Abstract

This paper aims to review the leadership and improvement of education quality in islamic boarding school. To realize the objectives of boarding school, a leader who has the ability to answer various challenges, have a vision to be come the excellent boarding school, and the effort to achieve it with high energy and commitment. Leaders who always try to influence their subordinates through direct communication by emphasizing the importance of values, assumptions, commitments, and beliefs and have a determination to achieve the goals. Leaders act in way to motivate and inspire subordinates through the giving of meaning and challange to the duties of subordinates. The meaning of the quality of education is the suitability of the needs in education which one means to improve the quality of human resouces as well as to produce changing of human to become a perfect human beings with the noble character and good personality.

Abstract

Dengan adanya perkembangan zaman ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang mengalami kemajuan sangat pesat seperti alat komunikasi dan internet yang dapat mempermudah seseorang dalam melakukan atau memperoleh suatu informasi. Sekarang ini, kegiatan belajar dan mengajar memanfaatkan kemajuan tersebut seperti menggunakan teknologi informasi berbasis internet yaitu e-learning agar dapat menunjang proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran e-learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Motode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi pustaka dimana dengan mengumpulkan data yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian kemudian data tersebut akan diolah oleh penulis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran e-learning dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Pembelajaran koooperatif merupakan aktivitas kelompok yang di organisir oleh satu prinsip bahwa pembelajaran harus didasarkan pada perubahan informasi secara sosial di antara kelompok-kelompok pembelajarannya sendiri dan didorong untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran anggota-anggota yang lainImplementasi model pembelajaran cooperative learning dalam membina baca kitab kuning Santri Ma’had Aly Ula Nurul Qarnain Sukowono Jember Tahun Pelajaran 2020-2021, yaitu Ustadz membagi santri, memberikan nomor urut, menyuruh santri untuk berdiskusi, mengundi nomor urut, memberikan kesimpulan pada waktu 10 menit terakhir jam pelajaran. Faktor Pendorong Implementasi pembelajaran cooperative learning dalam membina baca kitab kuning Santri Ma’had Aly Ula Nurul Qarnain Sukowono Jember Tahun Pelajaran 2020-2021 yaitu faktor lingkungan, kemauan sendiri dan tes masuk I’dadiyah Sukorejo. Faktor Penghambat Implementasi pembelajaran cooperative learning dalam membina baca kitab kuning Santri Ma’had Aly Ula Nurul Qarnain Sukowono Jember Tahun Pelajaran 2020-2021, yaitu tugas pesantren dan kepala kamar, pemahaman nahwu-sharrafnya lemah dan mengantuk, capek serta jenuh.

Abstract

This paper presents a discussion about the source of the values of Education management where the source of value in question is tawhid, by using the method of file research aim at revealing source values and values contained in the management of Islamic education, where the results show that human beings have the fitrah to believe in relying on all things only to god and man just to do the scenario that has been made by Allah swt , By holding on to the Qur'an and hadith. Therefore, born as a source of value management of Islamic education, this concept is related to self-management (personal) but can be applied in the context of social charity including in the management of Islamic education. If we associate this with the Islamic education management system, then the intention is the same as Pleaning, An-Nashabu in identical with the organization and actuating while Muhasabah, Tasyakkur, and Tawakkal are contained as controlling in Islamic education management

Abstract

Modern Islamic boarding schools are educational instutions that are still developing in the world of education, student at a muslim school have more time than students because they get the two learning opportunities at school and in the islamic boarding school. Students learn and manifest their learning behavior with habits, skill, observation, rational nad critical thinking, attitude, inhibition. Appreciation of manifestations that affect the development of self esteem is belief, the ability to act and face life’s challenges, belief in happiness, a feeling of worthiness. The research method used is a literature approach that examines a variety of literature relevant to the topic of study

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the difficulties that are often experienced by elementary school students in learning geometry. The research approach used is qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The subjects of this study were the teacher of Tunjung Sekar 2 School of Malang. Data collection techniques are done by interviewing teachers related to student difficulties and solutions that teacher do to overcome it. Data analysis was done by describing the interview result. The results of the study found that students have difficulties in multiplication and division, geometry and problem-shaped concepts. Actions undertaken by teachers to overcome student difficulties include learning is done by confronting students on concrete objects and make students experience themselves. In addition students are given enrichment for those who already understand and remidi for students who do not understand, cooperate with parents and before going to class in the morning held literacy and memorize multiplication. The average student's mathematical achievement has increased after several solutions have been applied.
