF declines, ROA declines. This means that the NPF condition in a period does not directly give a decrease in profit in the same period. In 2015 and 2016 there is an increase in Musyarakah NPF, so it is concluded that the quality of BPRS Financing is getting worse. Similarly, the rate of return of musyarakah financing that occurred at the BPRS Bumi Rinjani Probolinggo decreased, which means the returns obtained from a fund or capital invested in an investment decreased.

Abstract

Gratuity is vulnerable from bribery and coercion infiltration. The provision of gratuity is constantly ridden by interest beyond the aspect of a personal emotional connection and social community. It’s become more complicated when gratuity transforms into a pattern of power affairs. Therefore, sekretaris desa’s and other village’s officer understanding about gratuity is very important in order to provide education to the peasant concerned gratuity. To measure their level of understanding, sekretaris desa has been surveyed and analyzed with the quantitative-descriptive   methods.   The   survey   shows   that   the   majority   of respondents do not understand about gratuity subject.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Modernization of Tax Information System Based on e-Invoice to PPN Receipts. This research was conducted in KPP Madya Jakarta Pusat. The data used primary and secondary data. Data analysis used simple regression analysis. The result of the research shows that there is a positive and significant effect of of the Modernization of Tax Information System Based on e-Invoice to PPN Receipts  in KPP Madya Jakarta Pusat.

Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of the quality of service that includes physical evidence,responsiveness,reliability,assurance,and empathy to wards the satisfaction of the student in STIE Mandala Jember.This type of correlational study aims to find the effect of simultaneous,partial as well as the most dominant variable.The population in this research as many as239 college students and research on a sample of 40 students. Data collected with the question form and analyzed by Multiple Linear regression analysis.Based on the results of the analysis are simultaneously influence is evidenced by the hypothesis test is done,the F test the value of F=23.151,while the value of F table=2.49.Being partially showed variable  physical evidence and the low responsiveness of services provent ot count lower or less than t table ie 1.69092. And proved to be the most dominant variable empathy with t count most not ably 2,581.That is a need to increase the quality of services, the better implementation of service quality dimensions,the higher the student satisfaction, and viceversa.

Abstract

This research includes explanatory research because it is intended to measure and analyze the presence or absence of influence of job satisfaction factors and organizational support for work motivation and teacher performance at SMK Private Sumbersari District Jember. Analyzer used in this research is path analysis. This is so that researchers can analyze the direct influence of each variable studied. The variables used are job satisfaction variable and organizational support as independent variable affecting work motivation variable as intervening and teacher performance as dependent variable. In this research the population is a teacher at SMK Swasta Sumbersari District Jember a number of 49 people consisting of 13 people as a teacher SMK Trunojoyo, 26 people as a teacher SMK Kartini and 10 people as teachers SMK Muh.Sroedji. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated or census sampling, where all members of the population are sampled.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of price and product quality on customer satisfaction and Honda motorcycles customer loyalty in Jember District. The research design used was confirmatory research. The population of this study is all customers of Honda motorcycles in Jember District. The samples arre 115 respondents. Respondents were taken using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling approach. Analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The model used in the research is quite good because it has met 7 of 8 measurements of Goodness of Fit. The results of this study prove that product quality has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Product quality also has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Price has positive effect insignificant to customer satisfaction. Price also positively insignificant to customer loyalty Customer satisfaction has no positive influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research is an explanatory research conducted at elementary school in Ex City Administrative of Jember. This research method uses structural equation modeling. There are 16 primary schools that serve as research sites with a population of 128 teachers. The sample in this research is 116 people. This research uses two stage sampling, where nonprobability sampling method that is purposive sampling is applied to determine research place and second stage when determining research sample.The results of this study indicate that the headmaster's transformational leadership style positively and significantly influence teacher performance with path coefficient 0,147, probability equal to 0,012, and CR value 2,892. The results of the study showed a positive and significant outcomes between the principal transformational leadership style to teacher motivation and teacher motivation to teacher innovation. Positive and insignificant results between the principal's transformational leadership style to teacher innovation. The result of the research which shows negative and not significant is teacher's motivation to teacher performance. While the results of teacher innovation testing to teacher performance showed a negative and significant influence. These results it can be concluded that the principal's transformational leadership style does not require intervening motivation and innovation of teacher variables to influence teacher performance..

Abstract

Dodol Mangga Business Group has a strategic role and function in improving family economy in facing the fall of local mango price due to mango import rush. With the creativity of mothers housewives made dodol mango to increase the economic value of local mango fruit because at harvest time of local mango fruits fall once the price in the market. This makes the manga farmers excited again in maintaining and managing well manga plants after recent years poorlymaintained. IbM's specific aims are; (1) Dodol Mangga Business Group obtains formal legal management from the Department of Industry and Trade and Cooperatives and SMEs. (2) The realization of micro business group that can become the economic fund of poor family in village area, and become alternative design of poverty alleviation in other area in Indonesia (3) The realization of micro business empowerment concept which is generally managed by poor household, become an inspiration for micro business groups in other regions. (4) Such a model will be the Journal. The method to achieve the target is done by training and mentoring activities for the board and all members of Dodol Mangga Business Group. Training and mentoring focused on group management, product quality and quantity improvement, methods of penetrating market access, simple accounting basics, and legal processing of Dodol Mangga Business Group.

Abstract

Jember University (UNEJ) is a State University (PTN) that has the main duty of providing higher education and provide education based on Indonesian culture in a scientific way that includes education, research and community service to develop skills and improve the quality of life and human dignity of Indonesia in efforts to achieve the national goal. But to achieve its goals are still having some problems where the level of burnout and the turnover intention, especially the temporary educational employees is still quite high. The goals of research are: to prove significantly the direct influence of leadership style, work environment to turnover intention nor the indirect influence of leadership style, work environment to turnover intention through the burnout. This research is a kind of explanatory research with quantitative approach by sampel as much as 245 respondent is the temporary educational employees Jember University. For analyzing variable causal relationship and hypotesis test, so analyse tools  which use is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).Based of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) result known that the leadership style have positive and significant to burnout; work environment have positive and significant to burnout; leadership style have positive and significant to turnover intention; work environment have positive and significant to turnover intention; burnout have positive and significant to turnover intention.
