Abstract

Coconut is one of the important agricultural commodities in Indonesia that contributes significantly to the country's economy and the livelihood of farmers. However, in recent years, coconut production in Durian Payung village has experienced a worrying decline. This research aims to analyze the factors that have caused the decrease in coconut production and its impact on the coconut farmers' economy in Durian Payung. The methods used in this study include surveys, interviews, and statistical data analysis related to coconut production from various available sources. The research results show that several factors have led to the decrease in coconut production in Indonesia, including climate change, pest and disease attacks, lack of coconut land maintenance, and the low adoption of modern technology in coconut cultivation. The impact of the declining coconut production on the coconut farmers' economy is significant. Farmers face a drastic decline in income due to the decrease in coconut production, which negatively affects their standard of living and well-being. Additionally, the coconut processing industry and coconut trade are also affected due to limited coconut supply.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Era Globalisasi telah menimbulkan Perkembangan Teknologi, hal ini tidak dapat dilepaskan dari peran Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Dimana SDM sebagai penggerak dan penentu dari Perkembangan Teknologi. Apabila SDM tidak mempunyai keahlian yang mumpuni, mustahil perkembangan teknologi akan memberikan manfaat bagi kehidupan bermasyarakat. Dalam hal ini penulis memfokuskan kepada para Pemohon yang mengajukan permohonan kepengurusan Pelayanan Pertanahan Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah secara langsung terkhusus pada metode pembayaran yang disediakan oleh Loket Pelayanan Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah. Pada Loket Pelayanan tersebut sudah terdapat kemudahan dalam metode pembayaran yang disediakan. Loket pelayanan menerapkan metode pembayaran dengan cara pembayaran melalui bank, kantor pos, penggunaan kartu debit maupun transfer dengan kode billing. Hal tersebut bertujuan agar pembayaran dilakukan secara cashless (non tunai). Akan tetapi, mayoritas masyarakat masih menggunakan metode pembayaran secara cash melalui bank ataupun kantor pos. Hal tersebut tentunya akan lebih membutuhkan waktu dan tidak efektif efisien sesuai dengan tujuan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia.

Abstract

Based on observations organic waste at the Padang Baru Traditional Market Lubuk Basung is scattered everywhere, when selling traders do not provide temporary trash bins and later after being cleaned by market officials the waste is immediately thrown into the trash, the waste is just piled up in one tub and left unattended. Processed so as to cause a foul odor that can disturb the surrounding community or can cause various diseases and environmental pollution. Organic waste in the Lubuk Basung Padang Baru Traditional Market has good potential if managed properly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the management of organic waste at the Lubuk Basung Padang Baru Traditional Market. The research method is a qualitative method. The place of this research is in Lubuk Basung Padang Baru Traditional Market. The respondents that the researchers took were seven people, namely four market traders, two local people and one market manager. The research instruments are observation, interviews and documentation. The author uses data analysis in three ways: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings obtained by the author are that organic waste in the Lubuk Basung Padang Baru Traditional Market is not managed properly by market traders, market leaders and the surrounding community. There is no waste segregation and composting. From this it can be concluded that the results of the author’s analysis entitled “Analysis of Organic Waste Management in Lubuk Basung Padang Baru Traditional Market” are not managed properly.

Abstract

This article describes the problem of usury law from the perspective of public understanding. As for some of the Sungai Rantai people who consider usury to be a common practice that they have done since long ago from their ancestors, the Sungai Chain community considers usury to be a source of their livelihood because the profit they get is many times that of them. seek honest income or lawful livelihoods, therefore the Sungai Rantai community often commits acts of usury. It is said that usury is one of the major sins in Islam, because it leads to destruction. Therefore, providing understanding to the public actually aims to advance an economic system that is compassionate, more just, more balanced social relations and ethical values that are in line with Islamic teachings

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has changed the way people interact, including in terms of financial transactions. One of the significant innovations in the banking industry is the introduction of mobile banking services or M-banking. The use of M-Banking has brought about changes in people's financial behavior in the Patamuan District. Prior to the adoption of M-Banking, banking activities involving cash deposits, withdrawals, or transfers of funds required a physical presence at a bank or ATM machine. The use of M-Banking has had a positive impact on the people in Patamuan District. This service provides better accessibility to banking services, facilitates transactions, and enhances efficient financial management. In the economic aspect, the use of M-Banking has increased financial inclusion in Patamuan District. In addition to the positive impacts, there are also challenges and obstacles faced in using M-banking in the Patamuan District. Some of the obstacles or challenges that may have a negative impact are limited internet access, because several areas in Patamuan sub-district have limited internet access because the area is rather remote. There are three ways of data analysis techniques used, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. . The instruments used were observation, documentation and interviews.

