Abstract

Abstract. Increasing the productivity of women's workforce has a strategic role and potential to support the growth and development of household income. That way women farmers have the responsibility for the stability and survival of the family. The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the participation of KWT Mawar Bodas members. 2) To find out the skills of KWT Mawar Bodas in processing agricultural products. 3) To find out the role of women's empowerment in improving family welfare at KWT Mawar Bodas. This study uses a qualitative research method, with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are Observation, Interview, and Documentation. The results of this study indicate that in improving family welfare, KWT Mawar Bodas seeks to provide information regarding the benefits produced, as well as strives to develop, preserve its agricultural land properly and innovate, and utilize agricultural products innovatively by marketing agricultural products in the form of vegetables, processed cystic spinach and vegetable chips through the Thursday Market and through social media.

Abstract

Abstract. Leadership by women has an important role in the development of society today. A number of studies have shown that the representation of women at the management level. Based on research by the World Economic Forum, Indonesia itself is still ranked 101 out of 156 countries for gender equality. The purpose of this research is to find out about the leadership style of women in KWT Wanayasa. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method by observing interviews directly with the chairperson, secretary and members of the Women Farmers Group. The object of this research is the leadership of the Women Farmers Group and the subject of this research is the Chairperson of KWT Wanayasa. This study uses source, time and technique triangulation. where uses various techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that the leadership style most often applied by the chairman of KWT Wanayasa is a democratic leadership style with the characteristics of the mother leader in carrying out their functions as an active farmer group, this is influenced by the presence of one figure to increase the performance of members and create a good teamwork relationship.

Abstract

Abstract. Pedagogic competence has an important role in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to understand the pedagogic abilities possessed by PAUD tutors at PAUD Syariatul Huda Tasikmalaya City and how these abilities affect the implementation of learning. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, which aims to provide a detailed description of the situation and phenomena observed in PAUD Syariatul Huda. The subjects of this study were PAUD tutors, and to collect data the researcher used interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings from this study indicate that the academic qualifications of PAUD tutors can affect the tutor's abilities, knowledge, and understanding of students. The lack of pedagogical competence will also have an impact on the quality of the learning process for students. Until now, the learning carried out by tutors has not been able to reflect developments that cover all aspects of child development.

Abstract

Abstract. The need for job seekers rather than job creators has resulted in an abundance of graduates seeking employment. To address this issue, Education and Skills Institutions (LPK) have emerged as a solution, providing non-formal education where learners can acquire knowledge, attitudes, and skills. However, LPK educators have not fully grasped the adult learning approach. In February 2023, a research study was conducted at LPK Sekai Japan for three weeks with the goal of understanding the History and Theory of Adult Learning, assumptions of adult learning, and its application in learning. The research involved a three-stage process of Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation. The training aimed to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of the History of Adult Learning Theory, assumptions of adult learning, and the skills necessary to apply these theories in learning at the LPK.

Abstract

Abstract. This research is motivated by the observed reality in the field, indicating that the computer course program for adults at IT Dadaha Training Course Institution (LKP) needs to prioritize the characteristics of adult learning assumptions. The course implementation primarily targets adults at the Dadaha IT Computer Training Course Institution (LKP), showing satisfactory execution. This is evident in the proficient instruction provided to adults and the supportive facilities and infrastructure. The study aims to achieve the following objectives: (1) describe the application of assumptions of adult learning experience in the execution of computer courses by instructors, (2) elucidate the application of assumptions of adult self-concept in the execution of computer courses by instructors, and (3) provide an account of the application of assumptions of adult learning readiness in the execution of computer courses by instructors. This descriptive research was conducted at the Dadaha IT Training Course Institute (LKP). Furthermore, it is suggested that future researchers explore different variables to enhance the study of adult learning readiness assumptions in computer course organization and to delve deeper into the examination of adult learning assumptions.
