Abstract

A team can be said to be successful if there are tricks in it to achieve that success. In running a game, a team must be able to achieve success. One trick that can be done to achieve this success is good teamwork and cooperation. In this case, a team, to achieve success, is expected to do something together by helping each other as a team or group. In the research of this article, six literature reviews were used, and keywords for each data were used to search the Google Scholar and ResearchGate bases from 2018 to 2023. A result of this literature review explains how the results of teamwork achieve success. From the topics that have been found, we get topics such as the importance of teamwork to increase self-confidence, courage, creative thinking, team unity, effective communication, responsibility, cooperation and trust between team members. The success of a team is obtained by good and cooperative cooperation so that it will create the ability to train confidence, courage, creative thinking, and team unity.

Abstract

Leadership character is an important thing that should exist in an individual because in determining the success of a group or organization requires a leader who has a leadership spirit in order to achieve a goal properly. The formation of this character should be done as early as possible, especially for children at school. One way to improve leadership character is through outbound activities which are often carried out in schools and can function as a medium for complex life simulations. In accordance with this statement, this review article aims to determine the relationship and influence between outbound activities and the formation of leadership character for elementary, junior high and high school students. To achieve this goal, a research method was carried out in the form of a review article using five literatures originating from an online database with a range from 20017 to 2023. The results of these articles reviewed show that outbound games are suitable and effective in improving children’s leadership characteristics at various levels of education such as increasing self confidence, courage to socialize and communicate in front of many people.

Abstract

Introduction: Society can achieve a healthy condition when supported by health services quality, and prime, interprofessional collaboration is required to be good health. In order to realize good quality and optimal health services, it is necessary to implement interprofessional collaboration practices among health workers. In service health occurs error 70-80 % caused by poor communication and understanding in the team. The importance of effective interprofessional communication as a provider of quality health services is a challenge for health workers. Method:A thorough review of the literature presented in this article was conducted using analytical procedures and inclusion standards for this study. References are checked to see if they meet the following requirements: publication in English, six years source limit, and open access to abstracts and articles. For this article's research, six literature reviews were used, and keyword syntax for each database was used to search Academia edu, Google Scholar, and ResearchGate databases from 2018 to 2023. Results: Some things that need to be considered and affect health service outcomes and patient satisfaction perceptions are the ability of health workers to communicate effectively, observe, listen, explain, and empathize. Interpersonal communication is a process of conveying information (messages, ideas and ideas) from one party to another. Doing outbound gives results in increasing the level of interpersonal communication someone. Conclusion: The ability of nurses to perform at their best in order to care for patients and enhance hospital performance is dependent on interprofessional attitudes such as integrity, honesty, and leadership.

Abstract

Introduction: Professional medical personnel must have elements of professionalism, basic principles of medicine and professional ethics in carrying out their profession. Integrity is one of the professional values mentioned in the Professional Medical Personnel Association's Code of Ethics. This is defined as a commitment to her five core values of integrity, trust, equality, respect, and accountability. Method: This article is a systematic review of the literature. References are examined to see whether they fulfill the following criteria: Ten-year source limitation, publication in English and Indonesian, and open access to abstracts and papers. Writing this article uses 10 literature studies and searches databases from Sciencedirect, Pubmed, Google Scholar and other related journals from 2018 to 2023 with keyword syntax for each database. Result: Of the ten literatures used in the literature review, it shows that a medical worker must have elements of professionalism, teamwork, and professional ethics in carrying out his work. Conclusion:Characteristics that a professional should have, especially in the field of medical personnel are teamwork, honesty, professionalism, and integrity.

Abstract

Education about interprofessional education is needed by every student, especially for students in the health sector. Collaborative skills can be done by using the outbound method. Doing outbound in nature, for example, is able to improve collaborative abilities in students without leaving their interprofessional nature as a student. Writing this article aims to analyze honesty as an interprofessional factor with outbound games in the form of ball games and trust walks. The writing of this article uses the literature review method with literature searches carried out through esources such as Google Scholar and ResearchGate. The articles obtained were analyzed using a simplified approach, namely by compiling the various articles obtained and simplifying each finding. The results of the literature review show that doing outbound in nature can improve students' collaborative abilities without leaving interprofessional traits. Through outbound activities, character building can also be carried out, one of which is honesty. Focusing on the application of honesty by playing ball games and trust walks in outbound activities can improve student honesty and collaborative skills.

