Abstract

Academic cheating behavior has become a natural and common thing to happen even though this behavior has serious harm or adverse effects for the perpetrators. So, the importance of this research is to find out what things can affect academic cheating behavior. So that later when they know the cause, students can take preventive actions or can choose the best alternative efforts as a form of preventing cheating. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, academic procrastination, and academic achievement on students' academic cheating behavior partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a survey method with an explanatory design. The population in this study were students of the 2018 and 2019 Economics Education Department, totaling 219 students. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling which is calculated using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that 1) There was a negative and significant effect between self-efficacy on student academic cheating behavior with a significance value of 0.004, 2) There was a positive and significant influence between academic procrastination on student academic cheating behavior with a significance value of 0.000. 3) There is no significant effect between academic achievement on student academic cheating behavior.wi and 4) There is a significant influence between self efficacy, academic procrastination, and academic achievement on student academic cheating behavior

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that there are still many students whose learning outcomes have not reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) in economic subjects seen from the results of the Odd Semester Final Examination (PAS) in Senior High School Negeri, South Bandung Regency in the 2021/2022 school year. This research to determine the role of Achievement Motivation in Moderating the effect of Emotional Intelligence on Learning Outcomes. The population in this study were high school students in the south Bandung Regency with a populationn of 959 students from five schools, using random sampling technique so that a sample of 283 students was obtained. The Method used in this study in an explanatory survey, with technical data analysis using the MRA test or Moderated Regression Analysis with moderated variables. The results of this study indicate that (i) The General description of Emotional Intelligence and Achievement Motivation has a moderate category (ii) Emotional Intelligence middle affects learning Outcomes, (iii) Achievement Motivation can negatively moderate or weaken the influence of Emotional Intelligence on Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

n ASEAN countries in 2011-2020. The data in this study uses secondary data, namely GDP per capita, unemployment rate, foreign direct investment, and economic openness in ASEAN countries in 2011-2020. The data in this study were obtained from publications on the Worldbank website with a sample of 6 countries during 2011-2020. The analytical tools used in this study are sigma convergence analysis (σ-convergence) and beta convergence analysis (β-convergence) which consist of absolute convergence and conditional convergence. The results of this study show that there is sigma convergence and conditional convergence (absolutely and conditionally) in economic growth in ASEAN countries in 2011-2020. The foreign direct investment and economic openness variables have a significant positive effect, while the unemployment rate has no significant effect on the convergence of economic growth in ASEAN countries in 2011-2020.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran metode peta konsep. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi objek penelitian yaitu siswa SMA Negeri 1 Losarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian non-equivalent control group design. Jumlah subjek pada penelitian yaitu berjumlah 60 orang siswa, yang terdiri dari 2 kelas. Analisis instrumen menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran dan daya pembeda sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji homogenitas, ujinormalitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini, dapat diketahui bahwa kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan metode peta konsep lebih efektif meningktatkan pemahaman konsep siswa dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode ceramah pada mata pelajaran ekonomi Materi Pokok Bank, Lembaga Keuangan Bukan Bank, dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.

Abstract

Learning objectives must be achieved in every learning avtivity, achieving these goals requires appropriate learning strategies. This study aims to determine the learning startegies in curriculum review and economic mathematics courses that can improve students understanding of teaching materials. The survei was conducted on 92 students of economic education who studied curriculum review and economic mathematics courses with the research method used was descriptive. The results of the study stated that students who studied curriculum review and economic mathematics chose the study face-to-face even though online using the zoom application could improve understanding of the material, basides that, video, audio and other interactive media were also needed that could help students understand the material.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low ability to think critically and solve students' problems in economics subjects, so this aims to find out how much improvement in students' critical thinking skills and problem-solving using the discussion method. This research is a type of qualitative research. The sample in this study consisted of 35 students in class X-12 in the odd semester for the 2021-2022 academic year. Data obtained from observations during the learning process and the results of critical evaluation and problem-solving. The results showed that: (1) there was an increase in the criticality of students from cycle 1 to cycle 2 (2) there was an increase in the problem-solving ability of students from cycle 1 to cycle 2. The results of this study recommend the use of the discussion method in improving critical thinking skills and solution to problem.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh derajat keterbukaan (openness), suku bunga riil, tenaga kerja, dan rata-rata upah minimum kabupaten. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu Investasi yang berjenis Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), Derajat Keterbukaan (openness), Suku Bunga Riil, Tenaga Kerja, dan Rata-Rata Upah Minimum Kabupaten pada 32 Provinsi yang ada di Indonesia pada tahun 2011-2021. Adapun, data-data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari website Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM) dan Badan Pusat Statistika (BPS). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 32 Provinsi selama 2011-2021. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data panel dengan menggunakan bantuan software stata 14. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Derajat Keterbukaan (openness) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap investasi pada 32 Provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2011-2021, Suku Bunga Riil tidak berpengaruh terhadap investasi pada 32 Provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2011-2021, Tenaga Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap investasi pada 32 Provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2011-2021,dan Rata-Rata Upah Minimum Kabupaten berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap Investasi pada 32 Provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2011-2021.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari adanya aturan Kementerian Pendidikan dan kebudayaan tentang pelaksanaan Pendidikan pada masa pandemic Covid-19 yang mengharuskan pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari penggunaan media pembelajaran online yang digunakan selama perkuliahan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 136 mahasiswa dari total populasi sebanyak 258 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei, teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menghitung jumlah jawaban responden dari setiap pernyataan.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low critical thinking ability of students when learning online which causes student saturation in participating in learning. This study aims to describe students' critical thinking skills from student learning outcomes in economics learning both in conditions of online learning and offline learning in class XI IPA and XI IPS at SMA Negeri 25 Bandung, using the Discussion method. This research is a type of descriptive research. The form of the research is collaborative classroom action research. The sample in this study consisted of 36 students in class XI IPA 1 and 36 students in XI IPS 2. Based on the analysis of the data obtained on student learning outcomes in economics learning by applying the discussion method, students' critical thinking skills increased significantly from cycle I to cycle I. Cycle II at each meeting, the increase was much more significant when learning was carried out offline rather than online learning. This increase can be seen from the results of observations, student test results, field notes, and interviews. The critical thinking ability of students in offline learning when viewed from the test results has increased from 55.6% who achieved the KKM to 83.3% of students who achieved the KKM score, compared to the critical thinking ability of students in online learning which experienced an increase of only 32, 5% to 38.9%. This means that offline learning with the disc method is able to increase critical thinking skills by 27.7%, while online learning is only able to increase critical thinking skills by 6.4%.

Abstract

This study discusses the quality of items based on Item Response Theory at the end of the semester assessment odd Class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 11, SMAN 18 and SMAN 23 Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the items of economic subjects odd fitting. PAS is one of the tests used to measure the success of the teaching and learning process in one semester. The test items tested are question items created by the teacher and must be of good quality so it is necessary to analyze the quality of the items using the Item response theory. The research method used is descriptive analysis through quantitative approach. The study involved 427 student responses, and 85 questions from 3 schools. Item quality analysis is based on Item response theory which measures 2 logistic parameters (difficulty level and differentiation) with the help of Quest Software. The result of this study are the quality of items on economics subjects Class XI IPS SMA Negeri 11, SMAN 18, and SMAN 23 Bandung based on Item Response Theory as a whole there are only 33 items of good quality, 47 items of poor quality, and 5 items of poor quality. Based on the validity and reliability, there are 80 valid items and 5 invalid items, and has an item reliability value of more than 0.85 which means that the test items can be used to determine the individual student's decision.
