Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach because the research is carried out in natural conditions. In addition, qualitative research is research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral data. While the method used in this study is descriptive research. The results of this study Home Ownership Credit Financing at BSM KC Sambas is based on the principle of buying and selling murābaḥah with a murābaḥah bil wakalah contract if the prospective customer chooses his own house to be submitted for mortgage financing, because the customer represents BSM KC Sambas to buy the house of his choice, Therefore, the Wakalah contract must be executed first and then the Murābaḥah contract can be executed. However, if the customer wants BSM KC Sambas to find a house, the Murābaḥah contract can be carried out immediately. In determining the profit margin received by BSM KC Sambas, it is carried out on the basis of deliberation and agreement between BSM KC Sambas and customers and among them accept and know each other.

Abstract

This research discusses scientific groupings in Islam, especially from the perspective of Bahanu Burhani and Irfani. Through literature review and conceptual analysis, this study presents an in-depth understanding of these two approaches and their relationship to the development of science in the Islamic tradition. By considering aspects of methodology, epistemology and ontology, this research aims to provide comprehensive insight into the way of viewing and understanding science in the Islamic religious context. It is hoped that the findings from this research will make a significant contribution to our understanding of scientific groupings in Islam and their implications in a broader social and intellectual context.

Abstract

An approach is a perspective or paradigm found in a field of science which is then used in understanding religion. In this case it is the Islamic religion. Islam can be seen in several aspects that are in accordance with its paradigm. In the Islamic religion, the Islamic study approach is divided into 3 types of approaches, 1) Normative Approach, 2) Integrative Approach, and 3) Interdisciplinary Approach. The approach method used in studying this topic is literature study in which the literature taken is adjusted to the subject of discussion and analyzed. in depth so that conclusions, findings can be drawn, and can be studied as a source of information in the future.

Abstract

Learning tools for thematic and independent curricula generally encompass various components, such as Lesson Implementation Plans (RPP), Syllabus, Teaching Materials, and Evaluation Instruments. RPP is a planning document that includes learning steps, objectives, teaching materials, methods, media, and evaluation. The Syllabus provides a general overview of the subjects taught, while Teaching Materials include learning materials, assignments, and other learning sources. In thematic curricula, learning tools are developed with an approach that integrates multiple subjects under a common theme, allowing students to study concepts in an integrated manner. Meanwhile, in the Independent Curriculum, learning tools are developed with an approach that integrates various aspects, such as strengthening the Pancasila student profile, intracurricular and extracurricular activities. This enables students to understand these concepts in a broader and more meaningful context.

Abstract

Hidden curriculum is an unplanned educational process that is not explicitly visible in school programs. It involves the values, norms, and behaviors learned by students through interactions with teachers, peers, and the school environment. The hidden curriculum has a significant influence in shaping students' character and attitudes. Even though it is not recorded in the official syllabus, the hidden curriculum can add value to learning, create a more democratic society, and increase student motivation and achievement. It is important for the world of education to pay attention to and utilize the hidden curriculum effectively to support a holistic and comprehensive learning process. In the hidden curriculum, there are values ​​and behaviors that are not taught explicitly to students, but influence the formation of their character. For example, when teachers ask students to do assignments independently, this tests the student's honesty value. Ironically, sometimes teachers teach lessons about honesty but indirectly allow students to cheat or collaborate with friends. The hidden curriculum has an important role in character education, but is often not documented in the formal curriculum. Barriers to implementing the hidden curriculum include differences in student character and lack of support from families. The solution involves the role of parents in forming character values ​​at home and teachers as good role models at school.

Abstract

This writing is a theological analysis of martyrdom and suicide. With the aim that this writing can add insight into the theology of youth as the next generation of the Church with regard to understanding the concept of salvation in terms of martyrdom and killing and strengthening a young man's faith in Jesus Christ who is Lord and Savior. This writing is based on observation because many people do not understand the concept of salvation from martyrdom and death by suicide. Many people think that when someone commits suicide they will get salvation like when they die as a martyr. With suicide will end the problems faced so that one's mind is no longer tormented. Based on this assumption, the authors are interested in analyzing the topic above by using a qualitative approach and focusing on data or information from the Bible as the main literature and other literature obtained that provides information about the concept of salvation when someone dies as a martyr by committing suicide.