Abstract

Early marriage is often found in developing country such as in Indonesia. Mayority of Indonesian people is not understand the danger of pregnancy and children birth for mother in age less than 20 years old. Mother that not ready yet to pregnant can cause complication for mother and the baby, health education is very important to teenagers in order to early maariage rate is decrease. One of media that can use is comic. The purpose of this study is to analyze influence between health education with teenager knowledge about the impact of early marriage to reproduction health.A descriptive quantitative design utilized in this study. There were 67 respondent and 57 students were selected in this study taken by simple random sampling. A questionnaire is utilized in this study consisted of five parts: included the sosio-demographic data; the definition of early marriage; the definition of reproduction health, ideal age to marriage, and the impact of early marriage to reproduction health. Data was analyzed computerized by using SPSS 16. The result is there are a influence between health education with teenager knowledge about the impact of early marriage to reproduction health. By using Wilcoxon Match Pair the result is p= 0,000 with significancy 0,05. The conclusion from this study that comic media is effective to increase teenager knowledge about the impact of early marriage to reproduction health using comic media.

Abstract

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior is the state of individuals in the household (family) of the Indonesian people who have implemented clean and healthy living behavior in order to prevent disease, overcome disease and other health problems, improve health status, utilize health services, develop, and organize community-sourced health efforts. The method used in this paper is literature review, analyzing a study that has been conducted on a particular topic. The articles obtained are national articles conducted using the google scholar database. Obtained 8 articles of which 4 articles are the majority with the results of knowledge about Clean and Healthy Living Behavior in elementary school students is still lacking. The result obtained is that knowledge about clean and healthy living behavior in elementary school students is still lacking. This requires special attention to efforts to improve PHBS through preventive and promotive PHBS actions. Various models that can be applied as an effort to improve PHBS by providing PHBS education in an interactive and innovative way, using simulation techniques by means of elementary school children practicing PHBS practices directly. In conclusion, PHBS in students is still lacking and further research needs to be done with the low knowledge of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior in Indonesia.

Abstract

Fine motor in preschoolers age 5-6 years old is very important to complete various activities. Stimulus is one of the factors that influence the development of fine motor, one of them is playing playdough. The purpose of this study is to determine the difference in fine motor development before and after playing playdough in preschoolers (5-6 years old). Pre eksperimental with One Group Pretest Posttest Design was used in this research. 30 children age 5-6 years old selected by using Purposive Sampling technic. To collecting data, the researchers use Denver II before and after the given intervention playing playdough. Intervention play playdough is done 3 times a week for 3 weeks with duration of play 60 minutes. The statistic test used in this study was Wilcoxon.The result of the research show that 11 children has an increase fine motor development after given intervention playing playdough. The result of the test statistic showed p value = 0,001, there is the difference in fine motor development before and after playing playdough in preschoolers (5-6 years old). The conclusion in this study is playing playdough can increasing fine motor development. Stimulus given correctly, consistently, and integration can create the development of fine motor children become optimum.

Abstract

Nursing documentation must be carried out at each stage of nursing care, so that it can be a means of nurse communication at work. Nursing documentation is a manifestation of nurses' accountability if nursing care services are disputed in the legal sphere. The phenomena, there are still many nurses who have not implemented nursing care documentation properly and correctly. The study was a correlational design with a population of all nurses in the inpatient unit of Bantur Public Centre Health, with a purposive sampling technique and a large sample of 14 people. Data collection using questionnaire instruments. The results showed that the majority of respondents (50%) applied sufficient nursing care documentation, the majority of respondents (58%) had sufficient knowledge. From the results of the Spearman statistical test, it is known, rho count = 0.923 and p value = 0, there is a correlation between the level of nurse knowledge about the standard of nursing care and the application of nursing care documentation. implementing of nursing documentation properly and correctly, it is necessary to have good knowledge about Nursing Care Standards. The better the knowledge about the standard of nursing care, the better the nursing care documentation that is applied.

Abstract

In this case, the use of gadgets for elementary school aged children (7-12 y.o) will in some degree affect cognitive levels. This can be seen from the achievement of the achievement value of children in school. Based on preliminary study conducted in Elementary School 7 Kepanjen, obtained the results of a total of 40 respondents as many as 33 children already have their own smartphone and the average use of the majority of gadgets over 3 hours. Meanwhile, more than 30 children admitted to using gadgets for the purposes of playing games and doing tasks. The purpose of research is to know the relationship of using gadget with cognitive level of elementary school age children in SD Negeri 7 Kepanjen. This research uses descriptive analytic descriptive research design and use cross sectional data retrieval. Sampling technique in this research using simple random sampling counted 60 respondents. Research data from a total of 60 respondents as much as 19 (32%) of respondents who categorized the use of high gadget decreased at cognitive level. In contrast, as many as 33 (60%) of children in the category of use were getting good cognitive value. The results were analyzed by Spearman Rank statistic test obtained significance (p)0.001 = (p) < 0.05 which means there is a significant correlation or relationship between variable use of gadgets with cognitive level variables. Based on research the use of gadgets for children should be more limited to avoid the impact and decrease on the cognitive level of children.
