Jurnal Al-Maqasid ini merupakan jurnal ilmu kesyariahan dan keperdataan. Jurnal Al-Maqasid: Jurnal Ilmu Kesyariahan dan Keperdataan diterbitkan dua kali setahun yang memuat 10 artikel dalam setiap edisi., Al-Maqasid Journal: Journal of Sciences and Civilization Journal is a journal that aims to become a leading peer-reviewed platform and authoritative source of information. We publish original research articles, review articles, and case studies that focus on the study of literature and civilization. Articles sent have never been published elsewhere in any language nor are they being reviewed for publication anywhere. The following statement describes the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the act of publishing articles in this journal, including writers, editors, reviewers, and publishers (Faculty of Sharia and Padangsidimpuan IAIN Law Sciences). Jurnal Al-Maqasid : Jurnal Jurnal Ilmu Kesyariahan dan Keperdataan adalah jurnal yang bertujuan untuk menjadi platform peer-review terkemuka dan sumber informasi yang otoritatif. Kami menerbitkan artikel penelitian asli, artikel ulasan, dan studi kasus yang berfokus pada kajian kesyariahan dan keperdataan. Artikel yang dikirim belum pernah dipublikasikan di tempat lain dalam bahasa apa pun juga tidak sedang ditinjau untuk publikasi di mana saja. <![CDATA[The world of labor in Indonesia experiences prolonged problems ranging from workers 'welfare to indications of the government's partisanship to foreign workers, then the main focus in this paper is how workers' rights and obligations are regulated in the Manpower Act using qualitative descriptive methods through studies literature in various books and journals related to employment.The finding of the author in this article is that government policies in dealing with labor rights and obligations are already regulated in labor laws, although there are still things that need to be revised to create more prosperous workers.]]>

<![CDATA[Mahar dalam pernikahan adalah kewajiban yang harus dipenuhi oleh mempelai pria untuk diberikan kepada mempelai perempuan dalam bentuk dan ukuran yang jelas. Tentang hal ini tidak ada perbedaan pendapat ulama. Mahar pada masyarakat batak angkola yang sering adalah seperangkat alat shalat yang terdiri dari mukena, sajadah, mushaf Al-qur an dan tasbih. Padahal yang dipakai untuk shalat adalah mukena dan sajadah sehingga status mushaf al-qur an dan tasbih adalah tambahan yang tidak disebutkan dalam lafaz ijab Kabul dan penting untuk dikaji ulang untuk kejelasan status hukumnya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriftif fenomenologi, dimana penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui fenomena dari tradisi seperangkat alat shalat sebagai mahar dalam pernikahan. Kemudian ditinjau dalam hukum Islam tentang kadar dan jenisnya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat batak angkola di Tapanuli Bagian Selatan yang terdiri dari masyarakat pra nikah dan Pascanikah. Dalam mengumpulkan data peneliti menggunakan Teknik wawancara, dan angket tertutup. Kemudian setelah data terkumpul kemudian dianalisa dengan Teknik triangulasi data. Setelah dialakukan Analisa terhadap data maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa seperangkat alat shalat sebagai mahar pernikahan pada masyarakat batak angkola diperbolehkan berdasarkan tinjauan hukum Islam dengan catatan di sebutkan pada lafaz ijab dari komponennya. Dorongan dalam memilih mahar ini lebih di landaskan kepada dorongan agama. Disisi lain masih ada kecendrungan masyarakat kedepan akan menggunakan seperangkat alat shalat sebagai mahar. Pemahaman masyarakat dalam membedakan mahar dengan tuhor masih kurang, serta ada kecendrungan dimasa yang akan dating mahar dalam bentuk ini masih menjadi pilihan.]]>

<![CDATA[The world is now hit by the popular Corona virus pandemic called Covid 19 which has claimed many lives, nearly millions of human lives have been lost due to the ferocity of the Corona virus. Every human being created by Allah SWT has the duty to be khalifatullah fil ardhi (the leader in the universe) must always try to hack the Corona virus that is threatening the universe inhabitants of the universe. Especially Muslims, must contribute in tackling the Corona virus pandemic outbreak, including through jinayah fiqh studies. As for the main problem in this article is how the rules of jinayah in tackling this Corona virus which the author will summarize in the subtitles about a set of jurisprudence rules in dealing with the Corona virus.The method used in this article is descriptive qualitative, through the study of literature in various books and websites that discuss Corona considering that this topic is still new so that not many have studied it in one book.The author's findings in this article, that government policies in tackling the spread of the Corona virus in the country of Pancasila, have synergy with the rules in jurisprudence starting from techniques to isolate victims of the Corona virus to maintaining distance or physical contact in peace. Hal ini bukan hanya datang dari kalangan umat Islam saja melainkan juga datang dari para Islamonolog dan orientasi yang tertarik pada kajian al-Qur’an. Perbedaan pendapat ini bermula dari perbedaan dalam penggunaan terminologi nasakh wa mansukh dan selanjutnya menghasilkan ikhtilaf (perbedaan). Sebagian ulama mengartikan nasakh dengan artian memindahkan atau an-naql, membatalkan atau al-ibthal dan menghapus atau al-izalah. The question that the author wants to answer is how is the public perception of the call to prayer in the departure of the bride in the community of Huristak district. What is the reason for the call to prayer in the departure of the bride in the Huristak district of Padang Padang.From the author's analysis, it can be concluded that the call to prayer in the departure of the bride in the community of the Huristak district of Padang Padang is aimed at informing the general public that the bride and groom will be dispatched to the groom's house, in accordance with the function of the call to prayer in the prayer namely to call on the people, then in the departure of the bride too, too.The community's reason for announcing the call to prayer in the departure of the bride is that it is not the texts that govern it both in the Qur'an and the hadiths but rather only the tradition that develops in the community because the function of the call to prayer is to cry out in the implementation]]>

<![CDATA[None of the laws of Allah SWT do not have a purpose for the benefit of the Ummah, but some people who leave the provisions of Allah SWT because they are considered not advanced in the community. So the focus of the problem in this paper is about what is the purpose of applying all the things that are ordered by Allah SWT. This issue will be seen by the writer from the perspective of Islamic legal philosophy with the method of literature through Islamic legal philosophy literature or other books relating to the topics discussed.The findings in this investigation unraveled clearly that all that were ordered by Allah SWT both Sunnah worship especially obligatory worship all had the purpose of Allah SWT starting from the prayer to prevent people from the heinous and unjust nature and so forth all the commands of Allah SWT oriented to the benefit of human beings human.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper aims to analyze and explain the effectiveness of the implementation of the Raids of Kenderaan carried out by the Asahan resort police for the legal awareness of the Asahan community in making a SIM (Driving License) and Vehicle Tax. This paper uses an empirical normative method with a social legal research approach, the data used in this paper are data from the Kiaaan Raid conducted by the asahan resort police since 2017-2019, data on SIM issuance and management of the Kenderaan Tax, data collection is done through interviews and documentation, then the data is analyzed so that conclusions are born. The Assault Raid conducted by Asahan Regional Police showed that there was a significant influence on the number of people who made SIMs and administered the Vehicle Tax, so that the conclusion was drawn that the Assault Raid was very effective in increasing public legal awareness in curbing the vehicle documents.]]>
