Abstract

This study discusses issues in educational institutions, especially schools related to conflict and stress. This issue must be managed and handled properly so that it does not negatively affect the student development process. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of conflict management in schools and to determine the application of stress management in schools. This study uses a literature study or library research using various journal articles published in the last 10 years. The result is that there is a lot of conflict and stress handling in schools. The treatment technique is considered effective and can significantly reduce anxiety levels, change thinking and behavior and increase positive emotions in them.

Abstract

The implementation of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages is a new milestone in increasing village independence. In the current era where the Law on Villages has just been implemented, there is still a lack of research on the implementation of the Village Law, especially how the influence of Village Opinions (PADes), Village Funds (DD), Village Fund Allocations (ADD) and Tax and Retribution Sharing BHPR) for the allocation of Village Expenditures, especially in the field of public works (BDPU).The handover of autonomy rights provides an opportunity for the village administration to carry out village development. Village development can be realized if development activities are budgeted in village expenditures which are funded using village income sources consisting of village original income (Padesa), transfer income, and other income.

Abstract

The rapid development of the mining sector that occurred in Indonesia attracted the interest of investors to invest in the mining sector. This study aims to determine the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The analytical method used is a quantitative descriptive method using the ratio of liquidity, solvency and profitability. The sampling technique is purposive sampling and uses secondary data in the form of the 2018-2021 annual financial reports from 3 companies in the mining sector, namely PT Bumi Resources Tbk, PT Adaro Energy Tbk, and PT Indika Energy Tbk. The results of the calculation of the liquidity ratio illustrate that the mining company that reached number 1, namely PT Adaro Energy Tbk. The calculation results of the solvency ratio illustrate that overall the company's condition is in a fairly good condition even though in 2020 the ratio has decreased. The results of the calculation of the profitability ratios illustrate that 3 mining companies are below the standard value of the ratio. The results of calculating the ratio of liquidity, solvency and profitability illustrate that the company's performance was said to be good before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely PT Adaro Energy Tbk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence on employee performance at PT Mandiri Primatama in Jakarta.The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 80 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study on the competency variable obtained an average score of 3.77 with good criteria. The employee performance variable obtained an average score of 3.90 with good criteria. Competence has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 16.260 + 0.630X, and a correlation value of 0.710 or strong with a determination of 50.4%. The hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of providing incentives on employee performance at PT Gemilang Perkasa in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 82 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research variable giving incentives obtained an average score of 3.81 with good criteria. The employee performance variable obtained an average score of 3.90 with good criteria. Providing incentives has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 14.343 + 0.647X, and a correlation value of 0.760 or having a strong relationship with a contribution of 57.8% and the hypothesis test obtained sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions for Dua Kelinci peanut products at Alfamart Pagedangan, South Tangerang Branch. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research variable promotion obtained an average score of 3.41 with good criteria. Purchasing decision variable obtained an average score of 3.84 with good criteria. Promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 9.688 + 0.842X, and a correlation value of 0.771 or strong with a determination of 59.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (11.744 > 1.986) and also strengthened by a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Customer Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Bank Nagari Syariah Bukittinggi Branch. Thus it can be used as a benchmark by banking companies to improve the quality of their services in the future. This research method is a type of quantitative research by collecting data using questionnaires distributed to customers at the Bukittinggi Branch of Nagari Syariah Bank with a total sample taken of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are validation test, reliability test, normalist test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, simultaneous effect test and partial test. From the results of processing the data obtained simple linear regression Y = 2.056 + 0.163X. the magnitude of the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction is 71.7%. From the simultaneous test calculations obtained F count of 252,070 (sig value 0.00 <0.05) which means that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction. Then the results of partial calculations obtained t count of 15,877 (sig value 0.00 <0.05) which means that partial testing also has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Bank Nagari Syariah Bukittinggi Branch. The quality of customer service can provide more advantages for employees and companies. With the quality of this customer service, it is expected that customer satisfaction at Bank Nagari Syariah Bukittinggi Branch will increase.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how much influence competence and work experience variables can have on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Padang branch. The results of his research were found through multiple linear regression tests individually, only the work experience variable had an influence on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Padang branch while individual competency variables do not affect performance. But at the same time these two variables of competence and work experience have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. The Padang branch with a determinant coefficient of 77.5%, for another 22.5% is affected by different variables that are not currently examined in this research.

Abstract

The research that the authors conducted was motivated by the behavior of the Nagari Taeh Bukik community in paying debts to conventional financial institutions and other sources. The purpose of the research that the authors conducted was to determine the behavior of the debts and receivables of the Nagari Taeh Bukik community. The research method that the writer uses is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Sources of date from the research that the authors did, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are observations, interviews and documentation. The date analysis technique used by the author is data prediction, data presentation, and decision making. The results of the research that the officials conducted were: (1) people have various forms of behavior in making debt decisions. The high needs of life make people choose debt to meet their needs. Not only to meet their daily needs they are in debt but, even for the fulfillment of their desires they are also in debt. (2) people's behavior in making debt decisions is influenced by two factors: internal factors (age, work, economic situation, lifestyle, personality, motivation, perception, and learning process) and external factors (culture, education, religion, and family).

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policies affect firm values. The data used in this research is secondary data. The research population is companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) 70 for 2018-2021. Determination of the sample in the research using the purposive sampling method with special criteria obtained as many as 68 data. The results of this research prove that investment decisions have no effect on firm value, funding decisions have a significant effect on firm value and dividend policy has no effect on firm value.
