Abstract

Keywords: Garar, buy, sell, reseller Kata Kunci: Garar, jual, beli, reseller ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the influence of the presence of resellers in online buying and selling transactions on the level of consumer trust in the authenticity of the products purchased. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive analytical approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and observations of resellers and consumers involved in online transactions. The research results show that the presence of resellers can influence consumer confidence in product authenticity, especially related to the quality, genuineness and originality of the products offered. These findings provide important insights for business practitioners in managing online buying and selling transactions through reseller systems to increase consumer trust and ensure customer satisfaction. Thus, the abstract summarizes the objectives, methods, findings and guarantees from research conducted regarding the influence of thepresence of resellers in online buying and selling transactions onconsumer trust in product authenticity. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keberadaan reseller dalam transaksi jual beli online terhadap tingkat kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keaslian produk yang dibeli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap reseller dan konsumen yang terlibat dalam transaksi online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan reseller dapat memengaruhi kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keaslian produk, terutama terkait dengan kualitas, keaslian, dan keandalan produk yang ditawarkan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi praktisi bisnis dalam mengelola transaksi jual beli online melalui sistem reseller untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan memastikan kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan demikian, abstrak tersebut merangkum tujuan, metode, temuan, dan implikasi dari penelitian yang dilakukan terkait dengan pengaruh keberadaan reseller dalam transaksi jual beli online terhadap kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keaslian produk.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is, First, what is the buying and selling transaction for used sack clothes? Second, what is the gharar analysis of buying and selling transactions of used sack clothes? This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Secondary data comes from various sources, namely books, journals and other research. The data collection method used was observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Consumers of used clothes are expected to be able to weigh and choose the goodness of using used clothes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the profit sharing system for orange crops in Kebondalem Village, District Bangorejo Banyuwangi Regency and to explain the social relations of farmer owners and farmers cultivators in the citrus crop sharing system in Kebondalem Village, Bangorejo District, Regency Banyuwangi. The research subjects are orange farmers who own it and the cultivators who share it The results were 325 people and the research informants were orange farmers who owned it and the cultivators who carried it out share the profits of maro, mertelu, and dove. The data collection technique is using the observation method participation, in-depth interviews, documents and documentation. The data obtained in this research will qualitative descriptive method was used. The research results show that there are many profit sharing systems used by orange farmers in Kebondalem Village, Bangorejo District, Banyuwangi Regency, namely for Maro and Mertelu results. The people of Kebondalem Village, Bangorejo District, are fulfilling their needs His needs mostly work as a farmer. However, not all farmers have their own land managed, so that many people in Kebondalem Village use a profit sharing system. Profit-sharing system In orange farming, the aim is to show a sense of solidarity between farmers, namely each other help each other and show that humans cannot live alone, but always need other people in all aspects.
