Abstract

Penerapan User Experience (UX) dalam permodelan sistem informasi keuangan membawa dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas dan efisiensi penggunaan sistem tersebut. Mengutamakan pengalaman pengguna dalam desain antarmuka meningkatkan daya guna sistem, meminimalkan kesalahan input, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Dengan memperhatikan tata letak yang intuitif, navigasi yang mudah, dan responsivitas yang baik, pengguna dapat dengan cepat dan efisien mengakses informasi keuangan yang diperlukan. Peningkatan UX juga mendukung pengguna dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dengan menyajikan data keuangan secara jelas dan mudah dipahami. Selain itu, fokus pada aspek UX dapat mengurangi beban pelatihan bagi pengguna baru, meminimalkan kesalahan input, dan memperkuat penerimaan pengguna terhadap perubahan sistem. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox testing mendapatkan hasil sebesar 100% sesuai dengan fungsi dari aplikasi yang dibuat tanpa ada kesalahan atau error. metode blackbox testing memberikan gambaran penting tentang kualitas sistem dari perspektif pengguna akhir, yang sangat berguna untuk pengembangan produk yang berorientasi pada pengguna.

Abstract

The selection of the best students can involve a variety of issues that need to be considered. Some of the problems that arise in the process of selecting the best students include the determination of clear and objective criteria to select the best students, the availability of accurate data and information to assess student achievement and qualifications, and uncertainty or controversy related to the decisions taken. This study aims to apply a combination of Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) and Rank Sum methods in selecting the best students so as to make it easier for schools, especially the student affairs department, to determine the best students at the end of each semester. The ranking results showed that rank 1 was obtained with a final grade of 0.5327 on behalf of student Nadia Kadhita Andriane, rank 2 was obtained with a final grade of 0.5327 on behalf of student Fio Abiyu Yahara, and rank 3 was obtained with a final grade of 0.5300 on behalf of student Robinson Pasaribu.

Abstract

Determining the location of a new warehouse is a strategic decision that can affect the operational efficiency and costs of the company. Some problems that may arise in determining the location of the new warehouse are the area of the new warehouse, distance to the factory, distance from the main warehouse, average distance to the distributor. New warehouse siting recommendations can be generated by integrating the TOPSIS and PIPRECIA methods. TOPSIS provides a relative evaluation of each site based on predetermined criteria, while PIPRECIA helps address the weighted aspects of the criteria used in determining the location of new warehouses. The results of alternative ranking provide recommendations in the selection of new warehouse locations, namely the first rank with a value of 0.8223 with the alternative name of Region 4, the second rank with a value of 0.6163 with the alternative name of Region 3, the third rank with a value of 0.5049 with the alternative name of Region 5.

Abstract

The problem is that programmers who do not have sufficient experience or skills can produce code that is of poor quality, difficult to maintain, and prone to bugs. The selection process for hiring programmers is a critical stage in building a competent and innovative software development team. This selection involves several stages, such as an assessment of understanding of basic programming concepts, problem-solving abilities, and technical skills relevant to the demands of the job. The purpose of this study is to combine the SMART and ROC methods in the selection of programmer acceptance, where the ROC method for determining the weight of criteria and the SMART method are used for ranking programmer selection candidates. The results of the programmer acceptance selection ranking combining the SMART and ROC methods provide an overview of rankings based on predetermined criteria and weights. The final score results of SMART and ROC then recommend rank 1 with a total score of 0.823 for Candidate C, rank 2 with a total score of 0.607 for Candidate A, rank 3 with a total score of 0.521 for Candidate D.

Abstract

The determination of outstanding honor employees is not only a form of recognition for outstanding performance, but also a motivator to encourage professional growth and individual empowerment in the work environment. This study aims to apply the ARAS method in determining outstanding honor employees so that the results of recommendations become considerations for leaders in determining outstanding honor employees. The ranking results show the results of rank 1 with the final value of the ARAS method of 0.9915 obtained by the name of employee B, rank 2 with the final value of the ARAS method of 0.985 obtained by the name of employee D, rank 3 with the final value of the ARAS method of 0.924 obtained by the name of employee A.
