Najah: Journal of Research and Community Services is a scientific multidisciplinary journal published by Kalam Nusantara Center Research as one of the research institution in Universitas Islam Zainul Hasan Genggong . It is at the national level that covers a lot of common problems or issues related to community services. The aim of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved and or its implication. Journal of Research and Community Services encompasses research articles, original research report, reviews, and scientific commentaries in education, including Education for Human Resources Development, Community Empowerment, Social Entrepreanurship, and nonformal or informal education. This journal will be published four times in a year (March, June, September and December).

Abstract

Creating community discipline towards environmental cleanliness is a shared responsibility, especially the community around the environment. They have an important role in protecting the environment and creating a clean and healthy environmental culture. One interesting phenomenon is that the level of discipline and public awareness of environmental cleanliness is still lacking. It can be seen that there is still a lot of garbage scattered and piled up in the neighborhood around them, places such as the village office that are rarely cleaned and also the ditches that are deliberately dammed by one of the residents so that this can cause health problems and environmental hygiene. The problems in this research are (1) how is the perception of the people of Kalidandan Village on environmental cleanliness, (2) what efforts are made by the people of Kalidandan Village to maintain the cleanliness of their environment, (3) how the people of Kalidandan Village apply discipline in maintaining cleanliness in their environment. This study aims to describe the level of discipline of the Kalidandan Village community in maintaining the cleanliness of their environment which focuses on the views, attitudes and behavior of the community related to community discipline towards environmental cleanliness, while the indicators in this study to determine the level of community discipline towards their environment are: a) public perception of the cleanliness of their environment b) community attitudes in realizing discipline in maintaining a clean environment c) behavior, namely the community's efforts to maintain a clean living culture. The results of the study show that in general the people of Kalidandan Village know the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness and health for their survival, but in fact the awareness and behavior of the community in maintaining cleanliness in their environment is not in accordance with this understanding, so that most of the people of Kalidandan Village do not have a disciplined attitude. in maintaining the cleanliness of the environment, this is caused by the lack of public awareness of the condition of the cleanliness of the environment around them, the influence of the existing environment in the community where some people lack awareness and understanding of the community about environmental hygiene.

Abstract

Early childhood is a population that is experiencing a growth process that is very supportive in the future, most people do not pay attention to children's growth, both physical and spiritual growth, therefore the community needs to be fostered to carry out good immunity for children for a better nation's young generation in the future In times like now there is an epidemic, namely the covid-19 virus which has been evenly distributed among us, if young children are infected with the covid-19 virus then our hopes for Indonesia will be victorious in the future. The Indonesian population at any time experiences an increase in the covid-19 virus, therefore it is necessary to do prevention before being exposed to the covid-19 virus as implemented by Sukorejo Kotaanyar Paiton Probolinggo Village, especially at the Nurul Ulum foundation which has increased immunity through an exercise program in an effort to prevent the spread this covid-19 program is carried out at the Nurul Ulum foundation every morning at 07.00 WIB which is attended by all early childhood children to maintain a healthy lifestyle for early childhood. This article explores education for the community about adapting to new habits. PKM-based on activities are a form of community service by students with cross-scientific and sectoral approaches regarding forms of adapting to new habits as well as steps to improve the immune system, as well as analyzing factors related to participating in gymnastics in the area of ​​the Nurul Ulum foundation, Sukorejo Village, RT 01 Kotaanyar Paiton Probolinggo.

Abstract

This pandemic period has resulted in education being less effective because every school is not allowed to carry out face-to-face learning, so students or college students must study online, from early childhood education to higher education. Therefore, the UNZAH PKM TIM PENDAMPING group took the initiative to establish a reading room to reduce the use of gadgets and make children accustomed to reading books and reduce the use of gadgets and the misuse of social media.

Abstract

Buying and selling online is increasingly popular among teenagers today. Online shopping makes it easy for us to buy an item without having to queue and jostle in shops, markets or supermarkets. And this online shopping activity takes advantage of technological sophistication, which is developing very rapidly. The objectives of this community service activity are: 1. Changing the packaging of Jihu Bu Yul so that it can be different from other Jihu. 2. The packaging includes Bu Yul's social media so consumers can more easily recognize Bu Yul's Jihu. 3. We are helping Bu Yul promote Jihunya through social media so that Bu Yul's Jihu can be better known to the wider community, especially teenagers. This community service activity was carried out in August 2021. This community service activity took place in Sogaan Village, Pakuniran District, Probolinggo Regency. The material presented in this community service activity is the material on Utilization of Technology in UMKM Development, namely by changing packaging and helping marketing through social media. At the end of the service, it was found that 1. Bu Yul's knowledge of the use of technology had increased. 2. Bu Yul's response to this activity was very positive.

