Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of adding katuk leaf puree in making milk sponge on the physical properties and acceptability of consumers. The research location is in the Food Processing Laboratory of the Culinary Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Jakarta State University. The study time starts from August 2021 to September 22, 2023. The research design used was experimental. The population in this study was Culinary Management students who had attended organoleptic courses. The assessment aspect in this study consisted of color, texture, aroma, taste of katuk leaves, and sweetness. The research sample used a random sampling technique with a total of 30 students. The research data used products and questionnaires filled out by panelists. The data analysis techniques used are the Friedman test and the Tuckey test.  The best sample of milk sponge with the addition of katuk leaf puree according to expert panelists is with a percentage of 3% as many as 4 panelists (80%) and a percentage of 6% as many as 1 panelist (20%). The results showed that aspects of color, texture, aroma, taste of katuk leaves, and sweetness tended to be liked by panelists. Based on all aspects, the assessment of milk sponge with the addition of 3% katuk leaf puree has the highest average with a score of 3.8 to 4.6. While milk sponge with the addition of 6% katuk leaf puree with a score of 3.4 to 3.8.

Abstract

Peran sentral pemerintah dalam mendukung pertumbuhan dan pengembangan usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) di Kota Tasikmalaya layak mendapatkan perhatian mendalam. Namun, penting untuk diakui bahwa sumber daya pemerintah mungkin terbatas, sehingga perlu menjelajahi cara inovatif untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala ini. Salah satu pendekatan tersebut adalah memfasilitasi kolaborasi di antara berbagai pemangku kepentingan, sehingga menciptakan sinergi yang mendorong kemajuan ekonomi, khususnya untuk sektor UKM lokal di Tasikmalaya. Salah satu contoh nyata dari upaya kolaboratif tersebut adalah kemitraan yang terbentuk dengan lembaga pendidikan, dalam hal ini, SMKN 1 Tasikmalaya, dan Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan UKM. Bersama-sama, mereka membentuk tim khusus untuk memimpin inisiatif pemasaran digital untuk lebih dari 50 UKM yang berada di bawah bimbingan mereka. Tim tugas kolaboratif ini mendorong transformasi digital dari bisnis-bisnis ini, langkah signifikan menuju peningkatan daya saing dan jangkauan pasar mereka. Artikel jurnal ini melakukan tinjauan sistematis untuk meneliti urgensi pendekatan ini, dampak konsekuensialnya, dan strategi yang digunakan oleh tim tugas pemasaran digital. Melalui metode penelitian kualitatif, studi ini memberikan analisis komprehensif tentang bagaimana kolaborasi ini meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan daya saing UKM di Tasikmalaya. Hasil dari tinjauan sistematis ini tidak hanya memberikan pemahaman penting tentang pentingnya kolaborasi semacam itu, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai referensi berharga bagi wilayah lain yang ingin mengulang inisiatif serupa. Upaya kolaboratif ini, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pembangunan ekonomi di berbagai lokalitas, menekankan potensi untuk masa depan yang lebih inklusif dan makmur bagi UKM di seluruh negara.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of profitability and ownership structure on the timeliness of financial reporting of Healthcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study used the purposive sampling method to sample 20 Healthcare companies that were consistently listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020. Furthermore, profitability variables and ownership structure were tested using logistic regression at a 5% significance level. Findings from the research hypothesis suggest that profitability has a significant influence on the timeliness of reporting, while ownership structure has no significant influence on the timeliness of corporate financial reporting.

Abstract

PandemisCOVID-19 terjadi semenjak tahun 2020 hingga sekarang, yang membahayakan bagi kesehatan. Penyebaran COVID-19 yang cepat menyebabkan kematian. Telah dilakukannya berbagai upaya pencegahan untuk mengurangi kasus positif COVID-19, salah satunya bisa dengan mengonsumsismakanan sehat dan bergizi. Konsumsi makanan sehat bisa diusahakan dengan banyak cara salah satunya dengan membeli. Tujuan dari penelitianoini adalah untuk mengetahuir faktor eksternal dan internalmsecara parsial dan simultan terhadap pilihan konsumen untuk membeli makanan sehat pada saat pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif lyang menggunakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan metode survei, dan metode pengambilan sampel untuk penelitiankini adalah purposivel sampling. Jumlah responden adalah 100. Data diambil secara online menggunakan Google Forms yang disebar melalui WhatsApp, Twitter dan Instagram. Teknik analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji paired sample t-test dan f-test(Anova). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Keputusan konsumen dalam membeli makanan sehat di Kabupaten Gresik pada masa pandemi COVID-19 dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal: keluarga, kelas sosial, dan faktor kemudahan. (signifikan 0,0). 2) Tidak adanya pengaruh faktor internal dalam pengambilan keputusan konsumen saat membeli makanan sehat di Kabupaten Gresik selama pandemi COVID-19: pengetahuan, gaya hidup dan persepsi (signifikanc 0,687). 3) Pengambilan keputusan konsumen dalam membeli makanan sehat di Kabupaten Gresik pada masa pandemi COVID-19 dipengaruhi oleh kombinasi faktor eksternal dan internal (signifikan 0,000).

