Abstract

In tertiary institutions, the acceptance of new students (PMB) is an administrative procedure. Online registration forms are filled out by prospective students to complete the registration procedure. As a result, a system was created that makes use of QR Code technology, which is anticipated to make the registration process easier for potential new students (PMB). The system design approach that was utilized to create the design for the software requirements analysis system was the technique employed in this paper. In order to find out the processes that happen in a system based on the results of the Qr Code Design as a Service Optimization Media for New Student Admission Registration, researchers carry out software requirements in the design and construct optimization of new student admissions services.

Abstract

There are so many ways to process employee attendance, one of which is to use the manual method. So far, there are still many large companies that still implement attendance manually, but this causes a lot of time leaks or other violations, which of course makes it less effective and efficient and causes attendance information to be inaccurate. In a company with quite a lot of employees, it is very necessary to have proper, fast, accurate attendance management. An accurate methodology for solving problems in this modern era with the use of QR barcodes because it will really help companies to attend to employees in real time. The system is made with the PHP programming language and uses the MYSQL database. The purpose of QR Code (Quick Response Code) technology in companies is as a tool in processing employee attendance data, employee identity cards and also processing employee data which is beneficial for employees because they can carry out computerized attendance activities. The results to be obtained from the research and implementation of this system are by entering several examples of employee data as an experimental form of attendance transactions, and the attendance application program is made to run properly. The system created produces several features in the form of user features, checking QR codes for attendance, generating QR codes from each employee card, recapitulation and attendance reports on the system, and employee data in the form of employee names, positions, work shifts and work location placements

Abstract

The library is a source of knowledge because that is where books are useful for those who need them. But today's libraries still use the old method of borrowing and returning books by library visitors, so visitors still find it difficult to borrow and return library books. Therefore we want to carry out a new innovation, namely by using QR Code technology to borrow and return books at the library which can make it easier for library visitors.

Abstract

Providing a door security system makes it essential that the latest technology is being applied to carry out this purpose. University classrooms usually implement automatic door locks equipped with sensors to allow access to the classroom. Door access requires more autonomous, integrated and intelligent functions to enhance the usability of automatic smart locks. This research demonstrates the development of a secure door lock system using Quick Response (QR) technology and PI Camera to access classrooms at universities where authorized persons will also be able to monitor who has accessed the classroom. The system can log data and track entry and exit access when accessing the security door from the website server. In this case, the authorized individual will only get permission to access the door. This is initial work to test the function of the system for property and facility use such as in offices, universities, and laboratories. Based on the results and data collection, the testbed development has worked well as a preliminary study to provide smart security doors using QR Code.

Abstract

The QR code is a two-dimensional barcode matrix code created by a Japanese company, DensoWave in 1994. "QR" which stands for "Quick Response" can contain many kinds of information in it such as text, URL addresses, telephone numbers, and other files. QR codes are usually applied to various products or goods to show additional information about the product or item. To find out what is in the QR code, you need a smartphone with a camera that can scan the QR code. The rapid development of the times and the increasingly creative mindset of humans have resulted in many thoughts. Many people are starting to compete to be able to lighten the job and make work more effective. This creates various ways or methods that make life easier. Not only work hard but also work smart. Implementation of various methods and combining one method with other methods is starting to be widely applied. For example in this study where this research discusses implementing the use of QR codes for archiving proof of payment.

Abstract

The Ministry of Agrarian Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) provides services that aim to facilitate the public in managing the legality of land services online, which can be accessed anywhere with the aim of providing convenience and security to the public in conducting service transactions as an effort to increase the ease of doing business, but the benefits of this website have not been measured for the usability of the website effectively and efficiently. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of evaluating and assessing the appearance of the interface with the Heuristic Evaluation method and the Web Usability Evaluation Tool (WEBUSE) and measuring display development. ATR/BPN website to help the community. The research method uses the Web Usability Evaluation Tool (WEBUSE) in the form of a questionnaire and then evaluates it using Heuristic Evaluation. The research that has been carried out has produced findings that show the ATR/BPN Website has a level that is good enough to be used by Notary/PPAT employees and the community. From the usability test, it shows that the quality attribute can be said to be of high value. The conclusion of the study shows that each category of WEBUSE Evaluation has a usability value of 0.69 points, which indicates the usability level is at a good level while the lowest value is in the visibility of system status (feedback) variable (H1 of 61.02%) according to the usability level at the Moderate. This means it's not working properly. And the Savery Rating is 1.3119 when rounded up to 1 category of cosmetic problem that takes time to fix.