Abstract

This research was taken because the writer wanted to know why the Tandikek community's interest in KUD was decreasing. The purpose of this research is to find out the development of KUD Tandikek from the beginning until now and what causes the lack of interest of the Tandikek community in the services of KUD Tandikek. This research method is a qualitative method, the place of this research is KUD Tandikek, one research respondent is taken, namely KUD Tandikek employees. The research instruments used were field observations, interviews and documentation. The author uses data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research findings obtained by the author are KUD Tandikek, village unit cooperatives (KUD), namely cooperatives in rural areas that have an important role in rural communities, especially the agricultural sector. With the development of the business era, KUD Tandikek has decreased, this decline was caused by several factors including the lack of firmness from KUD Tandikek management in terms of savings and loans, many other institutions that match the activities of KUD Tandikek, BRI LINK is increasingly widespread in society. For this reason, a strategy is needed so that KUD Tandikek returns to life and develops in the midst of today's technological advances, one of which is to redevelop existing businesses in KUD Tandikek and improve services to the community by utilizing technological sophistication. Abstract

This study aims to: analyze the effect of accountability on the management of village funds in North Cubadak Air village, analyze the effect of transparency on the management of village funds in North Cubadak Air village and analyze community participation on the accountability of village fund management in North Cubadak Air village. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were all village government officials and community representatives in North Cubadak Air Village, the sample taken for this study was 91 people. The sample was determined by purposive sampling technique method. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed with SPSS version 26.0. The results showed that accountability has a significant effect on the management of village funds. Transparency has a significant effect on the management of village funds. Community participation has a significant effect on the management of village funds. The conclusion of this study is that accountability, transparency, community participation affect the management of village funds.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi penggunaan aplikasi Sistem Keuangan Desa (SISKEUDES) dalam meningkatkan kinerja aparatur desa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sandi Ulakan, Kecamatan Ulakan Tapakih. Dimana pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Desa Sandi Ulakan sudah mengimplementasikan Sistem Keuangan Desa (SISKEUDES). Pengelolaan keuangan desa pada Desa Sandi Ulakan sudah sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur, yaitu Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia Nomor 20 Tahun 2018 Tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa. Pengelolaan keuangan desa pada Desa Sandi Ulakan, meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, dan pelaporan. Melalui penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan desa menggunakan sistem keuangan desa di Sandi Ulakan meningkatkan kinerja aparatur desa tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in the performance of Islamic stock mutual funds with the performance of conventional stock mutual funds. This type of research is a descriptive statistical analysis with a sample population of Islamic stock mutual funds and conventional stock mutual funds that are actively listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. The sample selection used the purpose sumpling technique. Purpose sampling method is a sampling method based on certain criteria. The method used is the Independent Sample T Test different test. The mutual funds tested were the performance of sayriah stock mutual funds and the performance of conventional stock mutual funds based on the value of return and risk of mutual funds using the Sharpe, Treynor, Jensen and MM methods. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference between the performance of Islamic stock mutual funds and the performance of conventional stock mutual funds.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of rubber prices on economic activity and community welfare in Payaraman Barat Village, Ogan Ilir Regency. The study utilizes a data collection method through a Likert Scale questionnaire. The population in this research includes all rubber farmers, totaling 320 households. The sample is determined using Purposive Sampling technique with the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample size of 77 individuals for this study. Data analysis is conducted using classical assumption tests and simple linear regression analysis. From the research results, it was found that the t-value (2.310) is greater than the t-table value (0.2242), with a significance level of 0.024. Since the significance value of t (0.024) is less than 0.05, it can be concluded that rubber prices have a significant influence on the income of rubber farmers in Payaraman Barat Village, Ogan Ilir Regency.
