Abstract

This study aims to discuss the importance of managerial on the level of profitability at PT Bank Sulselbar Makassar Branch. The analysis method used in this study uses "Simple Regression Analysis to study the relationship of independent variables to using variables. Research Results on managerial capabilities have a positive and significant effect on the level of profits at Bank Sulselbar Makassar Branch.

Abstract

There are several things why Makassar State Vocational High School 6 students are not interested in entrepreneurship after graduation, including not taking risks, fear of failure, lack of capital and preferring to work as kryawan in other people. As a result, individuals think that entrepreneurship is something that is difficult to do and is more fun to work for companies or other people.This study aims to determine the entrepreneurial competency characteristics of Makassar State Vocational High School 6 students to be able to carry out entrepreneurial activities. Data collection is done through questionnaires. For the determination of respondents in this study conducted randomly. While determining the sample size of the population using Slovin formula. The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis using tables and Likert scales.The results of the analysis show that the entrepreneurial competency characteristics of the SMK Negeri 6 Makassar students are in the positive category, seeing the total weight of the indicators is 7733 according to the interpretation of scores in Median-Quartiles III or 6000-8000.

Abstract

The aims of the research are (1) the influence short-term funds use policy for short-term needs to profitability ; (2) the influence short-term funds use policy for long-term needs to profitability; (3) the influence long-term funds use policy for long-term needs to profitability; (4) the influence long-term funds use policy for short-term needs to profitability;(5) the influence of fund use policy based on funding sources simultaneously to profitability. The research use secondaray data through a financial statement especially balance sheet & profit and loss from 31 december 2011 up to 31 december 2017. the data analyze with linear regression for spss 22 program. The Result of this research show that : the short-term funds use policy for short-term needs positive influece to profitability ; (2) the short-term funds use policy for long-term needs positive influece to profitability; (3) the influence long-term funds use policy for long-term needs negative influece to profitability; (4) the long-term funds use policy for short-term needs positive influece to profitability;(5) the fund of use policy based on funding sources simultaneously positive influece to profitability.

Abstract

This research aims to determine which is more dominant of brand image and price to the buying decision thru mineral water on Raja Iro in Makassar. Population in this research is consumer of Raja Iro las 3 years. By using purposive sampling and take a sample as much 102 person or respondents. Meanwhile, data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS IBM Statistics 24. The result of this research indicates that the price is the most dominant have a positive and significant on price to buying decision thru mineral water on Raja Iro brand in Makassar

Abstract

Influence of Brand Image and Word of Mouth Communication Consumer Purchase Decision Against Toyota Rush in PT. Hadji Kalla Makassar Branch Aluddin. by Mr. Ansir Launtu. This study aims to This research is to test and analyze influence Brand Image and Word Of Mouth Communication on consumer purchase decisions on the Toyota Rush PT. Hadji Kalla Branch Alauddin Makassar.Collecting data using primary data obtained from questionnaires by using random sampling. The population is all consumers who have ever made a purchase in a specified timeframe starting from the year 2014 to 2017 as many as 894 people, whereas samples taken amounted to 90 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and realibilitasnya, also has tested the assumptions of classical form of normality test and multicollinearity. Methods of data analysis using regression techniques.The results showed that in the proposed hipotesi acceptable because test results were positive and significant hypotheses. This means that the brand image and word of mouth communication positive and significant impact on the desperation of purchase

Abstract

The aim of this study was to measure influence of prices, inflation, and production had on the volume of export Butsudan at PT Maruki International Indonesia Makassar partially or simultaneously. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis, T test, and F test. Results of multiple linear regression analysis show that partially the price, inflation and production have a positive and significant effect on the volume of exports Butsudan at PT. Maruki Internasional Indonesia Makassar. And also simultaneously result indicate that price, inflation and production have a positive and significant effect on the volume of exports Butsudan at PT. Maruki Internasional Indonesia Makassar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at the role of subjective well-being, transformational leadership, and organizational commitment to employee performance. This study uses a quantitative non-experimental method with a total sample of 89 marketing employees of KSP MU. The results of this study prove that subjective well-being (tcount = 2.796> 1.987; 0.006 <0.050), transformational leadership (tcount = 3.709> 1.987; 0.000 <0.050), and organizational commitment (tcount = 2.290> 1.987; 0.025 <0.050) significant and positive to employee performance separately. The three variabels also have a significant and positive effect on employee performance simultaneously (Fcount= 58,228> 2.71; 0,000 <0.050). The value of contribution / role of the three independent variabels on employee performance seen from the value of the determination coefficient (R2) that is equal to 67.3%, while the remaining 32.7% employee performance is influenced by other variabels that not included in this study. The independent variabel that most plays a role in predicting employee performance is transformational leadership which is equal to 0.379, compared to subjective well-being (0.339) and organizational commitment (0.178). So that this answers all existing hypotheses, H0 is rejected and H1 - H6 are accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of service marketing mix to customer satisfaction at Sumber Ria Hotel Gorontalo City. Either simultaneously or partially. The analytical method used is path analysis or path analysis. Based on the results of this study, the first hypothesis proposed said that the Variables of Service Marketing Mix consisting of People (X1), Physical Evident (X2), Process (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Hotel Sumber Ria Kota Gorontalo. The second hypothesis that People Variables (X1) partially have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction in Hotel Sumber Ria Kota Gorontalo. The third hypothesis that Physical Evident Variables (X2) partially have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at Hotel Sumber Ria Kota Gorontalo. The fourth hypothesis that Process Variables (X3) partially have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at Sumber Ria Hotel Gorontalo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference in abnormal returns and trading frequency of the winners of Annual Report Award before and after the awards was announced. This study uses the event study period of 3 days before the announcement and 3 days after the announcement.The sample is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and won the Annual Report Award (ARA) in 2014-2016. The samples are selected by using purposive sampling method and obtained 33 samples. Method of data analysis using paired sample t-test. Test result showed that the publication of the Annual Report Award (ARA) in 2014-2016 wasn’t responded by the market no significant difference in abnormal returns and frequency before and after publication. This suggest that the publication of ARA 2014-2016 doesn’t have the information content that able to change the investor’s decision to invest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Product Quality has on the decision to use a GSM (Global System for Mobile) card. and to find out how much influence the price has on the decision to use a GSM (Global System for Mobile) card. and it can be concluded that Based on the results of the t test (partial) it is known that product quality has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions based on the significance of 0.074 which is greater than 0.05 and the price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions based on significance 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05