Abstract

The Disdukcapil website of South Lampung Regency is a service access to a website that has moved to serve the community for every complaint of the community and information that can be accessed online. Since this website has been operating, there has never been a change or evaluation. This study uses web-based methods and heuristic evaluation. Webuse can calculate the user's individual satisfaction and assessment of websites using structured and accurate tools, while the calculation of heuristic evaluation aims to determine guidelines, general principles, and/or regulations that can guide design decisions and/or be used in evaluation and provide criticism and suggestions on decisions that are made. This research was conducted by spreading questions to 50 respondents. The results of the Heuristic Evaluation of Webuse (Heuristic Evaluation) on the Disdukcapil website in South Lampung Regency have met usability requirements efficiently and effectively and provide freedom to users in using the Disdukcapil website in South Lampung Regency. The evaluation results that have been carried out on the recommendations are adrift with the "excellent" performance and effectiveness interface. Each category is added up and divided by the category itself, producing the usability level of the South Lampung Disdukcapil website at the highest "good" level, namely the "aesthetic and minimalist design variable (H8) excellent." Savery values become 1 in the category of cosmetic problems; the errors found are included in the category that do not need to be repaired unless the website work time is still available. Based on the conclusions above, it can be seen that overall, the South Lampung Disdukcapil website is included in the minor usability problem category.

Abstract

One of the factors supporting the success of a business place is productive employees who have maintained and improved qualification standards. The company's appreciation for exemplary employees can be given by giving gifts or awards. Employee performance assessment can be done to determine employees who are qualified and highly dedicated to the company. However, many companies experience difficulties in evaluating employee performance because the calculations are still manual so that they are less effective and objective, one of which is SMK Visi Global Jember. The research will apply the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in determining the best employees at SMK Visi Global Jember so that the selection process is right on target with the needs of the criteria given. The required criteria include honesty, loyalty, commitment, discipline and cooperation which will be processed to produce the highest rank for determining recommendations for exemplary employees. The results of this study produce a Consistency Ratio (CR) value of 0.083 so that the value of giving preferences is consistent and can be used in determining exemplary employees at SMK Visi Global Jember

Abstract

Waste management on campus has become increasingly crucial in addressing global challenges related to the waste crisis. This research outlines the implementation of a web-based Waste Bank Application at IIB Darmajaya Campus as a strategic step towards achieving the vision of a Zero-Waste Campus. The application is designed to enhance the campus community's participation in waste management through the use of information technology approaches. The research methodology involves application development and impact analysis. The research results indicate that the Waste Bank Application successfully increased awareness and participation of the campus community in waste sorting and recycling. The implementation of a reward point system in the application also proved effective in providing incentives for members, motivating them to contribute more actively. Through effectiveness evaluation, this study concludes that the web-based Waste Bank Application can be a key instrument in realizing a Zero-Waste Campus. These findings make a significant contribution to the literature on community-based waste management and offer practical insights for other educational institutions looking to adopt a similar approach. Policy recommendations and further development strategies are also proposed to support the sustainability of the Zero-Waste Campus program in the future.

Abstract

Everyone must adapt quickly if they don't want to be left behind due to very rapid and significant technological developments. All institutions in Indonesia must also apply information technology to expedite and make their activities more effective and fulfill their duties and functions in implementing work programs. For this reason, the role of information security is very important to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information for the public and service interests. Based on the conditions described above, it is important to carry out a SID (Village Information System) assessment to determine the maturity and completeness of data security. Tiyuh Pulung Kencana Village in Tulang Bawang Tengah District, West Tulang Bawang Regency is the object of this research. This village or Tiyuh is one of the villages that has implemented SID effectively in the implementation of the Lampung Province Smart Village Program. The Information Security Index (KAMI) is used in Tiyuh Pulung Kencana, Tulang Bawang Tengah District, West Tulang Bawang Regency, to assess the completeness and maturity of the information security system. Document analysis and interviews with related parties are the qualitative methods used. The results of the KAMI index research show that Tiyuh Pulung Kencana relies heavily on electronic systems, but steps to protect information are still just starting (only in the initial stages). Therefore, Tiyuh Pulung Kencana must improve its information security practices by creating policies and procedures that comply with IT/IS standards and resource readiness.
