Abstract

This study aims to describe the teacher's strategies in the classroom that are effective in increasing student motivation. This study used a qualitative phenomenological approach with the research subject being a class III A teacher at SD Negeri No. 85/VII Semaran as much as one person. Data from this study were obtained through observation and interviews with class teachers and analyzed by classifying data, reducing data, presenting and drawing conclusions. The results showed that effective classroom management strategies implemented by teachers in increasing student learning motivation were reflected in optimizing effective classroom management, the desire and desire to succeed, the encouragement and need for learning, the hopes and aspirations for the future, the rewards for learning, there are interesting activities in learning, and there is a conducive learning environment. The research concludes that student learning motivation can be increased by the teacher's strategy in effective classroom management.

Abstract

Masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah usaha peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dengan tema benda padat dan benda cair menggunakan objek nyata melalui metode demonstrasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II Sekolah Dasar Negeri 204/X Nipah Panjang I’ Pantai Galang yang berjumlah 8 orang. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: 1) Kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan objek nyata pada pelaksanakan metode demonstrasi pada pembelajaran IPA tentang benda padat dan benda cair untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di kelas II Sekolah Dasar Negeri 204/X Nipah Panjang I’ Pantai Galang. 2) Partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA dengan metode demonstrasi di kelas II Sekolah Dasar Negeri 204/X Nipah Panjang I’ Pantai Galang. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II dan guru yang sekaligus bertindak sebagai peneliti. Penggunaan prosedur penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah teknik observasi partisipan dan teknik pengukuran. Sedangkan alat yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah lembaran observasi simulasi Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran demonstrasi sangat cocok bila digunakan bersamaan dengan media objek nyata dikarenakan memudahkan siswa untuk memahami suatu konsep dalam pembelajaran khususnya pada tema benda padat dan benda cair.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to increase student concentration in learning Indonesian using the Example Non Example learning model at SD Negeri 56/I Aro. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK). The subjects of this study were 26 grade 1 students, the object of this research was an effort to increase the concentration of learning Indonesian according to learning, by using the Example Non Example learning model in class 1 SD Negeri 56/I Aro, the learning implementation was carried out through visiting activities this research instrument 1) Observation sheet 2) Test questions. From the results of data analysis, the Example Non Example learning model can improve learning outcomes in Indonesian language class 1 SD Negeri 56/I Aro. The increase in students who have completed learning from cycle I to cycle II is 8.24%. This can be seen from the acquisition of mastery learning outcomes of students in cycle I 71.76% of students who complete learning, cycle II 80% of participants who complete learning. Students who do not necessarily sound in cycle 2 will be given independent action in the form of exercises or remedial which are monitored by educators so that it is expected that all students can complete their studies.

Abstract

Reading gardens (community library) are one of the factors that can foster an interest reading in children. The low interest in reading in children is on of the obstacles to the lack of desire and willingness of children to read. In an effort to foster an interest in reading in children, a student helped by establishing a reading garden in a village, Pelawan distric, Sarolangun distric. Learning to read will not achieve satisfactory result for children if it is only carried out by reading. Textbooks only provide specific, narrow, and limited experience in certain fielsd or subjects. While children in their development really need broader experiences so they can see further into their world. Therefore, students prepare or provide places and books that suit the needs of children’s reading interest. In this case, the reading garden has a strategic role, especially in supporting efforts to build a childern’s reading culture. For that, reading gardens must be managedso that they are able to support efforts to foster children’s reading interests and awareness that books are a source of knowledge.

Abstract

    Penelitian ini mendalam menyelidiki implikasi penggunaan media massa dalam konteks penerapan pendidikan karakter pada siswa, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang mendalam. Dengan melibatkan berbagai media massa seperti televisi, radio, internet, dan media sosial, penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada potensi besar media massa dalam membentuk nilai-nilai moral dan etika siswa. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pemanfaatan media massa memengaruhi perkembangan karakter siswa serta untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas pendekatan ini, sehingga dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam tentang peran media massa dalam mendukung pendidikan karakter di kalangan siswa.