Abstract

A learning system that is very efficient and has logicality above the intellect of ordinary humans who use the right brain, this program is called AHA where 10 fingers become 99 fingers and the way of thinking uses the right brain. Programs that are rarely used elsewhere. The AHA program really helps students to think clearly, quickly, and precisely. So that students can count in an easier way. With this method it is hoped that it can inspire other students to use the AHA method in learning. The AHA (Asmaul Husna Arithmetic) program provides a slightly different alternative way of counting for golden age children (0 to 8 years) who are actually hungry for other ways of counting. However, his teaching uses only one method of counting. And this method only represents the child's logical-mathematical intelligence. In this case, the method is further expanded with visual and kinesthetic special intelligence. The diversity of elements of intelligence is what provokes children to like learning activities called counting. Can more easily teach how to count to students while making it easier to introduce asmaul husna, so that students know and understand the contents contained therein.

Abstract

Diversity in providing forage as ruminant livestock feed is important to do. With the diversification of types of forage, the nutritional needs of ruminants are expected to be fulfilled. One variant that is being developed and introduced to breeders as forage for livestock is elephant grass. Sentulan is a village in Banyuanyar sub-district, Probolinggo district which has a population of 2,538 people and an area of ​​295,695 km². Elephant grass in the Sentulan area only exists in a few areas, because many residents do not know the benefits of elephant grass and its contents. So it is necessary to provide material about the benefits of elephant grass. This activity was carried out using the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach with the Appreciative Inquiry method in several stages. The purpose of this activity is to utilize elephant grass in Sentulan Village to make the existing ecosystem easier. The methods used in this activity are Discovery, Dream, Design, and Destiny. The result of this activity is that the service program activities are carried out well by following several stages in its implementation. In conclusion, this activity can improve the quality of human resources for the Sentulan village community to utilize elephant grass as ruminant animal feed so that it is hoped that it will not be difficult to find animal feed and save the existing ecosystem.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently experiencing a crisis or disaster condition caused by the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) which has spread widely to the Probolinggo area. Various policies to prevent the spread of COVID-19 actually have bad implications for several other sectors, especially in the economic sector. This impact is clearly also felt by the tempe chip business actors in Sindetayar Besuk Village, such as declining sales levels and limited direct marketing methods (offline). More specifically, the purpose of this activity is to provide education and training on good and correct production processes, digital marketing of a product, and the dissemination of several digital platforms. The method used in this PKM KKN activity is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRS) which allows community involvement in carrying out various activities, ranging from observation, providing socialization on health protocols, work sanitation and production processes, assisting the production process, assisting in making pamphlet designs, making social media accounts to product promotion and marketing. Efforts have been made to realize the marketing digitalization of "TEMPE KREZZ" materialized by the formation of WhatsApp, as digital marketing media. The community is encouraged to continue to properly manage the achievements of the activities that have been carried out in order to create a sustainable business.

Abstract

A teacher of the Qur’an Education is required to determine the rigt method of learning the Qur’an. In addition, it takes skill and skill that is standart in implementing Qur’anic learning. Therefore, it is necessary to mentoring the standardization of Qur’anic learning throught training, among other trainings in Tilawati method. This mentoring is done by the asset approach in the framework of asset-bassed-Community Development ( ABCD). Performance Achievment in this mentoring is the empowerment of religious leaders and society in providing accomodation and consumption. Community assets were successfully empowerment to support the program’s success.

Abstract

This article examines the tradition of reading Burdah compiled by the Egyptian poet Muhammad bin Sa'id al-Bushiri (d. 1295) with a collection of poems about the life history of the Prophet Muhammad. This assistance uses the ABCD method through mentoring the religious activities of students at the Barokatul Hasan mosque, Wonosari Nogosaren Gading Probolinggo hamlet, where this tradition has just been implemented in Wonosari hamlet. This traveling Burdah reading is an effort by PENDAMPINGAN students to provide a quick method of memorizing Burdah readings to students and fortify the environment so that they are always given safety, including from the threat of the corona virus outbreak which is currently endemic and increasing welfare through assistance to the community.
