Abstract

The purposes of this study are: (1) to determine the influence of creativity and productivity of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers of all Senior High Schools in district Talo, Seluma of 2018/2019 (2) to determine the influence between work motivation and productivity of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers of all Senior High Schools in district Talo, Seluma of 2018/2019 (3) to determine the influence of creativity and work motivation and productivity of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers of all Senior High Schools in district Talo Seluma of 2018/2019. This research was conducted at all Senior High Schools of Talo, Seluma districts consisted of 6 schools. The method used in this study was a quantitative correlation. Methods of data collection used a questionnaire. The conclusions of this study are (1) There is an influence between creativity and productivity of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers of all Senior High Schools in district Talo. (2) There is an influence between work motivation and productivity of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers of all Senior High Schools in district Talo. (3) There is an influence between creativity and work motivation as well as productivity of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers of all Senior High Schools in district Talo.

Abstract

The purpose of the study this is to find out what efforts the teacher of the Qur'an hadith in improving the ability to memorize the verses of the Qur'an in class VI students MI Darussalam 2018/2019 school year. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted in MI Darussalam City of Bengkulu because there are characteristics namely the efforts of teachers of Al- Qur'an Hadith subjects in improving the ability to memorize verses of the Qur'an hadith. When the research was conducted from July 2018-January 2019. The subject of the research is the teacher of Al-Qur'an Hadith. The research informants were the Principal, Teachers besides the Qur'an Hadith, MI Darussalam Bengkulu City Students. Data collection method used are interviews, observation and documentation. To check The validity of the data uses data triangulation techniques from schools and sources know and relate to the efforts of teachers of the Qur'anic Hadith subjects in improving the ability to memorize the verses of al-quran .. Technical analysis using an interactive data analysis model, the steps taken are data reduction, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions or verification. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there are teacher efforts Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects to improve the ability to memorize Al-Qur'an verses in class VI MI Darussalam Bengkulu City. teacher effort The Qur'anic subjects of the Hadith include (1) Memorizing the Verses Al-Qur'an with the sima’i method. (2) Checking the Memorization of Al-Qur'an Verses. (3) students record the verses requested memorized, (4) Teachers Provide Motivation for students in memorization, (5) students are asked to write memorized verses, (6) The teacher provides assistance in memorizing the verses of the Al-Qur'an Hadith.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is expected to be a special reference for developing learning methods that are right for the benefit of students. This research is a classroom action research, which is carried out in stages to get the desired results. This type of research is classroom action with a workflow covering 4 stages. This study uses a student action research design (PTS) which includes qualitative description research, which takes place in an iterative cycle. Each cycle is carried out as described by (Hopkins 1993: 48) which includes planning activities implementing actions, observation and reflection. Based on the results of the analysis of the data that has been described, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) The use of the demonstration method can improve learning outcomes of natural science subject matter subject matter and its changes through demonstration methods in learning in class III of SD Negeri 168 Seluma 2019 school year / 2020 (2) The action process evaluation activity showed that the average value of students in cycle I was 71 and rose again in cycle II to 78. Students who completed in cycle I were 14 students or 70% and in the improvement cycle to 19 students or 95%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of play methods (letter cards and images) to improve reading achievement in third grade students of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam Bengkulu City. This research is a quantitative research, using an experimental method with a correlational approach. The population of this study was all children with learning difficulties of third grade students of Bengkulu City Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam as many as 11 students. As a sample of this study, the researchers took all of the existing population that is all children having difficulty learning third grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam Bengkulu City as many as 11 students. Data collection techniques used were the test method as the main method and the method of interview or interview and observation as the method of his help. While the data analysis technique used is the analysis of the Signed Ranking Test (Wilcoxon Sign Ranks Test). Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between students' reading learning achievement before being given treatment and after being given treatment. In other words, the method of playing with media cards letters and images effectively used to improve learning achievement of children who have difficulty learning to read class III Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam Bengkulu City. This is evidenced by the results of data analysis obtained the calculated Z value of -2.946 with a probability of 0.003 and the probability value of the Z count is smaller than the probability of error that is 0.005 with a significance level of 5%.