Abstract

Administrative management is the management of data and information that goes in and out of educational institutions / organizations, so that the whole series of receiving, recording, clarifying, processing, storing, typing, duplicating, sending written information and required by the institution and institution / educational organization. School administration has an important role in the smooth administration of schools, for this reason administration needs attention because it has a strategic role abd function. The purpose of this study is to find out how administrative management improves administrative services at the aliyyah madrasa plus the skills of Hasyim Asy'ari Tegaldlimo, to find out the implementation of administration in improving administrative services at the Aliyyah Madrasa plus the skills of Hasyim Asy 'ari tegaldlimo, to find out the administrative constraints to improve administrative services at the aliyyah madrasa plus skills of hasyim asy'ari tegaldlimo. In this study using a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. With data collection teaching techniques, there are more interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: first , administrative management in ma plus Hasyim Asy'ari tegaldlimo skills is carried out with the madrasah head providing direction, enthusiasm, motivation in carrying out his duties and responsibilities. Every time there is an activity in the planning and committee the employees are accompanied by an SK, when making decisions the head of the madrasah invites the employees to hold meetings and deliberations to make decisions and be mutually agreed upon. Second, the implementation of administration in improving administrative services has been going well in accordance with ma planning plus the skills of Hasyim Asy'ari Tegaldlimo. Third, the obstacles that occur in administrative management and improving administrative services in ma plus the skills of Hasyim Asy'ari Tegaldlimo, namely: obstacles in completing EMIS tasks and so on can only be done at night because during the day the wifi is weak due to the large number of users, vulnerable to short time completion of tasks when entering student data, lack of confirmation from the head if the madrasah with employees, usually the head of the madrasah fogets to conveyed to employees and it should be done immediately, there is no professional training for employees from the government.

Abstract

A laboratory is a requirement required by all study programs to support the smooth learning process, including the Economic Education study program. In this research, the author used a research method known as library research, namely a series of activities that are in line with the data collection methodology. Laboratory-based education helps students understand concepts more easily, facilitates understanding of the material presented to them, strengthens understanding of related material, and develops critical thinking skills.

Abstract

One reason for the moral crisis among students is the lack of character education taught in schools. Character education is an implanting system of character values that includes components of knowledge (cognitive), feeling (feeling), and action (action) as forms of sexual development and individual conduct. The study aims to provide  on the importance of character education in dealing with the moral crisis that prevails among students. Character education is expected to create good citizens as well as morals that match Indonesian citizens' morals. This research method employs a qualitative approach with a study of literature. Research shows that development of The Times, family, peer group, school environment, and social circles have hada major impact on the students' decay of morals. And character education can be the solution to these problems.

Abstract

This research to analyze the relationship between the principal's leadership management on student achievement, the relationship between curriculum development on student learning achievement, and the joint relationship between the principal's leadership management and curriculum development on student learning achievement at Sunan Gunungjati Senior High School Tulungagung . The research method uses a quantitative approach with a population of 55 teachers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale were used to provide flexibility in respondent responses. Multiple linear regression analysis technique. The research results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between principal management and student achievement (R=0.70, p < 0.05). Likewise, curriculum development has a positive and significant relationship with student achievement (R=0.75, p < 0.05). When the two variables were entered together into the regression model, it was confirmed that the combination of principal leadership management and curriculum development made a significant contribution to student achievement (R Square=0.64, p < 0.05). The conclusion of this research shows that efforts to improve principal management and curriculum development can have a significant positive impact on student achievement at Sunan Gunungjati Senior High School Tulungagung . Recommendations for increased investment and attention to principal training and curriculum development are expected to improve the quality of education and student achievement

Abstract

The Pancasila student profile strengthening project is an interdisciplinary project to observe and think about solutions to environmental problems. By utilizing natural resources through the nature conservation program on the independent campus, especially at the driving school in the West Lombok region. The method used in this research is descriptive method with research instruments through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. This research explains and provides an overview of the application of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project in the field of nature conservation at the driving school of SMAN 1 Gerung which produces a work in the form of descriptions of nature, words of wisdom, rhymes, poems by linking several subjects at school. Thus, the importance of implementing an independent curriculum for teachers, students applied in the driving school.
