Abstract

In tertiary institutions, the acceptance of new students (PMB) is an administrative procedure. Online registration forms are filled out by prospective students to complete the registration procedure. As a result, a system was created that makes use of QR Code technology, which is anticipated to make the registration process easier for potential new students (PMB). The system design approach that was utilized to create the design for the software requirements analysis system was the technique employed in this paper. In order to find out the processes that happen in a system based on the results of the Qr Code Design as a Service Optimization Media for New Student Admission Registration, researchers carry out software requirements in the design and construct optimization of new student admissions services.

Abstract

There are so many ways to process employee attendance, one of which is to use the manual method. So far, there are still many large companies that still implement attendance manually, but this causes a lot of time leaks or other violations, which of course makes it less effective and efficient and causes attendance information to be inaccurate. In a company with quite a lot of employees, it is very necessary to have proper, fast, accurate attendance management. An accurate methodology for solving problems in this modern era with the use of QR barcodes because it will really help companies to attend to employees in real time. The system is made with the PHP programming language and uses the MYSQL database. The purpose of QR Code (Quick Response Code) technology in companies is as a tool in processing employee attendance data, employee identity cards and also processing employee data which is beneficial for employees because they can carry out computerized attendance activities. The results to be obtained from the research and implementation of this system are by entering several examples of employee data as an experimental form of attendance transactions, and the attendance application program is made to run properly. The system created produces several features in the form of user features, checking QR codes for attendance, generating QR codes from each employee card, recapitulation and attendance reports on the system, and employee data in the form of employee names, positions, work shifts and work location placements

Abstract

The library is a source of knowledge because that is where books are useful for those who need them. But today's libraries still use the old method of borrowing and returning books by library visitors, so visitors still find it difficult to borrow and return library books. Therefore we want to carry out a new innovation, namely by using QR Code technology to borrow and return books at the library which can make it easier for library visitors.

Abstract

Providing a door security system makes it essential that the latest technology is being applied to carry out this purpose. University classrooms usually implement automatic door locks equipped with sensors to allow access to the classroom. Door access requires more autonomous, integrated and intelligent functions to enhance the usability of automatic smart locks. This research demonstrates the development of a secure door lock system using Quick Response (QR) technology and PI Camera to access classrooms at universities where authorized persons will also be able to monitor who has accessed the classroom. The system can log data and track entry and exit access when accessing the security door from the website server. In this case, the authorized individual will only get permission to access the door. This is initial work to test the function of the system for property and facility use such as in offices, universities, and laboratories. Based on the results and data collection, the testbed development has worked well as a preliminary study to provide smart security doors using QR Code.

Abstract

The QR code is a two-dimensional barcode matrix code created by a Japanese company, DensoWave in 1994. "QR" which stands for "Quick Response" can contain many kinds of information in it such as text, URL addresses, telephone numbers, and other files. QR codes are usually applied to various products or goods to show additional information about the product or item. To find out what is in the QR code, you need a smartphone with a camera that can scan the QR code. The rapid development of the times and the increasingly creative mindset of humans have resulted in many thoughts. Many people are starting to compete to be able to lighten the job and make work more effective. This creates various ways or methods that make life easier. Not only work hard but also work smart. Implementation of various methods and combining one method with other methods is starting to be widely applied. For example in this study where this research discusses implementing the use of QR codes for archiving proof of payment.
