Abstract

Islamic education requires effective time management to achieve the goals of professional educational administration. This research aims to investigate the implementation of time management within the context of Islamic education to enhance professionalism in educational administration. The research methodology combines literature review with qualitative analysis. This study highlights the importance of effective time scheduling in curriculum planning, teaching, and extracurricular activities within Islamic educational institutions. The proper implementation of time management enables educators to optimize the use of time in teaching, cater to students' needs, and facilitate their spiritual and intellectual growth. Research findings indicate that good time management significantly contributes to the professionalism of educators and the quality of Islamic education. Effective time management helps create a structured learning environment, motivates students, and enhances teaching efficiency. The research findings emphasize that good time management plays a crucial role in developing educator professionalism and in achieving sustainable goals in Islamic education. Effective time management allows educators to build a structured learning environment, support comprehensive student growth, and improve teaching efficiency. This research provides a profound insight into how the implementation of effective time management can be a key aspect in achieving high-quality and professional Islamic educational objectives.

Abstract

"Rational Pragmatism: Enhancing Ethos and Moral Values of the Strawberry Generation through Islamic Education in the Contemporary Era" The rational pragmatism, enhancement of ethos, and moral values of the 'Strawberry' generation (a metaphor for the current younger generation) through Islamic Education in the contemporary era creates a robust foundation for character development. The contemporary era brings its own set of challenges where moral values and ethics often seem eroded or overlooked in a rapidly changing society. Islamic Education becomes a strong pillar for building moral and ethical foundations in today's generation. Rational pragmatism is an approach that prioritizes logic, rationality, and fact-based problem-solving. In the context of Islamic education, this approach allows the younger generation to develop a strong understanding of religion not based solely on belief but also through logical and critical thinking. Islamic education in the contemporary era should be able to teach how to apply religious teachings in a rational and practical manner in everyday life. The enhancement of ethos and moral values is a crucial aspect of shaping the character of the 'Strawberry' generation. Islamic education can be a means to strengthen moral values such as honesty, compassion, hard work, simplicity, and responsibility. Through Islamic education focused on the practical application of these values in daily life, the younger generation can gain a deeper understanding of how these values are relevant and beneficial in the contemporary context. Furthermore, in a contemporary era where information is easily accessible, it is important to ensure that Islamic education doesn't remain merely abstract. More than just theory or concepts, Islamic education should provide concrete, relevant understandings of how Islamic principles can be applied in modern situations such as technology, economy, environment, and intercultural relationships. Thus, Islamic education in the contemporary era equips the 'Strawberry' generation not only with religious knowledge but also with critical thinking skills, rationality, and an understanding of the moral values necessary to become useful individuals in an ever-changing society. This leads to the formation of a generation that is not just strong intellectually but also possesses strong character, ethics, and the capability to positively contribute to the dynamics of modern society.

Abstract

The problem of educational supervision is a complex issue that continues to influence education systems in various countries. Educational supervision includes supervision, guidance and evaluation of teachers and the learning process in schools. This article explores various challenges that arise in the context of educational supervision, including differences in supervision approaches, lack of stakeholder involvement, inappropriate evaluation methods, and lack of training for supervisors. Apart from that, social, economic and cultural aspects also play an important role in the dynamics of educational supervision. This study highlights the need for a holistic and contextual approach in overcoming educational supervision problems in order to improve the quality of education and learning in the future. Problems in educational supervision are a major concern in efforts to improve the quality of education at various levels of education. This article explores various problematic aspects that arise during the educational supervision process, including challenges in implementing effective supervision methods, lack of support and training for supervisors, as well as obstacles in communication between supervisors and teaching staff. Apart from that, this article also discusses the impact of these problems on the development of teacher professionalism and the quality of learning in the classroom. By detailing the sources of these problems, this article provides in-depth insight into the complexities of educational supervision, as well as offering solutions that can be implemented to overcome these challenges. Collaborative efforts between related parties, intensive training for supervisors, and the implementation of a supervision approach that is responsive to the needs of teaching staff are considered important in increasing the effectiveness of educational supervision and, ultimately, improving the overall quality of education.

Abstract

Character education is an important aspect of education, including vocational education. Good character education can create students with strong and moral characters. One method of implementing character education that can be done in vocational schools is through the evaluation of quality control improvement of science learning. This evaluation aims to measure the level of student understanding of science material and also to find out how far students have applied character values in their learning process. Quality control improvement evaluation of science learning can be done in various ways, one of which is by using written test methods. Written tests can be used to measure student mastery of science material theoretically. In addition, written tests can also be used to measure the level of student understanding of character values contained in science material. To be able to integrate character education into the evaluation of quality control improvement of science learning, several things need to be done. First, the science material to be tested needs to be examined first to find out the character values contained in it. Second, written test instruments need to be compiled with attention to the character values that need to be measured. Third, the process of evaluating the results of written tests needs to be carried out objectively and fairly. The evaluation of quality control improvement of science learning that integrates character education can provide great benefits for students. This evaluation can help students to improve their understanding of science material and also to develop their character.

Abstract

Revitalization of ethical religious values among high school students in the era of globalization through the reflection of the central figure of Prophet Muhammad SAW is an essential endeavor. Educating on the values of religious ethics, particularly within the context of Islam, can be achieved by focusing on reflections based on the teachings of the central figure, Prophet Muhammad SAW. Prophet Muhammad serves as the prime example for the Islamic community in various aspects of life. By reflecting upon his teachings and actions, students can gain profound insight into moral principles relevant to the challenges of the present era. Globalization brings about intricate influences, and through the reflection of Prophet Muhammad's teachings, students can comprehend how he faced changes and challenges in his time. Emphasis on values such as honesty, tolerance, compassion, and justice taught by Prophet Muhammad can form the foundation for students to confront a multitude of situations in the globalization era filled with diverse perspectives and values. Moral education based on the teachings of Prophet Muhammad can also assist students in understanding the importance of respecting differences among individuals and cultures. This is key in navigating the complexity of globalization without losing one's identity and cherished principles. By integrating Islamic teachings practiced by Prophet Muhammad into their everyday lives, students can comprehend that religious ethical values are not archaic or detached from the global reality but are relevant and crucial in molding individuals with noble character in the modern era. In conclusion, through reflecting on the exemplar of Prophet Muhammad SAW, students can gain profound understanding of the ethical religious values pertinent in addressing the complexity and challenges of the globalization era. Abstract

Islamic religious learning training as one of the subjects in schools or madrasas which demands Islamic life values, should be pursued through good learning arrangements, so that it can have an impact on decision making, choices and improving students' lives. Middle School PAI learning tools refer to a set of tools, plans, materials and strategies used by teachers (educators) to provide knowledge about the Islamic religion to students. PAI learning tools are planned so that the experience of Islamic education in schools can run in an organized, interesting and successful manner. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) uses an innovative approach to increase learning effectiveness. This research explores innovative strategies in PAI teaching, including the use of technology, active learning methods, and problem-based approaches. The focus is to identify the positive impact of this innovation on understanding religious concepts, active student participation, and the development of moral values. The research results show that innovative PAI learning can provide a deeper learning experience and increase student involvement in understanding religious values. The implications of these findings provide a basis for the development of PAI learning models that are more dynamic and relevant in facing modern-day challenges.
