Abstract

Glebek Dalam village Agrowisata is one of the tourist attractions that has very good potential to be developed, through good development. This study aims to explain the tourism communication strategy in developing the promotion of the Glebek Dalam tourism village in Banyuasin district, tourism village in Banyuasin district, south Sumatera. The study of swot analysis theory is the basis for this research. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach that takes ecotourism agrotourism in Glebek Dalam village. Data collection in this research wa carried out through observation, documentation and interviews. The research results show that there are two tourism communications and tourism online communications tourism is social media in the form of Instagram and print media as well as websites that are used to convey information messages to the public. A communication strategy was formed in the Glebek Dalam village Agrotourism is two-way communication, due to cooperation between management groups tourism involing related agnecies and village communities in developing Agrotourism in Glebek Dalam village. Abstract

The word learning is not far from a word, namely evaluation, along with the development of the times, and with the sophistication of existing technology, various kinds of media have emerged in the application of learning. E-Learning is the answer to all the sophistication that exists at this time. Where learning methods using technology are currently needed because of advances in technology in each place of learning, whether it's a school or college. This study uses the Research and Development method. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of E-Learning media-based learning. The results of the data that the researcher will obtain are the responses of Tadris Biology Students Semester 3 VI UINSU. Hopefully what is expected with this article can be an alternative choice or reference in conducting a study.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the factors that influence employment in the Small Industry Sector in Sidoarjo Regency. Through the results of this study, it is expected to contribute to the scientific field, especially in business management related to employment in the small industry sector. The population of this study includes all small industries in Sidoarjo Regency. The results showed that capital has no influence on employment in the small industry sector in Sidoarjo Regency. However, production value has a significant positive effect on labor absorption in the small industry sector in Sidoarjo Regency. This means that the demand for labor by entrepreneurs is influenced by the number of goods produced by these workers. In addition, the wage level also has a significant negative effect on employment in the small industry sector in Sidoarjo Regency. This means that the higher the wage level, the lower the demand for labor by employers. Keywords: capital, production value, wages, labor

Abstract

Da'wah media is a tool used as an intermediary in achieving the goals of da'wah. In conveying messages to recipients by utilizing media to achieve success, the choice of media used is very important. Progress in communication media in recent years has shown significant changes. Because there are many media that are used to convey messages to support da'wah activities, it is one of the effective and efficient ways of conveying Islamic values ​​to the public. Communication media can be interpreted as meaning that all media and objects can be used as communication media for the success of da'wah. Therefore, it is impossible for da'wah to be successful without the media to help make it a success. The more you master the use of media in the implementation of da'wah, the more it will lead to success and success in the implementation of da'wah.

In banking operations, Asset Liability Management (ALMA) is the main focus in managing commercial banks. Abstract

There are 5 dengue cases in 19 neighborhoods with 1 death rate in 2022. This study aims to determine the application of DBD vector control management in Environment 19 of Belawan Bahagia Village.This is qualitative research using the Descriptive Analytics method, with 3 informants with criteria that have been set by the researcher. The result of this study is that there is no vector control program that causes Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) biologically, physically, and chemically in Environment 19 of Belawan Bahagia Village.The conclusion of this study is that the management of vector control that causes Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) has not been carried out properly. It is necessary to carry out maximum vector control of the causes of dengue fever in the environmental area 19 Belawan Bahagia Village to prevent dengue health problems. Abstract

Based on data obtained from BPS (Central Statistics Agency) in 2012 the number of farmers is 48% of the total workforce in Indonesia of around 49.8 million people (Alexandratos and Bruinsma 2012 p: 24). This situation is not enough to make Indonesia a prosperous and developed country. This is due to the low level of productivity of agricultural products because it is not supported by the use of good and environmentally friendly fertilizers. Farmers still often use chemical fertilizers which are capable of speeding up the planting period, but on the other hand in the long run it will actually have a risky negative impact. According to BPS dataon fisheries, shrimp production in Indonesia can reach 200,000 tons per year. The shrimp shell contains protein (25% - 40%), chitin (15% - 20%), and calcium carbonate (45% - 50%). The quality of shrimp shell waste based on nutrient content and nutrients is quite good and suitablefor use as liquid fertilizer, but until now this waste has not been used optimally, causing environmental pollution, especially odors and bad environmental aesthetics. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of making liquid organic fertilizer from shrimp shell waste (SUPERLIZER) and the effect of SUPERLIZER on the growth of chili plants. The method used in this study was to use 5 sample experiments with a comparison of the composition of shrimp shells and EM4 bacteria, namely (A) 200gram:100ml, (B) 300gram:100ml, (C) 400gram:100ml, (D) 500gram:100ml, (E) ) 600gram:100ml also used chemical fertilizer and water control which was tested for 10 days. The best results were obtained for sample (E) witha ratio of 600gram:100ml which gave a 5 cm increase in length compared to chemical fertilizers which only gave a 2.8 cm increase in length. Abstract

This study aims to find out what are the economic potentials of Plasma plantations and the level of community welfare in Kungan Tompek Village. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach, the data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. And the research data was analyzed using analytical techniques consisting of data reduction, data display and verification. The results of this study are that there are three economic potentials of plasma plantations: Increasing income, Creating jobs, and Reducing unemployment. The economic potential of plasma plantations has been able to improve the welfare of the members of the plasma plantation community. Except for one informant whose welfare has not increased, that can be seen from the informant's inability to fulfill one of the five criteria for community welfare and also has not been able to improve the welfare of his community when viewed from the criteria for guarding religion and protecting the soul. Abstract

Religious tolerance on campus needs to be studied to address conflicts between religious groups that can disrupt a harmonious academic climate. The aim of this research is to explore the level of religious tolerance on campus and the factors that influence it. Survey and interview methods are used to analyze the views, attitudes, and experiences of students regarding religious tolerance on campus. This study indicates that the level of religious tolerance on campus is not yet optimal. Factors such as a lack of understanding of other religions and negative stereotypes are obstacles. A multicultural education approach through dialogue and cooperation between religions is effective in enhancing tolerance. Keywords : Multicultural, tolerance, Campus.

Abstract

The issue of plastik waste has become an urgent global concern, with its negatve impacts on ecosystems and the environment becoming increasingly apparent. In an effort to address this issue, the United Nations has established 17 aspects of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In this context, the innovative environmentally friendly bags from EverBloom Bags present an intriguing solution as part of achieving SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). Through the theory of sustainable consumption, we emphasize the importance of environmentally friendly products in fostering sustainable consumption patterns. By choosing eco-friendly bags, individuals can actively participate in reducing plastik waste and creating a better environment. The innovation of eco-friendly bags from EverBloom Bags represent a tangible step towards tackling the plastik waste issue. We illustrate the significance of adopting environmentally friendly product in achieving SDG 12, while providing practical solutions that contribute to environmental protection. With collective awareness and action, we can create positive changes in addressing current environmental issues and achieve sustainable development goals for a better future.
