Abstract

The research objective to be achieved is to determine the characteristics of the individual, motivation and reward system on the performance of employees at six supermarket companies in the city of Gorontalo. The sample was 342 out of a population of all employees, amounting to 2367 people. Data collection techniques, interviews were conducted using a model questionnaire and observation techniques. To examine the relationship models used analysis tool capable of simultaneously explaining the relationship is by using path analysis. Results of this study suggests that individual characteristic variable (X1) partially affect the performance of employees is 0.619, or approximately 61.9% and the effect of work motivation (X2) partially affect the performance of employees is 0.704, or approximately 70.4%, system variables in return for partial influence on the performance of employees is 0.724, or approximately 72.4%. collectively contribute - together (simultaneously) variables individual characteristics, (X1) and motivation (X2) and a system of rewards (X3) on employee performance (Y) by 76% and the remaining 24% is determined by variables - variables not examined , the work environment, organizational characteristics.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of service marketing mix to customer satisfaction at Sumber Ria Hotel Gorontalo City. Either simultaneously or partially. The analytical method used is path analysis or path analysis. Based on the results of this study, the first hypothesis proposed said that the Variables of Service Marketing Mix consisting of People (X1), Physical Evident (X2), Process (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Hotel Sumber Ria Kota Gorontalo. The second hypothesis that People Variables (X1) partially have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction in Hotel Sumber Ria Kota Gorontalo. The third hypothesis that Physical Evident Variables (X2) partially have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at Hotel Sumber Ria Kota Gorontalo. The fourth hypothesis that Process Variables (X3) partially have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at Sumber Ria Hotel Gorontalo.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui Program Pengembangan Desa Mitra (PPDM) yaitu menjadikan Desa Reksonegoro sebagai desa sentra produksi dodol khas gorontalo yang berkualitas. Kegiatan pertama yaitu pembangunan dan penataan rumah produksi dodol. Kegiatan kedua yaitu pendampingan sertifikasi PIRT dan sertifikasi Halal LPPOM MUI. Kegiatan ketiga yaitu pelatihan peningkatan mutu usaha bagi seluruh pelaku UMKM dodol. Kegiatan keempat yaitu peresmian rumah produksi dan desa sentra produksi dodol. Seluruh kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode pendekatan Partisipatif, Community Development, dan metode Edukatif. Capaian program PPDM yaitu terlaksananya pembangunan tiga unit rumah produksi dodol yang bertujuan agar manajemen produksi dapat diterapkan untuk memenuhi standar pangan olahan. Tercapainya produk tersertifikasi PIRT dan Halal telah membuka akses pemasaran lebih luas. Tercapainya peningkatan SDM menjadi lebih berkualitas. Terlaksananya kegiatan peresmian Desa Sentra Produksi oleh Bupati Gorontalo yang menandakan tujuan kegiatan desa mitra telah tercapai

Abstract

The small and medium enterprises partners for typical dodol production took longer time in cooking dodol which spend approximately 8 hours by human power. The raw material is traditionally cooked by using firewood. The raw material, heat level of firewood, and the stirring speed determine the quality of dodol produced. This activity of community service aims to apply a technology of stirring machine to produce dodol in a culturally-based enterprise activity. The solution offered to the partners is designing the stirring machine by maintaining the traditional elements for a better product quality. The cantilever body is designed by using two bases permanently planted on the floor of the cooking place so that the partners may still utilize firewood. Its strong design helps a condition of expansion effect caused by the ember. The typical dodol of Gorontalo has a solid thickness texture which requires a bigger machine torque. The driver unit implements an electricity machine of 1 Hp with 1400 rpm of speed. The electricity machine is connected to a gearbox with a 1:8 ratio aimed to reduce the machine speed. The stirrer uses a stripe metal designed with an aerodynamics concept. The small and medium enterprises partners are trained to be able to use the stirring machine for an effective process of cooking. The output target of the stirring machine technology are the cooking efficiency with 4 – 5 hours of consuming time, human power efficiency, and the increase of the daily production capacity up to twice

Abstract

Advances in information technology and with the advent of online social networking sites, have changed the way consumers get information. This phenomenon has an impact on consumers, because the information is easily accessible and this greatly affects consumer decisions in making purchases. This study aims to examine the role of Brand Image in moderating Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WoM) on purchasing decisions. The research sample is a group of millennials who have Facebook, Shopee and Lazada accounts. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 100 respondents. The analysis tool uses regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results showed that Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WoM) had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand Image is able to moderate the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WoM) on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Persaingan penjualan produk pada beberapa e-commerce di Indonesia, telah menjadi peluang utama oleh konsumen untuk mendapatkan produk yang dianggap terbaik dan memiliki kemudahan mendapatkan produk tersebut. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada persaingan tersebut, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali efek interaksi pemanfaatan media promosi pada strategi digital marketing dan perilaku konsumen terhadap minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi pada penelitian adalah seluruh pengguna aplikasi beberapa e-commerce di Indonesia, seperti Tiktok, Tokopedia, Shopee, dan Lazada. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 115 responden. Metode analisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa: (1) Strategi digital marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli konsumen, (2) Perilaku konsumen berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli konsumen, (3) peran media promosi dapat memediasi pengaruh strategi digital marketing terhadap minat beli konsumen, dan (4) peran media promosi dapat memediasi pengaruh perilaku konsumen terhadap minat beli konsumen.
