Abstract

This research aims to obtain knowledge regarding the influence of student learning motivation and learning activeness on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects for class VIII students at SMP Negeri Pematang Siantar. This type of research is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach with the testing media used is Microsoft Excel . The total population in this study was 146 students. The sample collection technique used was the Slovin formula. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Hypothesis data collection techniques use simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study state that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes , this result can be seen in the t test where the calculated t value of learning motivation ( 0.02 ) > t table value (1.690 ) which means that this variable is significant. 2) There is a positiv and significant influence on student learning activity on learning outcomes. This result can be seen in the t test where the calculated t value of student learning activity ( 3.66 > t table value ( 0.334 ) which means this variable is significant. 3 ) Learning motivation and student learning activity together influence learning outcomes, this result can be seen in the F test where the calculated F value ( 1140.14 ) > table F value ( 0.334 ). The R Square coefficient of determination test was found to be 0.971, which means that 97.1% of the variables of student motivation and active learning have an influence on student learning outcomes at the SM P Negeri 7 Pematang Siantar school, and the remaining 2.9% is the influence of variables that were not studied. in this research .

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of teacher social competence on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class VIII SMP Negeri 7 Pematang Siantar. The variables in this research are teacher social competence as the independent variable and learning outcomes as the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach, with a research population of all class VIII students at SMP Negeri 7 Pematang Siantar and a research sample of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 7 Pematang Siantar consisting of 146 students selected using simple random sampling ( formula Slovin ). Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. The results of this research show that: there is a positive and significant influence of teacher social competence on learning outcomes. This result can be seen in the t test where the t value is calculated Teacher social competence ( 2.551 ) > t table value (1.65550) which means this variable is significant. The R Square coefficient of determination test was found to be 0.043, which means that 4.30% of the teacher's social competence variable influences student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 7 Pematang Siantar and the remaining 95.70% is the influence of other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the "Influence of Social Interaction on Student Learning Outcomes in Social Sciences Subjects Class VIII UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar". This type of research is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive analysis approach. The research population was students at the UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar school with a total of 187 students. The sampling technique used was the Slovin sampling technique. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, tests and documentation. The hypothesis generation technique uses simple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the research show that: there is a positive and significant influence on social interaction on student learning outcomes. This result can be seen in the t test where the calculated t value of social interaction (9.995) > t table value (2.6025) which means the variable is significant. The R Square coefficient of determination test was found to be 0.35, which means that 35% of social interaction variables influence student learning outcomes at the UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar school. Meanwhile, 65% is the influence of other variables not examined in this research. Y : 10.127 + 0.778

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach. The research population was students at the private preparatory vocational school Pematang Siantar with a total of 160 students. The research sample consisted of 115 students. The sampling technique used was random sampling by the researcher according to the class at school. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The hypothesis generation technique uses multiple regression analysis and the coefficient of determination (R2). The research results show that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of learning media on learning achievement. This result can be seen in the t test where the calculated t value of learning media is (4.636) > t table value (1.65845) which means that this variable is significant . 2) there is a positive and significant influence of critical thinking skills on learning achievement. This result can be seen in the t test where and the calculated t value of critical thinking skills (2.133) > t table (1.65845) which means that this variable is significant. 3) learning media and critical thinking skills together influence learning achievement. This result can be seen in the F test where the Fcount value (11.735) > Ftable value (3.08). The R Square coefficient of determination test was found to be 0.1173, which means that 17.3% of the learning media variables and critical thinking skills influence student learning achievement at the Cinta Rakyat 3 Pematang Siantar Private Middle School and the remaining 82.7% is the influence of other variables that are not examined in this research.

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative. This research was carried out to find out how the quality of Shopee service affects customer satisfaction carried out in the Tong Marimbun Pematang Siantar sub-district. The subjects of this research were the people of Tong Marimbun sub-district, taking 80 people. So the total number of people who use the Shopee application was taken, a total sample of 80 respondents was used. Data collection was carried out using library research methods, documentation, questionnaires. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, in the form of normality assumptions. Data analysis techniques use normality test techniques, simple regression heteroscedicity tests , f tests and t tests. By using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The research results showed that the proposed hypothesis was accepted because it showed positive and significant hypothesis test results. This means that Shopee's online service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction in Tong Marimbun Pematan Siantar sub-district.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low interest in buying clothing products online at Shopee at Bina Guna Tanah Java Private High School. This research aims to determine consumer trust and online consumer satisfaction with Shopee at Bina Guna Tanah Jawa Private High School. This type of research is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach. The research population was students at the Bina Guna Tanah Java Private High School with a total of 202 students. The research sample consisted of 120 students. The sampling technique used was random sampling by the researcher according to the class at school. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The hypothesis making technique uses multiple regression analysis and the coefficient of determination (R2). The research results show that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of consumer trust on buying interest. This can be seen in the t test where the calculated t value of consumer trust (4.440) > t table value (1.65787) which means this variable is significant. 2) there is a positive and significant influence of consumer satisfaction on the positive influence of buying interest. This is found in the t test where the calculated t value of consumer satisfaction is (3.123) > the table value (1.65787) which means that this variable is significant. 3) consumer trust and consumer satisfaction together influence buying interest. This can be seen in the F test where the calculated F value (12.256) > table F value (3.07). The R square coefficient of determination test was found to be 0.173, which means that 17.3% of the variables of consumer trust and consumer satisfaction influence the interest in buying clothing products online at Shopee at Bina Guna Tanah Jawa Private High School and the remaining 82.7% is the influence of other variables. not examined in this study.

