Abstract

Selama lebih dari beberapa tahun ini, para ekonom dunia telah memperhitungkan lingkungan sebagai bagian yang perlu diperhatikan secara serius dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan. Salah satu model ekonomi yang ditawarkan kepada dunia adalah model ekonomi sirkular, dimana dalam model ini barang yang sudah dikonsumsi dapat diolah kembali. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendiskusikan pengertian ekonomi sirkular dari beberapa definisi, mendeskripsikan keterkaitan bank sampah dalam mata rantai ekonomi sirkular dan membahas keberlanjutan dari bank sampah di tingkat masyarakat. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah studi literatur dan studi kasus. Studi literatur untuk mencari pemahaman tentang ekonomi sirkular sedangkan studi kasus untuk menelusuri implementasi program bank sampah. Pengumpulan data berupa telaah literatur dan wawancara. Hasil telaah literatur mengemukakan bahwa ekonomi sirkular adalah sebuah desain hasil pengelolaan limbah terpadu dengan melibatkan masyarakat dan stake holder tertentu. Pemilihan limbah dapat dilakukan secara mandiri dan partisipatif dalam sebuah komunitas masyarakat. Konsep bank sampah adalah model yang cocok dengan prinsip ekonomi sirkular. Dalam prakteknya masyarakat berpartisipasi dalam pemilihan limbah dan bisa mendapatkan nilai dari kegiatannya tersebut. Namun setelah dilakukan studi lapangan ditemukan bahwa ada beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan program bank sampah tidak terlaksana dengan baik di masyarakat. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah; ketiadaan inisiator di masyarakat dan macetnya siklus nilai.

Abstract

Filosofi Al Falah menuntut seorang muslim untuk berorientasi pada maslahah dalam setiap aktivitasnya. Jika seseorang menggunakan ukuran maslahah dalam aktivitas ekonominya baik dalam kegiatan produksi, konsusmsi maupun distribusi, maka diharapkan ia akan mencapai Al Falah; yaitu kemuliaan dan kemenangan dalam hidup. Sebab, seperti yang telah dikemukakan di awal tentang epistemologi Al Falah dalam Islam, istilah Al Falah diambil dari kata-kata Al Qur’an yang sering dimaknai sebagai keberuntungan jangka panjang, dunia dan akhirat, sehingga tidak hanya memandang aspek material, namun justeru lebih ditekankan pada aspek spiritual. Rasionalitas dalam Islam bukannya kemudian membatasi peluang untuk melakukan pemaksimalan kepentingan atau kebutuhan secara mutlak. Term “maksimisasi” bisa saja tetap digunakan, hanya ia dibatasi oleh kendala etika dan moral Islam. Maka istilah “kepuasan” pun mengalami transformasi pengertian dari “kepuasan tak terbatas” menjadi Al Falah, dalam arti yang luas, dunia dan akhirat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the theoretical framework about the role of training education as an increase in the performance of employees who have attended training education, as a driving force for employee performance to improve work supported by the work environment in each workplace with competency variables. This research uses the literature method. This research was conducted by searching for reference materials in the form of books, scientific journals, magazines, articles and research reports related to the research objectives. This study uses deductive and interpretive methods of data analysis. The results showed that education and training are a means of providing knowledge related to employees’ daily tasks, this knowledge can provide its own competencies for employee success in achieving better performance. The work environment is a support for fulfilling the completion of an employee’s duties. The creation of a working environment must be comfortable, supported by performance support facilities, and vice versa. Conducting training in a company is expected to have all the potential that employees have, so that employees can work better, with this the employee’s work performance will be better too. The work environment is not only a spatial arrangement with such a design by the company but also a kinship atmosphere, hereby intended to improve employee performance so that they are more enthusiastic, effective and efficient in carrying out their work. Employee competence plays a role in determining behavior and results. Competence is an attitude inherent in humans that allows someone to carry out an action or mental or physical work.

