Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of short-term debt and long-term debt on profitability. The population in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The number of samples used as many as 16 companies taken using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The indicator for short term debt is short term debt (STD), long term debt indicator is long term debt equity ratio (LTDE), and profitability indicator is return on assets (ROA). The results of the research hypothesis are known that the t-test of the Short-Term Debt variable does not significantly affect Return On Assets, this can be seen from the significant value of 0.479 > 0.05 and the value of tcount > ttable or -0.079 < 2.014. And the Long-Term Debt has no significant effect on Return On assets, this can be seen from the significant value of 0.488 > 0.05 and the value of tcount > ttable or -0.292 > 2.014. Meanwhile, it simultaneously shows that the fcount value is 47.796 and ftable can be seen in the statistical table, it is obtained ftable = 3.20. So it can be concluded that fcount > ftable (47.796 > 3.20) and 0.368 > 0.05, meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that short-term debt and long-term debt have a simultaneous effect on return on assets in the 2017-2019 period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove whether there is an effect of liquidity and solvency on profitability at PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. The data collection method used is the method of literature and field research, then the data is analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS software version 22. The results of the study state that liquidity is proxied by the current ratio and solvency is proxied by debt to assets ratio both in terms of partial or simultaneous have no effect on profitability as proxied by ROA. This is evidenced from the partial research test which shows that the current ratio has a value of tcount < ttable, namely -0.946 < 2.110 with a significant value of 0.357 > 0.05, and the debt to assets ratio has a value of tcount < ttable which is 1.140 < 2.110 with a significant level of 0.270 > 0.05, and the simultaneous research test also showed no effect, this was seen from the value of fcount < ftable, which was 1.101 < 3.55 with a significant value of 0.355 > 0.05. For the R square value of 0.115 or equal to 11.5%. This figure means that the liquidity variable (X1) and solvency variable (X2) affect profitability (Y) only by 11.5%, and it can be concluded that the influence of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) is very weak and in explaining the dependent variable is also very limited.

Abstract

Researchers took the object of research at PT. Trans Sumetera Agung Medan. object selection is caused due to a decrease in purchasing decisions Suzuki Ertiga cars. Decline in consumer purchasing decisions can be seen from the decline in sales in recent months. The decrease in sales was influenced by factors of product attributes and service quality. The problem of product attributes is the lack of innovative design on Suzuki Ertiga products, making it difficult to sell. Whereas in service quality, salespeople who are less informative, salesmen who are not friendly, result in consumers choosing other similar products. Theories used in research are marketing management theories relating to product attributes, service quality and purchasing decisions. Methods of data collection by interview, distribution of questionnaires and study of documentation. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination of simultaneous testing (F-Test) and partially (t-Test). The population used is consumers of 168 people and the number of samples used is 118 consumers with sample determination techniques using Slovin formula. Simultaneous test results show that product attributes and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of Suzuki Ertiga cars at PT. Trans Sumatera Agung Medan with a coefficient of determination of 45% and the remaining 55% is explained by independent variables not examined such as promotion, product quality, and brand ... Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that product attributes and service quality affect the purchase decision of the car Suzuki Ertiga at PT. Trans Sumatra Agung Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Good Corporate Governance mechanism in which the board of commissioners, board of directors, company size as the independent variable and financial performance as measured by return on assets as the dependent variable. Data was collected by analyzing financial statement documents and annual reports and then processed using the SPSS version 25 application. The results of data analysis showed that the board of commissioners, board of directors, and company size had no significant effect on the company's financial performance. The company's board of commissioners is expected to work effectively in supervising the board of directors in running the company so that good corporate governance can be carried out properly and have a positive influence on the company's financial performance so that the company can grow and achieve the predetermined targets and evaluate the performance of the board of commissioners, and the board of directors to examine the level of performance, integrity and contribution to its duties and responsibilities. Companies are also expected to develop or increase total assets in order to increase the size of the company which can have an impact on financial performance.

Abstract

Kualitas produk merupakan keadaan fisik, fungsi dan sifat produk bersangkutan yang dapat memenuhi selera dan kebutuhan konsumen dengan memuaskan sesuai dengan nilai uang yang telah dikeluarkan. Kualitas layanan BRI Mobile adalah sebuah aktifitas yang diasosiasikan dengan elemen sesuatu yang abstrak, dimana didalamnya terjadi interaksi antara pelanggan dengan penyedia layanan tetapi tidak berakibat terhadap suatu kepemilikan. Kepuasan nasabah merupakan evaluasi pembeli dimana alternative yang dipilih sekurang-kurangnya sama atau ketidakpuasan timbul apabila hasil yang diperoleh tidak memenuhi harapan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan BRI Mobile terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Unit Lintongnihuta. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 98 orang. Adapun alat pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan adalah Quesioner (Angket). Teknik analisa data yang dipergunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan analisa validitas dan realibitas instrument, uji asumsi klasik, uji determinasi, analisa regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji f. Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian diperoleh rhitung untuk variabel Kualitas Produk (X1) dengan kepuasan nasabah (Y) sebesar 0,676. Diperoleh rhitung untuk variabel kualitas layanan BRI Mobile (X2) dengan kepuasan nasabah (Y) sebesar 0,272. R Square sebesar 0,478 atau sebesar 47,8%. Persamaan Regresi Linear berganda adalah sebagai berikut Y= 1.525 + 0,797 (X1) + 0,403(X2). Hasil pengujian thitung (8,576) > ttabel (1,986), dengan demikian hipotesis dapat diterima dimana terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kualitas produk dan kepuasan nasabah. Fhitung sebesar 43,480 sesuai dengan syarat pengujian bahwa Fhitung 43,480 > Ftabel 3,09 ini berarti kedua variabel tersebut, yaitu kualitas produk (X1) dan kualitas layanan BRI Mobile(X2) mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah (Y) pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia,Tbk Unit Lintongnihuta dengan demikian H1 dinyatakan diterima dan H0 ditolak.

Abstract

Product quality is the overall characteristics and characteristics of service products that support the ability to satisfy needs. Meanwhile, corporate image is the impression, feeling, image of the community or the public towards the company, an impression that is intentionally created from a product or service offered. The formulation of the problem in this study is "Does Product Quality Affect Company Image At PT. The Eternal Sacred Mountain of Medan?” The framework of thinking in this study consists of two variables, namely: Variable X (Product Quality) and Variable Y (Company Image). The population of this study is a number of consumers who regularly buy PT. The Eternal Sacred Mountain of Medan. The sample amounted to 67 respondents and the data collection techniques in this study were a list of questions (questionnaires) and interviews. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 Windows. From the results of the regression equation obtained, namely: Y = 16.275 + 0.254 X. based on the coefficient of determination R ^ 2 = 80.6%, it means that the contribution given by Product Quality to Company Image is 80.6% and the remaining 19.4% is influenced by factors -other factors that were not included in this study, such as price, brand and so on. Based on the results of the statistical test (t test), the value of t count > t table (4.190>1.997) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05). So it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this study is "Product Quality has a significant effect on Corporate Image at PT. Medan's Eternal Sacred Mountain". It is suggested to the company to maintain good product quality because with the support of affordable product quality, because these variables have a positive and significant effect on corporate image.
