Abstract

Interest is interested or fully visible with an activity because it realizes the importance of the activity. Students' lack of interest in learning, especially in the learning process, can result in students not understanding and remembering the subject matter presented by the teacher. One of the efforts that can be done is through the application of the storytelling method. The research method used is qualitative and the data collection method uses observation, interviews, documentation. This research resulted in the implementation of the storytelling method at Madrasah Diniyah Ar-Rohman aimed at fostering student interest in learning. The application of this storytelling method is carried out on Monday-Thursday. Meanwhile, on Fridays every 2/3 weeks. The storytelling method conveyed by the teacher uses two ways, namely direct storytelling and role playing. The implication of the application of the storytelling method at Madrasah Diniyah Ar-Rohman is that the students are very enthusiastic because, by using the storytelling method, the students pay more attention to the stories presented are interesting, so it fosters interest in learning. Barriers for teachers in the application of the storytelling method are the lack of vocabulary and understanding of the content of the stories conveyed, the teacher's lack of experience in teaching, the teacher's lack of confidence. Meanwhile, the obstacles for students are the different abilities of each student, the large number of students who are difficult to regulate, and inadequate environmental conditions.Keywords: Implementation, Storytelling Method, Interest in Learning

Abstract

Indonesian nationalism cannot be separated from the fact that Indonesia is a plural and multicultural society with its cultural diversity and complexity. Indonesia is a plural country, both in terms of ethnicity, race, religion, and belief. This diversity in Indonesia raises several problems, such as inter-ethnic fights, separatism, and the loss of humanity to respect the rights of others. To solve this problem, a solution is needed, one of which is a multicultural education model. Multicultural education is expected to be able to answer the challenges of today's era. The application of multicultural education in Indonesia is still experiencing various obstacles or problems. One of the problems of multicultural education in Indonesia is the lack of community nationalism which causes a lack of tolerance for other people with different cultures and cultures. Indonesia's cultural diversity requires a force that unites the entire plurality of the country. Pancasila as the nation's view of life, national personality and state ideology functions. Abstract

One method of learning Arabic in Al Muayyad Islamic Boarding School Surakarta is the use of the direct method. This method emphasizes the practice of continuous conversation between teachers and students using Arabic without the slightest use of the mother tongue, both in explaining the meaning of vocabulary and translating. The purpose of the direct method here is to train the students to be able to communicate in Arabic. Arabic learning at the Al Muayyad Islamic Boarding School in Surakarta is implemented through muhadatsah learning/conversation practice (learning to talk/practicing dialogue), muthola'ah (learning to read), imla'/dictation (learning Arabic by dictating), and qowaid (nahwu shorof learning). The learning of muhadatsah, muthola'ah, and imla' is applied using the direct method while qowaid (learning nahwu shorof, namely learning about Arabic grammar) is carried out by the inductive method. Abstract

This study analyzes what drives Radicalism in Indonesia. Many argue between groups about their respective understandings, even though they are of the same religion. In today's era, this is good news for us, because knowledge in the fields of technology, science, medicine, progress very rapidly for Muslims, but in the field of morals, morals, social and even economics in Islam, it has a negative impact on radicals. Abstract

This article is motivated by the author's interest in the al-Iktisyâf learning system at the Puncak Darussalam Islamic boarding school, because learning the yellow book does not take long. In general, the santri in mastering the yellow book takes a minimum of 8 years, through the al-Iktisyâf book it can be reached in only 6 months. This article describes two aspects. First, the teaching materials in the al-Iktisyaf book are in the form of a learning guide consisting of two volumes of books and the arguments based on the Emriti book and the practice is in the form of the Taqrib book. The learning methods used in the Puncak Darus Salam Islamic boarding school are group methods, lectures, memorization, question and answer, bandongan and wetonan methods. Second, the inhibiting factors for learning the al-Iktisyâf book are the lack of interest of students in learning the yellow book, students do not feel at home in the cottage, the difficulty of creating a pleasant learning atmosphere and the existence of translated books. Abstract

Along with the development of today's times and technology, films have become one of the most effective mass communication media. The purpose of this study was to determine the meaning of the message sign of da'wah and the meaning of the message of da'wah contained in the film Failed to Ta'aruf. To answer the two problem formulations, the researcher used a qualitative approach. While the method used is the semiotic method of Charles Sanders Pierce. In this study, it is concluded that the signs contained in the film Fail to Ta'aruf are relevant to the theory developed by Charles Sanders Pierce. Charles Sanders Pierce classifies signs into icons, indexes, and symbols. Where the meaning of the sign is an unforgettable part. And the meaning of the message of da'wah in the film Failed to Ta'aruf is in the category of creed, namely istigfar. Sharia categories are such as ta'aruf, marriage, and congregational prayers. The moral category is being grateful, greeting and answering greetings, being responsible, not having bad prejudice or suudzon towards others, not expecting humans, and being devoted to both parents. Abstract

Strengthening Human Resources (HR) is fundamental to the existence of every institution, whether it is public or private. Islamic education institutions as public services engaged in educational services absolutely have ideal human resources so that they are competitive. To have ideal and competitive human resources, it is necessary to make every effort to manage human resources effectively and professionally. This article aims to find out how to apply human resource management, the application of human resource management in improving the quality of educational services, and various philosophically fundamental issues that emphasize that the process of strengthening human resources needs to involve awareness, concern for institutions, as well as various ideological issues. which fosters a sense of mutual support and active participation of teachers/lecturers in the transfer of knowledge. Institutions should be able to provide solutions to existing obstacles by building shared awareness, equating vision and goals, building a sense of togetherness, making positive contributions, fostering an orientation towards development, and being able to build intense collaboration between guardians of students/students, institutions. Abstract

The leadership of the Prophet Muhammad in the concept of Islamic leadership came to bring a perfect government system from the past until now. In this case it shows us the perfection of Islam and its relevance in every time and place. The purpose of this study was to determine the concept of Islamic leadership carried out by the Prophet Muhammad. The qualitative research method is the object of the reference library. References or library sources related to relevant matters in this research. To obtain research data, the author uses a literature study by taking various references, both books, articles and journals that are in accordance with the urgency of leadership in an Islamic perspective. The results of this study are; 1). Islamic leadership is in accordance with the times from the past until now. 2). Prophet Muhammad as a figure and role model for today's leaders because of the leadership in the current era. 3).