Abstract

The objective of this study aimed at developing learning methods in teaching PAI subject at secondary school level. The research method used is classroom action research, which is carried out in II sycle which consist of four steps. The subject of the reaseach was the students of the first year at SMPN 10 Seluma Regency. Based on the results, the data shows there was improvement on the students’ achievement in understanding the goal of teaching related to the given topics. The data indicated that in each sycle increased significantly from 62% at first cycle become 85% at the secondary sycle. Then the data also show that there was improvement on students’attitude, motivation during the class activity. In conclusion, discovery learning method is effective used at SMPN 10 Seluma.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1. to investigate the relationship between students' perceptions and the role of counseling guidance with interest in entering SMK 1 Mejayan; 2. investigate the relationship of students' perceptions with interest in entering SMK 1 Mejayan; 3. Investigate the relationship between students' perceptions and the role of counseling guidance with interest in entering SMK 1 Mejayan; 4. Investigate the relationship between the role of counseling guidance and interest in entering SMK 1 Mejayan. The research method is a survey and quantitative approach. The subjects of the study were students of class X at SMK 1 Mejayan. The population in this study were all class X all majors for the 2019/2020 school year, totaling 726 students. The instrument used in this study was questionnaire distribution. The questionnaire trial was conducted on 30 respondents from one class namely X IPA C. The validity test used the Pearson product moment formula and the reliability test used the alpha formula. Data analysis techniques using multiple predictor double regression analysis techniques and Pearson product moment correlation techniques. The analysis prerequisite tests included: data normality test, linear test and significance of regression, and independent test. Based on the results of the analysis can be concluded, 1). There is a relationship between students' perceptions and the role of counseling guidance towards the interest in entering SMK 1 Mejayan in learning 2019/2020 lessons. Student perception variable made a relative contribution of 83.8% and an effective contribution of 54.1%. The role of counseling guidance variable gave a relative contribution of 16.2% and an effective contribution of 10.5%. 2). There is a correlation between students' perceptions with interest in entering Mejayan 1ND Vocational School. 3). There is a relationship between the role of counseling guidance and interest in entering Mejayan 1ND Vocational School. 4). Student perception variable has a stronger relationship with interest in entering SMK 1 Mejayan. The recommendations that can be given to SMK 1 Mejayan from the conclusions of this study are the need to improve the school promotion strategy to the community and junior high schools through the counseling guidance section because a good promotion strategy will be able to improve the quality of student resources. The research suggestion is adding other independent variables to find out relationship with interest in entering SMK 1 Mejayan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there were differences in the effect between the learning method PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) and CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) on the achievement of economic learning competence on the subject of tax for high school students in class XI semester 1. This study used a real experimental method (CTL) true experimental research). The study population was all students of class XI of SMA N 1 Mejayan, consisting of 5 classes, with many students in each class of 40 to 45 students. Samples were taken by cluster sampling technique of 2 classes, the selected class is XI Social Sciences 2 class as experimental class I and XI Social Sciences 3 as experimental class II. Data collection techniques using the test method. Testing the requirements analysis of the normality test used the Shapiro Wilk method and the homogeneity test used the Levene method. The data analysis technique used is the t test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded: There is a difference in the effect between the learning method PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) with the method of learning CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) on the achievement of economic learning achievement on the subject of tax for high school students in class XI semester 1. This is indicated by the value of t arithmetic of -11.215 at a significant level of 0.05 that is equal to 0.041 so that the significant value is smaller than 0.05 (probability 0.041 <0.05). The average change in economic learning achievement on the subject of tax for PBL class is 1.68 and for CTL class is 3.03. Therefore, the CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) method is more influential in improving learning achievement.

Abstract

The learning process that involves materials, methods, teaching aids and so on must undergo changes towards renewal (innovation). Teachers are required to be more creative and innovative. Especially in determining the appropriate learning model and method will determine the success of students in the formation of life skills. Students' life skills are also expected to emerge when learning Indonesian. Therefore the purpose of this study is to find out the improvement of Indonesian learning achievement after the implementation of the collaborative teaching model and to determine the effect of motivation to learn Indonesian after applying the collaborative teaching model. This research method uses action research as much as two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: design, activity and observation, reflection, and revision. The data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analyst found that student achievement has increased from cycle I to cycle II namely, cycle I (51%) and cycle II (89%). The conclusion is that the collaborative teaching model can positively influence the achievement, interest, attention and participation, motivation of learning student of Public Elementary School 03 Mukomuko City, as well as this learning model can be used as an alternative learning Indonesian achievement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: (1) describe the structure of conversation in the interaction of teaching and learning of student teachers in class VI MIN 2 Bengkulu City, (2) describe the function of speech language in conversations on teaching and learning interactions of student teachers in class VI MIN 2 Bengkulu City, ( 3) describe the function of the use of particles in conversation in the interaction of teaching and learning of student teachers in class VI MIN 2 Bengkulu City. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this research is the utterance between teachers and students on teaching and learning interactions in the classroom. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used were (1) observation techniques, (2) recording techniques, (3) note taking techniques, and (4) document analysis techniques. The validity of the data in this study used the method triangulation technique. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded: 1) Interactions in learning Indonesian in class VI MIN 2 Bengkulu City are studied based on discourse structure. Existing discourse structure includes lessons, transactions, exchanges, movements, and actions. Learning is the highest unit in discourse analysis. Transactions are used to mark the transition of several topics in learning consisting of one or several exchanges. Exchange is used to mark sub-topics in learning. Motion is used to classify the actions taken by the teacher and students. Follow-up is used to analyze the things that are done by the teacher and students during the learning process. Learning that occurs between teachers and students in class VI MIN 2 Bengkulu can be said to be successful because students can answer most of the questions given by the teacher. 2) The function of language includes three things, namely stating something or providing information that is realized with a declarative sentence, asking for information or asking something that is realized with an interrogative sentence, and giving orders or doing something that is realized with imperative sentences. Even though the language function has its own form, in its application the form and function of the language are not always the same. In other words that the form and function of language are flexible. 3) Particles are forms of language that cannot be interpreted semantically or syntactically. The use of particles in teaching and learning interactions serves as the teacher's response or follow-up on actions taken by students and markers of boundaries in discourse.

Abstract

Chemistry learning process carried out at Rejang Lebong 10 High School which has not yet taken a whole scientific approach so it tends to focus on providing material directly without going through scientific processes such as experimental activities. The purpose f this research is to improve the science process skills of students of class XI IPA 1 at SMA Negeri 10 Rejang Lebong. This research is a class action research (Classroom Action Research). The research subjects were all students of class XI IPA-1 SMA 10 Rejang Lebong in the 2019/2020 school year consisting of 12 men and 18 women. The instrument used was a knowledge assessment test to evaluate the process skills test. The study was conducted in two cycles with an average value of students in the first cycle of 75.76 and the second cycle of 89.73. an increase of 13.97 for the science process skills test concluded that the implementation of guided discovery models in the concept of Reaction Rate can improve the science process skills of students of class XI IPA 1 SMA 10 Rejang Lebong for observing indicators, asking questions, making hypotheses, conducting experiments and communicating
