Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that there are still many students whose learning outcomes have not reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) in economic subjects seen from the results of the Odd Semester Final Examination (PAS) in Senior High School Negeri, South Bandung Regency in the 2021/2022 school year. This research to determine the role of Achievement Motivation in Moderating the effect of Emotional Intelligence on Learning Outcomes. The population in this study were high school students in the south Bandung Regency with a populationn of 959 students from five schools, using random sampling technique so that a sample of 283 students was obtained. The Method used in this study in an explanatory survey, with technical data analysis using the MRA test or Moderated Regression Analysis with moderated variables. The results of this study indicate that (i) The General description of Emotional Intelligence and Achievement Motivation has a moderate category (ii) Emotional Intelligence middle affects learning Outcomes, (iii) Achievement Motivation can negatively moderate or weaken the influence of Emotional Intelligence on Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and obtain an overview of the application of the jigsaw technique cooperative learning model to increase motivation and learning outcomes in economics subjects in class X IPA 5 SMA N 1 Dukupuntang, Cirebon Regency. The method used by the Classroom Action Research Model that will be used in this research is the Kemmis and McTaggart model. The research subjects were students of class X IPA 5 SMAN 1 Dukupuntang Cirebon Regency with a total of 36 students consisting of 10 male students and 26 female students. The conclusion of this research is that the application of the jigsaw technique of cooperative learning model has a great influence on Students' Motivation And Learning Outcomes In Economics Subjects

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendapatan pengusaha pakaian anak di Kota Bandung yang mengalami penurunan pada periode Juli sampai Desember 2014. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku kewirausahaan dan diferensiasi produk terhadap pendapatan. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 63 pengusaha dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survey eksplanatory dengan menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpul data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa : (i) Perilaku kewirausahaan berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dan diferensiasi produk berada pada kategori tinggi sedangkan pendapatan berada pada kategori rendah; (ii) Perilaku kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan; (iii) Diferensiasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan. Hal ini berarti semakin baik perilaku kewirausahaan dan diferensiasi produk pada pengusaha pakaian anak maka pendapatan yang diperoleh semakin tinggi.Keywords: revenue, entrepreneurship, behaviour, product differentiationThe problem in this study is the income of children clothing entrepreneurs in Bandung, which has decreased in the period July to December 2014. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of entrepreneurial behavior and product differentiation on income. The population of this research is 63 entrepreneurs with saturated sample technique. The method used in this research is explanatory survey using a questionnaire as a means of collecting data. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the research results, it is found that: (i) entrepreneurial behavior is in the very high category and product differentiation is in the high category while income is in the low category; (ii) entrepreneurial behavior has a positive and significant effect on income; (iii) Product differentiation has a positive and significant effect on income. This means that the better the entrepreneurial behavior and product differentiation of children's clothing entrepreneurs, the higher the income earned.

Abstract

This research is based on the results of student learning in economic subjects that haven’t reached the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) which is shown by the average results of the Final Semester Assessment (PAS) for 2018/2019 school year of public Senior High school in Bandung City. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Adversity Quotient on student learning outcomes in economic subjects in class XI Public Senior High school in Bandung City with learning motivation as a mediating variable. The research method used is an explanatory survey using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS public Senior High School in Bandung as many as 2,403 students. By using a random sampling technique, a sample of 610 students was obtained. The data analysis technique used is the regression test of the causal step strategy: Baron Kenny. The results showed: (i) The level of Adversity Quotient and learning motivation was in the sufficient category while there were still many students who obtained learning outcomes below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM); (ii) Adversity Quotient has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes; (iii) Adversity Quotient has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation; (iv) Motivation to learn partially mediates the influence of Adversity Quotient on learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of government expenditure on gross regional domestic product in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data on government spending and PDRB which is taken through the Badan Pusat Statistika (BPS). Data is obtained from panel data from 34 provinces in Indonesia in 2017-2019. This study uses a common effect. The results of this study indicate that government spending has a positive and significant effect on GDRB (Gross Domestic Regional Bruto)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the role of the Covid-19 pandemic event in inflation expectations and its volatility through Indonesia's inflation exchange rate. The findings document that inflation expectations and their volatility are positively affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. These results have real activity implications, while close monitoring of inflation expectations could signal inflation expectations are relinquishing risk.
