Al Irsyad: Jurnal Ilmiah Dakwah dan Konseling Islam diterbitkan oleh jurusan Bimbingan Kon seling Islam Fakultas Dakwah dan Ilmu Komukasi UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Jurnal ini terbit secara berkala dua kali dalam satu tahun. Jurnal ini pertama kali diterbitkan April 2009 oleh Jurusan Bimbngan Konseling Islam (BKI), Fakultas Dakwah dan Ilmu Komunikasi UIN Imam Bonjol Padang dengan nama Al Irsyad: Jurnal Ilmiah Dakwah dan Konseling Islam. Dalam perjalanannya Jurnal Al Irsyad mengalami perubahan yang agak signifikan dengan mengacu kepada Pedoman Akreditasi Jurnal Ilmiah Tahun 2018. Perubahan yang terjadi meliputi: 1.Perubahan nama, pada awalnya bernama Al Irsyad: Jurnal Ilmiah Dakwah dan Konseling Islam, menjadi Al Irsyad: Jurnal Bimbingan Konseling Islam. 2. Perubahan pada lay out, perubahan mencakup tampilan yang disesuaikan dengan pedoman akreditasi jurnal ilmiah tahun 2018. 3. Perubahan format, pada awalnya jurnal ini memakai format kertas B.5, berubah menjadi format kertas A.4 Berdasarkan kepada perubahan tersebut, maka volume jurnal dimulai dari Volume 1 Nomor 1 Tahun 2018. Al Irsyad : Jurnal Bimbingan Konseling Islam adalah akses terbuka dan peer review jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Bimbingan Konseling Islam Fakultas Dakwah dan Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Imam Bonjol Padang. Jurnal ini terbit secara berkala dua kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan Janurari-Juni dan Juli-Desember setiap tahunnya.

Abstract

Therapeutic Da'wah is an activity to invite, call upon, and motivate people to maintain and maintain a healthy quality of life and life through the application of Islamic values in life. Healthy becomes one of the most important aspects in creating a happy life in the world and the hereafter. To realize this condition the missionary activity refers to apostolic vision and mission based on the Qur'anic verse al-Baqarah verse 151, so the method used is the recitation method, tazkiyah and taklimah. Whereas in the Tha-Haa verse 2, al-Waqi`ah verse 73, al-Haqqah verse 12, al-Munzammil verse 19, al-Mudatsir verse 54 and al-Insan verse 29 and Abasa verse 11 using tazkirah. Recitations are interpreted as reading strategic, tazkiyah is interpreted as purified, the meaning is interpreted by the learning method, and tazkirah is expotulation. The four methods are also a special technique in the bi-l-Irasyad da'wah derived from the method of da'wah bi al-mauizhah al-hasanah.

Abstract

The relationship between morality and ASN, is like the relationship between spirit and body. The body without spirit is a carcass and is not meaningful, whereas a spirit without a body is a wild meaning because it does not have a discourse of embodiment. This means that between moral and ASN has a very close relationship. Individuals, as the main and first elements of a society, physically stand alone, but spiritually between individuals have a strong relationship. These strong, spiritual ties are built as a result of natural interactions in various forms and implications. The spiritual relationship is then channeled into language as a medium of communication. It is through this language that various feelings of thought, experience, desires, values and so forth are expressed, developed and inherited, thus giving birth to culture. ASN has and produces innovation and creativity that comes from thoughts, feelings that are all in the moral domain. If further detailed, the form of ASN makes ideas, values, norms and other rules, is the ideal of ASN that gives life to a society called the cultural system. The next manifestation of human actions and behavior, is called a social system, namely the activities of individuals in interacting with each other. Thus, moral on the one hand is in the cultural system and on the other hand is a social system for a society. This further clarifies the relationship between morality and ASN.

Abstract

Most of the fishermen in the territory of Indonesia are in the poverty line. This cannot be denied because they are in the limitation of knowledge and mastery of technology so that it depends more on the facilities provided by nature. When a lot of their catch is faced with the situation of cheap sale of fish. This condition certainly needs to be addressed and become the concern of various parties including universities that carry out the duties of the triharma of PT through community service. This activity is the provision of insight, knowledge and skills to the fishing community, especially in processing fish into snacks that are of value for sale and increase the variety of people's nutritional intake. Assistance to fishermen is carried out in three stages of activities, which include: pre-activity activities, activities and monitoring. Increased work ethic of fishermen, motivation for entrepreneurship and skills in processing fish are carried out through training, with resource persons from career counseling experts, leaders of trade and industry services and fish processing experts.

Abstract

Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize, process, and control emotions so that a person is able to respond positively to any condition that stimulates emotion. Emotional and social skills, will be better able to overcome various problems that arise during the process of development towards adult humans. not only that, with their emotional and social skills, a person is better able to overcome the challenges of emotional challenges in modern life. The success of one's life is more determined by emotional intelligence, namely aspects related to personality, which consists of four main elements, namely: First, a person's ability to understand and motivate his potential; Second, having a high sense of empathy towards others; Third, happy to even encourage successful subordinates, without feeling themselves threatened; Fourth, is assertive, that is skillful in conveying thoughts and feelings well, straightforwardly, and clearly without having to offend others. Various studies in the field of psychology have proven that someone who has high emotional intelligence is a person who is happy, confident, popular, and more successful with others, can manage stress, and have good mental health.

Abstract

Blindness is a term for individuals who experience interference in terms of vision and need aids in daily activities, and also to support the educational process. Educational services for blind people in educational institutions are generally referred to as inclusive education. This inclusive education model emphasizes full integration, eliminates the labeling of children with the principle of "Education for All". Inclusive education services are held at regular education institutions. They are enforced and have the same rights and obligations. The implementation of education in regular educational institutions also has a negative side, because these educational institutions are not fully prepared to organize inclusive education, such as approaches and methods used by educators who are not in accordance with the characteristics of disability and their educational needs, and lack of facilities and infrastructure that can support the process education, especially if all related elements do not cooperate with each other, but this can hamper the development of their potential.

Abstract

The age of teenagers who are full of jolts is the gateway to early adulthood, this period brings them to drastic changes, physically and psychologically. Psychological changes make adolescents experience the following things "emotions are unstable, start and easily attracted to the opposite sex, great curiosity, do not want to depend on parents", Elly Risman, et al (2014: 7). These changes make them unstable and easily affected by the environment, both positive and negative. Teenagers have several developmental tasks, one of which is to build relationships with peers, especially with the opposite sex. According to Ericson in Taufik, the most dominant development in adolescence is sex-related things, James Hansens in Taufik (2009: 71). Environment, peers can give positive and negative colors to sex development. Sexual deviation is known as LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender).
