Abstract

This study focuses on the development and evaluation of an application designed for promoting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) training initiatives. The application aims to enhance the visibility and accessibility of UMKM training programs, providing a platform for information dissemination and engagement. The research outlines the creation and features of this application, emphasizing its potential to reach a wider UMKM audience. Furthermore, the study evaluates the effectiveness of the application in promoting UMKM training, with a focus on user engagement, reach, and impact. Preliminary results indicate that the application has positively influenced the promotion of UMKM training, facilitating broader participation and improved awareness. This research contributes to the discussion on technology-driven approaches to support UMKM growth and capacity-building.

Abstract

This study explores the socialization of technology-integrated learning methods for early childhood education (PAUD) children. In an era of advancing technology, it is imperative to introduce young learners to educational approaches that seamlessly integrate digital tools and systems. The research delves into the strategies employed to acquaint PAUD children with innovative learning systems. The socialization process incorporates interactive and engaging techniques designed to capture the attention and imagination of young minds. It focuses on fostering a positive attitude towards technology-assisted learning from an early age, emphasizing its potential as a valuable educational tool. Preliminary findings suggest that PAUD children, when introduced to technology-infused learning methods through carefully curated socialization programs, exhibit heightened curiosity, improved digital literacy, and enhanced engagement with educational content. This research underscores the importance of early exposure to technology-integrated learning and offers insights into effective strategies for achieving a seamless and constructive integration of technology into the educational journey of PAUD children.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a book writing training program for high school students in Depok. The initiative sought to enhance students' writing skills and foster their creativity by guiding them in the process of conceptualizing, drafting, and editing their own books. High school students often face challenges when it comes to expressing their ideas in written form, and this training program was designed to address these hurdles. The training program included various components such as writing workshops, one-on-one guidance from experienced authors, and the provision of writing resources. A mixed-methods approach, combining surveys and writing assessments, was employed to evaluate the program's impact on the students' writing abilities and creative expression. Preliminary findings indicate that the book writing training program positively influenced students' writing skills and stimulated their creative thinking. The students reported increased confidence in their ability to express themselves through the written word. This research provides valuable insights into the potential benefits of creative writing training for high school students, contributing to the enhancement of their communication and creative skills.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of sales training on the capital of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) of street vendors in North Bekasi. UMKM street vendors play a vital role in the local economy but often face various challenges, including limited capital and intense competition. This research utilizes survey and interview methods to gather data from street vendors who have undergone sales training. The research results indicate that sales training has a positive impact on the capital of UMKM street vendors in North Bekasi. Training enhances the knowledge of street vendors regarding more effective sales strategies, financial management, and marketing. Additionally, the training also improves interpersonal skills and customer service, which, in turn, enhances the attractiveness of their businesses. This research provides recommendations to the government and relevant stakeholders to further support sales training for UMKM street vendors. Consequently, they can become more competent in dealing with increasing competition and developing their businesses with limited capital.

Abstract

This study focuses on the development and training of Break-Even Point (B.E.P) calculation methods for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) located in Margamulya, Bekasi. The Break-Even Point is a crucial financial indicator for businesses as it signifies the point at which total revenues equal total costs, indicating the threshold for profitability. In the context of UMKM, understanding and effectively calculating the B.E.P is fundamental for informed decision-making and sustainable growth. The research outlines the creation of accessible and practical B.E.P calculation tools tailored to the specific needs and characteristics of UMKM in Margamulya. Additionally, a comprehensive training program is designed to equip UMKM entrepreneurs with the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize these tools effectively. Preliminary results indicate improved financial management and decision-making among UMKM in Margamulya. The findings emphasize the significance of empowering UMKM with financial literacy and tools to enhance their long-term viability and competitiveness. This study contributes to the broader discourse on supporting the growth of small enterprises, underlining the importance of financial knowledge and tools in fostering economic sustainability within local communities.
