Abstract

In order to produce superior and competent lecturers, every higher education institution must implement the Tridharma of Higher Education. Tridharma of Higher Education, hereinafter referred to as Tridharma, is the obligation of Higher Education to provide education, research, and community service. (PP-12 of 2012).Archiving is a letter of office work or administrative work that is mostly carried out by every business entity, both in government and private businesses (Surojo, 2006). Archived information is that which is collected and can be accessed and used. (Georgia Archives, 2004). Archives are very important to obtain material or data that can be used as consideration for decision making.At LPPM Pamulang University there is no system for detecting research and service reports so it is still difficult to know which lecturers have done research and service. The goal to be achieved in this research is to develop a desktop-based application that can help overcome the problems experienced by LPPM Pamulang University. In archiving incoming report data, a system must have a goal or objective. The target of the system will determine the required input system and the resulting system output.The RAD method is very suitable to be used to design a system, so it can be easy to arrange a series of systems that are being built. In conducting administrative and research archiving, it is very necessary to have a system role so that it is easy to store and manage data in such a way.

Abstract

Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu lembaga yang menyediakan sumber belajar, terdiri dari kumpulan buku pelajaran atau bacaan yang dapat membantu kebutuhan siswa. Banyak pustakawan yang masih melakukan berbagai transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian buku dengan mencatatnya di buku dan menyimpannya di lemari penyimpanan arsip. Oleh karena itu, penulis akan merancang sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode scrum. Sehingga dengan adanya perancangan sistem informasi perpustakaan ini diharapkan dapat membantu sistem kinerja layanan perpustakaan menjadi lebih efisien.

Abstract

The current sales process is still carried out by meeting directly with sellers and customers so it is still less effective to have a role in the business field. Along with the development of technology, it can be used to increase promotion and processing existing data to be used as information. Abstract

Schools are one of the educational institutions that are very useful for the intellectual life of the nation and state. In the world of education, a technology is needed that can convey information accurately and quickly. An information is one of the very important needs of society. This research examines the development of a school information system in AL-FAJAR Kindergarten that can integrate all existing processes in the school with related data. The integration is carried out to increase efficiency in terms of resources used by the school and to provide structured data storage media. This system was developed using a programming language as a database server and tools using activity diagrams, use cases and sequences. The development of the school information system uses the Schoolhost Management System content development methodology. This system is expected to assist and support the process of collecting, processing, and managing data or information, as well as the implementation of teaching and learning in schools.

Abstract

The density of existing internal and external school activities sometimes makes them forget to return books to the library, resulting in many books being held back. This condition causes losses for the borrower because they cannot borrow books that have not been returned. On the other hand, it also causes losses to the school because books that should be able to help in the learning process cannot be used. Another impact of the large number of books that have not been returned is that prospective borrowers must then regularly check whether the books are available or not. One of the causes of the above problems is the absence of a reminder of the borrowing time limit, causing many books to be returned late, and the unavailability of a communication platform between borrowers and librarian. From the description of the problem above, we need a web-based application that is able to provide return notifications, extend borrowing, and order books to be borrowed later.

Abstract

Sistem buku induk siswa di MTs Mathla’ul Anwar Baros, dalam proses pendataan masih menggunakan buku kertas. Hal tersebut menghambat pekerjaan operator dalam menyimpan dan mencari data siswa. Dengan sistem buku induk berbasis web ini operator pendataan siswa dapat mengoptimalkan pekerjaannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyediakan sistem pendataan siswa yang terkomputerisasi dan terhubung dengan database sehingga mudah diakses dimanapun. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan model Extreme Programming, dari mulai analisis masalah, perancangan, hingga implementasi. Sistem ini dapat diakses oleh beberapa user tertentu seperti siswa, guru dan admin. Sistem informasi pendataan siswa ini berbasis web dengan pemanfaatan bahasa pemprogram Personal Hypertext Prepocessor (PHP) dan Structured Query Language (SQL). Pengunaan sistem informasi pendataan siswa ini dapat menghemat waktu dan menghasilkan informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah.

Abstract

Technological developments are increasingly rapid and many fields exist and need to be developed. One of them is information technology. This is a field that is closely related to technological developments. Without information technology, developments that occur will not be as advanced as this. Understanding information technology in general is a study of the design, implementation, development, support or management of computer-based information systems, especially in hardware (hardware) and software (computer software) applications. In software testing, one of the methods used is to use Prototype method. The prototype method has its own technique, one of which is a system development technique that uses a prototype to describe the system so that the client or system owner has a clear picture of the system that will be built by the development team. Prototype in Indonesian is called prototype (initial form).

At this time the development of information has grown very rapidly, therefore there are also many companies or agencies that use information systems to improve their business in order to compete with the offline and online trading world in order to make sales easily and can interact with customers and make it easier for customers to see or choose in advance what they want to find or use, the company must make improvements in business or how to sell their products. The way to improve a company's business is to build a good information system. And the requirement to build a good information system is the speed and accuracy to obtain the information needed by the customer in order to make it easier for the customer to find their needs. Based on the description above, the formulation of the problem in this KP is: A. How is the web-based goods data collection system needed by the customer at MAKASSAR TIGA PUTRI 2 SHOP 2 B. How to make an attractive and easily accessible sales web design for customers at MAKASSAR TIGA PUTRI 2 SHOP - Sales are still on a regular basis manual and offline - Customers are still having trouble finding the name of the goods - Sellers have difficulty controlling the stock of goods that exist or do not exist In the design of this application aims to develop a sales system from this company, which can increase the company's sales. Abstract

The design of the Work Visit E-Book Information System is the design of an application to obtain data on employees of central agency staff who visit branch agencies. Currently, there are still many agencies that still use conventional processes to record data in work visit books. At the same time, in today's digital age, Information technology plays an important role for every company to facilitate work. Victoria Busana Store is a company that is under the auspices of Ria Busana Group managed by PT. Ria Indah Mandiri, Victoria Busana Ciledug first time open on April 03, 2021, this store has 4 floors plus a basement led by 1 Coordinator Store Manager and 2 Supervisors, and has good internet facilities for its employees. Data entry activities for work visits by central staff in Victoria Busana Store still using the work visit book and recorded manually. The weakness of this manual system is that it takes a lot of time to find information and make reports in the administration section, which slows down the work process and lacks time efficiency. Therefore, with this application, it does not require a storage space for work visit book archives and also no budget is needed for the procurement of work visit books. Therefore, through the Job Training program, as a form of higher education tri dharma, Pamulang University provides a Working Visit E-Book Information System Application to Victoria Busana Ciledug Store to apply there. So it is very helpful for store administration staff and also makes it easier to fill in work visit data for staff who visit the store, simply by opening a browser and being flexible.

Dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, yang biasa disebut IT (Information Technology), orang sering kali menginginkan tantangan kecepatan, akurasi dan kemudahan akses ke sistem informasi. SD Negeri Pamulang 01 merupakan sekolah yang sedang berkembang dan memiliki kendala dalam hal mediasi informasi sekolah. Untuk saat ini, SD Negeri Pamulang 01 belum memiliki website profile sekolah. Oleh karena itu, penulis merancang sistem informasi sekolah berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode agile. Metode agile dianggap lebih fleksibel dan bahkan dapat berubah selama proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Diharapkan dengan adanya website profile sekolah bisa meningkatkan kualitas suatu tempat pendidikan dari segi informasi, karena hal tersebut membuat sebuah informasi tentang sekolah bisa lebih akurat
