Abstract

Having a dream to live rich is natural and natural, but in realizing it requires a strong theological conviction. Islam does not forbid rich life, but the good of the world and the hereafter is a priority. There are two important aspects in realizing the ideals, namely: a) The moral-religious aspects, including respect for parents, especially mothers; equating intentions and dreams with a partner; and give thanks to parents. b) Practical-empirical aspects, including simple living and fond of saving; have a side business that is cultivated as well as the profession; and likes to share. The concept of rich life is not measured by possessions, but is seen from its distribution according to God's provisions. Having lots of money can't be called rich if you can't share. The nature of rich life is rich is to have wealth and if there is an excess of the necessities of daily life want to share, especially zakat. Blessing cannot be seen in plain sight, but only felt by the owner, because blessing is filled with divine values for the good of the afterlife. In conclusion, rich life is not measured by abundance, but is determined by the sincerity of sharing in accordance with religious teachings. Blessing is felt by the owner of the treasure in the form of peace of mind and peace of life.

Abstract

The research aims to study in a descriptive manner the urgency of Islamic moral education in the global era and solutions to overcome it. Many facts that have been revealed about the low morality of the people cause concern for the loss of national identity. Indications that appear in the form of rampant fraud, crime, prostitution, pornography, trafficking in persons, the spread of hoaxs and various other forms of social-ethical violations. The rapid progress of information and communication technology adds to the difficulty of filtering out foreign cultures that are not relevant to the character of the Indonesian people. The way to anticipate it is needed to strengthen internal morality, in the form of more intensive Islamic moral education. The research method uses library research with a qualitative-interpretative analysis approach, the main data being core principles in Islamic moral education. The results showed: 1) Throughout life, humans need education; 2) Moral education is the core of forming moral character; 3) In the global era, moral education is absolutely essential and cannot be delayed

Abstract

The research was motivated by the phenomenon of the low effectiveness of vocational learning. Not yet optimal implementation of foundation policies and school principal leadership are the dominant factors in increasing the effectiveness of vocational learning. The research aims to determine the impact of these two factors. The research method uses a survey with a quantitative approach, with the main data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The results showed that the results of the descriptive analysis of the implementation of the foundation's policies, the principal's leadership, and the effectiveness of learning were in good condition, although there were still weak aspects. From the results of the verification analysis, the implementation of the foundation's policies and the leadership of the school principal had a significant impact on the effectiveness of learning, both partially and collectively. In conclusion, the implementation of the foundation's policies and the leadership of the school head had a significant impact on the effectiveness of vocational learning.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze descriptively about the principal's leadership, the implementation of academic supervision, and the quality of the learning process as well as to verify verbally the role of the principal's leadership and the implementation of academic supervision on the quality of the learning process both individually and collectively. The research method used is descriptive and verification. The population in this study is the teacher of elementary schools in North Sumedang Subdistrict, using cluster random sampling technique. Data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data with correlation and regression analysis techniques. Descriptive research results prove that the principal's leadership, implementation of academic supervision, and the quality of the learning process are in good condition, although there are some aspects that are still weak. Verification research results prove that the principal's leadership and the implementation of academic supervision have a significant role in the quality of the learning process both individually and collectively.

Abstract

This research aims to examine descriptively about students' perceptions of learning English. The research method used is descriptive quantitative survey techniques. The population consists of students who have attended English courses in the last two years, with total sampling techniques. The data source is primary data, analyzed using a descriptive statistical approach to find out the frequency of answers and the percentage magnitude. The results of the study prove that the students' perspective on learning English is not optimal. Learning English is considered heavy, inadequate environment and facilities.

Abstract

The research is motivated by the phenomenon of low teacher performance, aimed at knowing and analyzing the contribution of professional competence to teacher performance. The method used is a survey with descriptive and verification analysis. The population and sample of the study consisted of PAI SMP and MTs teachers in Sukahaji District, with the main questionnaire data collection tool. The results showed descriptively the variables of professional competence and teacher performance were in good condition, but there were weaknesses in certain aspects. By verification professional competence has a significant effect on teacher performance with a magnitude of influence of 69.72%. In conclusion, professional competence can improve teacher performance.

Abstract

Research conducted in Majalengka Regency with the object of research that discusses the operational management of Islamic education related to improving teacher performance through discipline and job satisfaction received. In the formal education pathway (school), the teacher plays an important role, so increasing the teacher represents a key factor in educational success. This specific research aims at the variables of job satisfaction (X1) and work discipline (X2) as independent variables, and teacher performance (Y) as independent variables. This research uses quantitative. The method used to test some participation with a particular sample, sampling techniques are generally carried out randomly, data collection using research instruments, quantitative / statistical data analysis with the aim to test the hypothesis that has been set. The results showed that the contribution of the simultaneous contribution of the variable job satisfaction and teacher discipline to teacher performance by 60.3% and the remaining 39.7% was needed by other factors outside the model shown. The partial role contribution of job satisfaction to teacher performance was 22.265%. The partial contribution of job satisfaction to teacher performance was 37,895%.

Abstract

This research was conducted at MTS 7 Negeri Majalengka which was motivated by a decline in the value obtained by students in the field of the Akidah Akhlak subjects. This study aims to apply the Snowball Type Cooperative Learning model in order to increase the enthusiasm and motivation of students in attending the Akidah Akhlak lessons. The research method used in this study uses quantitative descriptive research methods that use classroom action research based on the research cycle. The results showed that empirically there was an increase in the learning process from the first cycle to the second cycle. These results indicate that the Snowball Cooperative Learning model is considered quite successful in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the phenomenon of the low performance of teachers. presumably caused by the lack of leadership role of the principal and weak professional competence of teachers, aims to determine: a) Principal leadership, teacher professional competence, and teacher performance; b) The magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance; c) The magnitude of the influence of teacher professional competence on teacher performance; and d) The magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership and professional competence on teacher performance. The research used a quantitative approach with survey methods, data analysis consisted of descriptive analysis and verification. The data collection tool used a questionnaire which was distributed to 81 respondents. Data were analyzed using a parametric statistical approach, with a correlation and regression design. The results showed that descriptively, the principal's leadership of professional competence and teacher performance were in good condition, but there were weaknesses in certain aspects. The results of the verification analysis show that: a) The leadership of the principal has an effect on teacher performance; b) Professional competence affects teacher performance; c) Principal leadership and teacher professional competence together have an effect on teacher performance. Conclusion, both partially and jointly with the principal's leadership and teacher professional competence have an effect on teacher performance

Abstract

The research was motivated by the low work effectiveness of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Sukahaji Majalengka District, which allegedly was caused by the leadership style of the madrasah principal that was not suitable for the environment. This study aims to determine: a) the leadership style of the principal of the madrasah; b) teacher work effectiveness; c) the magnitude of the contribution of the principal's leadership style to the effectiveness of teacher work. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis design and verification. The method used is a survey method, with the main data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 53 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using a parametric statistical approach. The results showed that descriptively the leadership style of the principal and the effectiveness of the work of the teachers were in good condition. Verificatively, the leadership style of the madrasah principal contributes to the effectiveness of teacher work. In conclusion, the leadership style of madrasah principals has a significant contribution to teacher work effectiveness
