Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss about a child who experiences speech delay or speech delay disorders including aspects of language. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with case study techniques. Data acquisition in this research uses interview and observation techniques. The analysis focused on the causative factors, and the treatment of Speech Delay children aged 6 years. Based on the analysis, it was found that the disorder experienced by speech delay children is more of an expressive language disorder, which is caused by a lack of stimulus from parents, a bilingual environment. Alternative handling from the teacher is to invite parents to give more stimulus to children and the teacher always invites children to tell stories by talking, as well as confirming the words spoken by children when they are mispronounced by pronouncing the spelling correctly and slowly and repeated so that children can easily slowly follow it and get used to it

Abstract

The work context will be much oriented that salary is a big support for jod satisfaction, however, that opinion is not fully justified. That money is not a complete support one gets satisfaction. These assumptions will then be discussed based on a job satisfaction theoretical framework which views work as a calling as a meaning for the usefulness of services for many people, so it is not a point of view of status, income, and prestige that is intended. This article presents the arguments against the Job Satisfaction of PAUD educators in the midst of material welfare problems that have not been fulfilled optimally. The core argument in this article is that the service process carried out fully and selflessly by PAUD teachers is kindness. Kindness in the psychological side that is done by a person allows to build valuable meaning and encourage satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to improve the gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years through rhythmic gymnastics at KB Tunas Bangsa Naga Switch Village, North Kampar District. The type of research is Classroom Action Research which is carried out collaboratively between researchers and classroom teachers. This research consisted of two cycles and each cycle was conducted in two meetings. The subjects of this study were 10 children of the Tunas Bangsa Playgroup (KB) in Naga Beralih Village, North Kampar District, which consisted of 6 boys and 4 girls. Data collection techniques through observation and documentation. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets and documentation. Techniques Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results showed that there was an increase in gross motor skills after using rhythmic gymnastics. The child's gross motoric improvement every cycle experiences development. This is evidenced from the results of research 7 out of 10 children or 70% of the total have been able to do rhythmic gymnastics and begin to proficiently move their bodies without the help of their teachers

Abstract

The focus of the problem in this study is the lack of fine motor development in early childhood and the lack of variety of activities for the development of fine motor skills in children at Dharma Wanita Kindergarten, Jaten. This study aims to improve children's fine motor skills through mosaic activities so that children are able to carry out activities that use fine motor skills well. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, involving one teacher as the research subject. The results showed that the efforts made by educators in improving fine motor skills through mosaic activities include: 1) The teacher chooses a picture pattern for the mosaic activity according to the theme, 2) The teacher makes a design of tools and materials that will be used in the mosaic activity, 3) The teacher provides direction in the process of mosaic activities to children, 4) The teacher provides supervision and observation during the process of mosaic activities, 5) The teacher provides an assessment of the results of the mosaic activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the method of reading without spelling can improve children's reading skills at the Great Children's Tutoring (AHE) unit Kersoharjo, Geneng District, Ngawi Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The place of this research is AHE tutoring in Kersoharjo village, Geneng sub-district, Ngawi district. Research informants are tutors, students, and guardians of students in AHE tutoring. The data were collected using observation and interview techniques. To test the validity of the data, triangulation technique was used. The data that has been collected was analyzed using an interactive model. The results showed that: the process of applying the method of learning to read without spelling to improve reading skills in children in AHE tutoring, went through several stages as follows: 1) conditioning the child by telling the child to sit down and preparing writing instruments, and doing brain exercises by drawing as desired. . this stage is in the preliminary activity, 2) invites children to read the module according to the level, 3) then invites children to write what they have got before, 4) invites children to play with letter card media. in stages 2 to 4 are included in the core activities, and continued in the closing activities. In the closing activity there is a stage of reviewing the material learned during one meeting

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the Blended Learning model in the fieldwork college program, so that the results of the activities and responses of students of Early Childhood Education teacher education can be seen. This research method uses a quasi-experimental design model with the equivalent time series type. The research sample was taken as many as 35 students from the Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Study Program Class of 2022 using the purposive sampling method. The results showed that the average results of field work activities at each stage always increased. Stage 1 is 75.17 (C-), stage 2 is 80.07 (B), and stage 3 is 91.17 (A-). The increase in learning outcomes is evidenced by the average n-gain value at stage 3, which is 0.83 (high criteria). The results of student responses as a whole, students feel very happy with the application of the Blended Learning model and enjoy the learning process. As many as 78% of students stated that they were interested and liked the Blended Learning model. The conclusion of the study is that students' motivation, interest, and awareness of learning increased after the Blended Learning model was applied to fieldwork activities for the Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Study Program

Abstract

English in this globalization era, being able to speak English is not only a good idea but a must. Because it is very important and learning English will be better if done from an early age. Early age is the age which is the golden age which is the age of children who easily receive information easily and quickly. To make it easier to introduce English to early childhood using learning media. Learning media is an intermediary that is useful as a messenger that aims to provide real, concrete and efficient experience so that learning objectives are achieved. One effective way to introduce English to early childhood is with flashcard media. Flashcards are teaching media in the form of small cards, usually the size is adjusted to the size of the class size, contains images, text, signs, symbols that have two front and back sides, namely the image side and the word side in English and in Indonesian, is a description of the image. Teachers who are creative and innovative will be liked and will provide teaching according to the level of child development, therefore introducing English to early childhood with flashcard media and how to play it will certainly be liked by children and is an interesting method to introduce language. English in addition to the singing method. Therefore, the Mawar 19 POS PAUD teacher after participating in the training to introduce English to early childhood through flashcards will become even more creative and provide interesting learning

Abstract

Elaboration in a learning strategy is one of the efforts to develop an Indonesian language learning scenario for fourth grade MI/SD students which aims to actualize students in four aspects of the Indonesian language, namely reading, listening, writing and speaking in terms of delivering meaningful messages. This research method uses library research so that the method used in the research is library research. The index card match learning strategy is a learning strategy that requires students to work together and can increase students' sense of responsibility for what they learn in a fun way. Students will work together to complete a mission given to them. This group learning activity can trigger active learning and the ability to teach through small group learning activities that allow for understanding and mastery of the material. The elaboration of the index card match (ICM) learning strategy can improve reading, listening, writing and speaking Indonesian MI/SD subjects. This certainly can contribute to the process of developing the four language and literary skills of students, especially MI/SD children which will trigger all aspects of the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains of students to be better so that the objectives of learning Indonesian language can be achieved. The use of ICM requires a scenario that can develop the social and emotional aspects of students that are synergized in the abilities of MI/SD students who are still in the concrete operational stage with the help of tools in the form of picture cards that must be matched with the description of the children's story given by the teacher

This study aims to create maximum learning outcomes and can improve teacher competence by using technology. In addition, teachers can have internal competencies that can support the teaching process. The education policy at SDIT Insan Karima uses an online and offline learning approach. And can increase students' motivation to understand using technology tools well.