Abstract

Management is a way of managing an organization or institution. Management makes an organization achieve its goals and vision and mission. Proper management will make the organization run well and according to plan. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused changes in various social, economic, educational and health arrangements. Other things also have an impact on organizational management as well as campus organizations. All planned activities must be replaced and converted to online activities or with certain restrictions and permits. Seeing this, it is necessary to have new management in accordance with the Covid-19 pandemic era on campus so that the organization can run. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. It is hoped that with the existence of organizational management on campus during the Covid-19 Pandemic, the activities carried out can still run well even though during the Covid-19 pandemic. Organizational management in studies at UKK KSR-PMI IAIN Pekalongan such as organizational management planning during the pandemic, management, implementation and supervision in running the organization in accordance with the Covid-19 pandemic era.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study which is tak en from secondary data on financial reports at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) in Cilacap Regency. This research takes the title: “Ratio Analysis To Assess Local Government Performance Case Study at BPPKAD Cilacap Regency 2015-2019. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of local governments in terms of effectiveness ratios, efficiency ratios, compatibility ratios, growth ratios and independence ratios. Based on the results of research and data analysis using financial ratio measurement tools, it shows that: (1) Regional Financial Performance of Cilacap Regency when viewed from the Effectiveness Ratio of is classified as Effective, because the average effectiveness is above 100%, namely 106.83%. (2) The financial performance of Cilacap Regency when viewed from the Efficiency Ratio of Regional Finance is already efficient, because the average ratio is less than 100%, namely 0.98%. (3) The Regional Financial Performance of Regency, when viewed from the Harmony Ratio, still allocates a lot of Operational Expenditure rather than Capital Expenditure. (4) The Regional Financial Performance of Cilacap Regency when viewed from the Growth Ratio is classified as positive. (5) Regional Financial Performance of Cilacap Regency when viewed from the Regional Financial Independence Ratio is still classified as Very Low and in the Instructive relationship pattern category

Abstract

Work Discipline, and Work Environment on Employee Performance of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) Cilacap Regency. The sample in this study were 44 respondents using the census method. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and t test. The results of the analysis are as follows: Partially education has a significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Cilacap Regional Representative Council Secretariat (DPRD), this is evidenced by the t-count value of education (t-count X1) which is greater than t-table (2.386> 2.021). Work discipline partially has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Regional Representative Council Secretariat (DPRD) of Cilacap Regency, this is evidenced by the t-count value of work discipline (t-count X2) which is greater than t-table (2,371> 2,021). The work environment partially has a significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Regional Representative Council Secretariat (DPRD) of Cilacap Regency, this is evidenced by the t-count value of the work environment (t-count X3) which is greater than t-table (3.175> 2.021).

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support, person-organization fit and compensation on employee’s job mativation. This research conducted at KPRI NEU RSUD Banyumas in December 2020. The type of research is survey method and data were collected based on questionnaires. The population of this study was 112 people. The number of respondents was 53 determined by proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data were analysed using multiple liniear regressions and t-test. The result showed perceived organizational support, person-organization Fit, and compensation have a significant effect on job motivation with the values of tcount which bigger than t table. Organization should make effort to increase job motivation by increasing perceived organization support, person-organization fit, and compensation.

Abstract

The research objective was to analyze the influence of motivation, physical work environment, work discipline, and training on employee work productivity at the Tirta Wijaya Regional Public Company, Cilacap Regency. The hypothesis proposed is that motivation, physical work environment, work discipline, and training have an influence on employee work productivity at the Tirta Wijaya Regional Public Drinking Water Company, Cilacap Regency. The type of research is survey method and data were collected based on quistionnaires. The population of this study was 200 people and sample 67 people. The analytical tool used is regression analysis and parcial test (t test). The result showed motivation, physical work environment, work discipline, and training have a significant effect on employee work productivity with the values of t count which bigger than t table. Tirta Wijaya Regional Public Drinking Water Company, Cilacap Regency should make efforts to increase employee productivity by increasing motivation, physical work environment, work discipline, and training.

Abstract

The research objective was to analyze the effect of individual personality, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) in UPPD/SAMSAT Office Employees, Cilacap Regency. The hypothesis proposed is Individual Personality, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction have an influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study used a survey method and data were collected through a questionnaire. The number of samples is 40 people or using the census method. The analytical tools used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Partial Test (t test). The results showed that individual personality, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction had a significant effect on OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) as evidenced by the t-value of the three variables greater than the t-table value.

Abstract

This research has the background of many government regulations in the financial sector, especially in the capital market, which causes many investors who want to invest in shares to obtain optimal profits. Therefore, investors need to do a stock valuation first. Stock valuation can be done by investors by analyzing shares through the company's condition, both internally and externally. This is in accordance with the objectives of the research, which is to know the description of the company's financial performance and to know the fairness of the stock price. Knowing the fairness of stock prices can be done through fundamental analysis with the Price Earning Ratio approach. The population in this study are shares included in the Jakarta Islamic Index which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique and obtained three company shares, namely PT. AKR Corporindo, Tbk, and PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. and PT. United Tractors, Tbk. Data collection techniques using documentation. Data analysis techniques using the PER approach.The results of the study showed that the shares in the three company shares that were used as research samples, namely PT. AKR Corporindo, Tbk. with intrinsic value of Rp.2,996., and PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. with an intrinsic value of Rp.45,366, is in an Overvalued condition, which is intrinsic value is smaller than the market price. The decision that can be taken is to sell shares. While PT. United Tractors, Tbk. with an intrinsic value of Rp.26,293 being in an Undervalued condition, which is an intrinsic value greater than the market price. The decision that can be taken is to buy shares.
