Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Securindo Packatama Indonesia in Tangerang. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research variable service quality obtained an average score of 3.41 with good criteria. The consumer satisfaction variable obtained an average score of 3.84 with good criteria. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 8.914 + 0.863X, and a correlation value of 0.787 or strong with a determination of 62.0%. The hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Consumer Perceptions, Promotions, Prices and Product Quality affect Consumer Satisfaction with Wardah Products in Langsa City. This study used a sample of 96 respondents with the criteria of having used wardah products and having ages ranging from 20 years and over. The basic analysis method uses multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R2). The results of this study show Y = 3.150 + 0.211X1 + 0.045X2 – 0.161X3 + 0.473X4. The results of the t test stated that the consumer perception factor had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with wardah products in Langsa City, the promotion factor had no significant effect on consumer satisfaction with wardah products in Langsa City, the price factor had a significant effect on customer satisfaction with wardah products in Langsa City, and product quality factors have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with wardah products in Langsa City. The results of the F test stated that consumer perceptions, promotions, prices and product quality simultaneously had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with wardah products in Langsa City. The result of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) is 0.596 or 59.6% while the remaining 40.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product completeness on purchasing decisions at Kicau Kecil Baby Kids Store, South Tangerang Branch. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research variable product completeness obtained an average score of 3.41 with good criteria. Purchasing decision variable obtained an average score of 3.84 with good criteria. Product completeness has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 9.730 + 0.842X, and a correlation value of 0.784 or strong with a determination of 61.5%. The hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate image on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Branch Jatiwaringin Bekasi. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study on the company image variable obtained an average score of 3.41 with good criteria. Purchasing decision variable obtained an average score of 3.84 with good criteria. Corporate image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 9.626 + 0.845X, and a correlation value of 0.785 or strong with a determination of 61.6%. The hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

The results of this research store atmosphere variable obtained an average score of 3.41 with good criteria. Purchasing decision variable obtained an average score of 3.84 with good criteria. Store atmosphere has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 9.196 + 0.856X, and a correlation value of 0.777 or strong with a determination of 60.4%. The hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Databcollection inbthisnstudy used thendocumentation method for the realization of FDI and PMDN, the amount of Gross Regional Domestic Product obtained from BPS,athe collected data was analyzed usingbmultiple linear regression analysis. Overallathe results of multiple linearnregressionaanalysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that partially (T test) Foreign Investment (X1) has a significantaeffect on Regional Income with a significant value of 0.049 <0.05 and with at count value of 2.101 > t table 2.09302 . While Domestic Investment (X2) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and a t-count value of 6.195 > t-table 2.09302 so from these results it can be concluded that Domestic Investment has a significant effect on Regional Income. And simultaneously (Test F) shows a significant result of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the FDI and PMDN variables simultaneously influence Regional Income. With a Determinant Coefficient (R Square) of 0.745, which meansbthat the influence caused by theathe independent variables in this case explaining Regional Income is 74.5%.

Abstract

The background of this research is that unemployment and poverty have fluctuated from 2017-2021, while economic growth has decreased from 2017-2020 and has increased in 2021. This situation was triggered by the unstable state of economic development in West Sumatra Province. In this economic development, the concept of economic growth emerges which is a process of changing the economic conditions of a region to lead to a better state. Economic growth is influenced by various factors, such as unemployment and poverty. This study aims to prove empirically and see whether unemployment and poverty rates affect economic growth. The method used is associative quantitative and the data comes from BPS with a 5 year time series. partial research results, namely the unemployment rate (X1) does not have a negative effect on economic growth (Y) so that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. Meanwhile, poverty (X2) has a negative effect on economic growth (Y) so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Simultaneously, the unemployment rate (X1) and poverty (X2) have a negative effect on economic growth (Y), so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of thisresearchwas tofind out the influence ofworkload and work stress on turnover intention of PT Yanmarindo Perkasa Pekanbaru. The population in this research is the employees of PT Yanmarindo Perkasa Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used by the Census technique, The number of samples used in this research is 154 respondents who are employees of PT Yanmarindo Perkasa Pekanbaru. Questionnaire and literature are used for data collecting, while multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test), statistical test (t test, F test, coefficient of determination test) are used as data analysis techniques. The results of this research indicate that workload and work stress have a positive significant effect on turnover intention of employees of PT Yanmarindo Perkasa Pekanbaru either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the effect customer relationship management on market orientation and marketing performance of SMEs in Denpasar. The research was conducted at PT. GIEB Indonesia in Denpasar. Respondents in this research were customers of PT. GIEB Indonesia that was not definitive estimate of the population size. The sample size for this research was 100 respondents, calculated based on Rao Purba formula. Data collection for this research was carried out using questionnaires, interviews and observations. The collected questionnaire data was analyzed using descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS). The research revealed that Customer relationship management had a positive and significant effect on market orientation and marketing performance at PT. GIEB. It was also found that market orientation had a positive and significant effect on marketing performance at PT. GIEB Indonesia. The result of this research can be as reference for PT. GIEB Indonesia and other SMEs that customer relationship management and market orientation have important roles in improving marketing performance.

Abstract

The research was conducted in Bengkaung Village, Batu Layar District, West Lombok Regency with the aim of finding out farmers' income from Trigona Honey Bee (Trigona sp.) cultivation and plantation farming as well as analyzing the contribution of Trigona Honey Bee cultivation to the total of farmers' income. The research uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews with farmers, while secondary data was obtained from related agencies. The number of respondents was 36 farmers. The data analysis took the form of income analysis, cost analysis and analysis of the percentage of contribution of the Trigona Honey Bee cultivation business to the total of farmers' income. The results show that the average annual income of farmers from the Trigona Honey Bee cultivation business is IDR. 15,162,075 while the average total income of farmers per year is IDR. 35,914,739 which means the contribution of the Trigona Honey Bee Cultivation is 42%. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced in cultivating Trigona Honey Bee are the shortages of bee's food during the rainy season, predator interference, lack of post-harvest knowledge which causes the queen of the bee to die during the harvesting process and the farmers' ignorance of good honey harvest times.