Abstract

​The problem in this research is Learning outcomes on interaction material between ASEAN countries using the discovery learning model and the conventional model for class VIII at Bina Guna Tanah Java Private Middle School. ​This type of research is quantitative research . The population in this study were all students in class VIII of Bina Guna Tanah Java Private Middle School with a total of 66 students. The sample in this study consisted of 2 classes, namely class VIII-1 and class VIII-2 with a total of 66 students. ​Based on the results of descriptive analysis, it shows that the average social studies learning outcomes for students in classes that do not use the discovery learning model is 71.76. Meanwhile, the average student learning outcomes in classes that use the discovery learning model is 73.91. The results of inferential statistics using SPSS version 21 obtained Sig(2 Tailed)<α or (0.000<0.05) and the calculated t value > t table (3.818>1.294). So, based on the testing criteria, it can be said that there is a significant difference in learning outcomes between classes that use the discovery learning model and classes that use the conversion learning model in class VIII Anatar Nagara-ASEAN Countries Interaction material in social studies subjects at Bina Guna Tanah Java Private Middle School.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the lack of quality of customrt satisfaction. This research aims to determine the increase in customer satisfaction results by implementing service quality and price. This type of research is quantitative research carried out at APRIL.COM Pematangsiantar. The research subjects are incoming customers. Totaling 60 people. Data collection techniques in research are interviews, observation, documentation studies, and questionnaires to see customer satisfaction during the business process. Data analysis techniques are carried out in several stages, namely data quality testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. Based on the coefficient of determination (R2), the adjusted R square value (is 0.590), which means that the influence of the independent variable (X) on variable Y is 59%. This can indicate that the variables Service quality (X1) and price (X2) explain the influence on the variable customer satisfaction customers at APRIL.COM Pematangsiantar is 59% while the remaining 41% is the influence of other independent variables that where not examined in this research. Thes factors include the location of APRIL.COM which is quite far from the campus area and main roads. Which will affect customers who come because there is competition within the same store and distance. It can be concluded that imp;ementing service quality and price can increase customer satisfaction at APRIL.COM Pematangsiantar in the coming year

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low economic learning outcomes of students in the learning process. This research aims to determine the effect of the problem based learning model on the social studies learning outcomes of class VIII students at Cinta Rakyat 3 Private Middle School Pematang Siantar FY 2022/2023. The research used a quasi-experimental method with a Noneqivalent Control Group Design. This design consists of two stages, namely pretest and posttest. The sample in the research in class VIII-C was 32 students and VIII-D was 32 students. The research instrument used was the learning outcomes test. From the results of the analysis carried out in the experimental class, the average pretest score was 47.34 and posttest was 73.91. Meanwhile, in the control class the average pretest score was 38.59 and the average posttest score was 53.12. The results of hypothesis testing using the independent sample t-test obtained tcount 4.706 > ttable 1.295 and the significance was 0.000 <0.005 so it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students taught using the problem based learning model are influential and good for use in learning.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of free shipping and advertising on buying interest from Shopee among students of the 2019 Stambuk economics education study program at HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar University. The variables in this research are free shipping and advertising as the independent variable and purchase interest as the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative research with a survey data analysis approach, with the research population being all students from group A and B of the 2019 Stambuk Economics Education Study Program at HKBP Nommensen Pematang Siantar University and the sample for this research is group B students, totaling 60 students. Data collection techniques use instruments: (1) free postage questionnaire, (2) advertising, and (3) purchase interest. The results of this research show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of free shipping on purchase interest, this result can be seen in the t test where the calculated t value > t table (3.223 > 1.6715) (sig.) < 0.05 as much as 0 Free Shipping and Advertising on buying interest from shopee 025, then it is significant. (2) there is a positive and significant influence of advertising on buying interest, this result can be seen in the t test where the t-count value > t-table (2.407 > 1.6715) with (sig.) < 0.05, namely 0.05, then significant. (3) Free shipping and advertising together influence purchasing interest, this result can be seen in the F test where the F-calculated value is higher than the F-table ( 5.738 > 3.15 ) and the significance is lower than 0.05 ( 0.000 < 0.05). The R Square coefficient of determination test is known to be 0.138, which means that 13.8% of the free shipping and advertising variables influence the buying interest of students in the 2019 Stambuk Economics Education Study Program, HKBP Nommensen University, Pematang Siantar and the remaining 86.2% is the influence of other variables not examined in this research.
