Abstract

This research is a survey research on photo users at FZM Photography located in Cilacap. This research takes the title: "The Effect of Price, Place and Service on User Interest in Photography Services (Case Study at Fzm Photography)". Based on the results of research and data analysis, it shows that: (1) Price has a negative effect on user interest, (2) Place has a negative effect on user interest, (3) Service Quality has a positive effect on user interest, (4) Price, Place and Service Quality have a positive effect on user interest. The implications of the above conclusions are: (1) Considering that service quality has an effect on user interest, it is recommended that the owner of FZM Photography should improve service quality. (2) Price and Place have no effect on user interest, the owner of FZM Photography should maintain the current price set and maintain the current place used. (3) Considering that the three variables of price, place and service quality have a joint influence on user interest in photo services at FZM Photography, the shop owner should maintain affordable prices in the future so that consumers continue to increase, then in terms of place and service quality the shop owner should also continue to maintain a better place and service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Cilacap Regency. So the objectives to be achieved in this study are: 1) To determine the effect of Leadership Style on Employee Performance at the DPKUKM Office of Cilacap Regency. 2) To determine the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the DPKUKM Office of Cilacap Regency. 3) To determine the simultaneous influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the DPKUKM Office of Cilacap Regency. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance at the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Cilacap Regency. 2) Organizational Culture has a positive effect on Employee Performance at the Office of Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Cilacap Regency. 3) Leadership Style and Organizational Culture simultaneously influence Employee Performance.

Abstract

The creative economy has become an increasingly relevant topic in the context of modern business, while also growing awareness of sharia principles in the Muslim world. This article is a literature review which aims to investigate the role and influence of the creative economy in the formation of sharia creative businesses. Through data analysis from various literary sources such as scientific journals, books and articles, this study examines how the creative economy can support innovation, economic diversification and the promotion of Islamic culture in sharia creative businesses. The influence of the creative economy in sectors such as fashion, art, design and media is also analyzed in depth. The results provide insight into how the creative economy can play an important role in combining creativity, innovation and sharia principles to create ethical and competitive creative businesses in Indonesia. In this context, this literature research contributes to understanding the potential of the creative economy which can enrich sharia-based culture and economy in Indonesia.