Abstract

Adolescent girls are at high risk of anemia. The results of the 2021 health screening are known that 46.15% of adolescent girls are at risk of anemia at SMPN 17 Samarinda. Lack of knowledge and awareness about anemia is a major challenge in handling this condition. This study aims to determine the effect of anemia education with animated videos on adherence to the consumption of blood-added tablets and hemoglobin levels of adolescent girls at SMPN 17 Samarinda. Quantitative research using quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest approach with control group design. The number of samples was 36 people by purposive sampling divided into 2 groups, each 18 respondents in the experimental group with animated videos and controls with leaflets. The study was conducted from May to July 2023 at SMPN 17 Samarinda. Data collection in this study used MMAS-8 questionnaire and hemoglobin level examination. Data analysis using Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney tests with significance levels ?=0.05. There was a significant difference in adherence to the consumption of blood-added tablets (p = 0.000) and hemoglobin levels (p = 0.000) in the experimental group with animated videos. In the control group with leaflets there was an increase in consumption adherence (p = 0.000), but there was no significant difference in hemoglobin levels (p = 0.112). There was a significant mean difference in adherence to the consumption of blood-added tablets (p = 0.002) and hemoglobin levels (p = 0.001) between the experimental group and the control group. Further research may be conducted by taking into account the consumption of foods containing iron using food consumption survey assessments so as to produce accurate data.

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran PAI biasanya hanya dengan metode ceramah dan kurang memanfaatkan media pembelajaran yang lainnya, sehingga pembelajaran menjadi kurang efektif dan menarik bahkan membuat peserta didik jenuh dan membosankan. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada tujuan untuk dapat meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman peserta didik di MTS Daarul Ihya dengan mengimplementasikan media pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam (PAI) berbasis audio visual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data menggunakan interaktif yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menguji kevalidan data, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan media audio visual sebagai media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan minat dan antusiasme serta pemahaman peserta didik terhadap mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam, kemudian penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis audio visual juga dapat meningkatkan efektifitas guru dalam menyampaikan materi kepada peserta didik.

Abstract

Work-related stress among employees can have negative impacts on their productivity and well-being. Some contributing factors to work-related stress involve excessive workload, tight deadlines, and interpersonal conflicts. Its effects encompass subjective, behavioral, cognitive, physiological, and health aspects, leading to decreased productivity and job dissatisfaction. This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and work-related stress on employee performance at PT. Indolacto. The causal research method involves the entire employees of PT. Indolakto (population of 116 people) with a research sample of 90 individuals. The analysis employs parametric statistics with Likert scales for variable measurement. The study focuses on the work environment, work-related stress, and work motivation as independent variables, while employee performance serves as the dependent variable. The research results are expected to contribute to understanding the factors affecting employee performance, providing insights for company improvement, and enhancing the researcher's capability in addressing issues in this field. The information from this study can serve as a foundation for the company's future improvements and developments.

Abstract

This study discusses the comparison of the meaning of Indonesian Muslim tourists to the concept of Muslim-Friendly Tourism or PRM. This study aims to identify differences in the meaning and application of the concept of PRM between the two countries according to the perspective of Indonesian Muslim tourists. This research uses a qualitative approach with the research method used consisting of interviews and literature studies. The interviews were conducted with Indonesian Muslim tourists who had visited one or both of these countries. Literature studies are conducted as an additional source of information in researching related topics. The result of this study is that the UAE has been open to people from all over the world which resulted in several places providing non-halal food and drinks so that PRM in the UAE plays a role in facilitating the comfort of Muslim citizens and tourists. Japan has accommodated the various needs of Muslim tourists, although it is only found in a few big cities and some destination points visited by many Muslim tourists. Muslim travelers can understand this. Therefore, PRM is considered as a standardization of the needs of Muslim tourists that supports the comfort and safety of tourists, especially for Muslim tourists when traveling to the two countries.

Abstract

This research aims to study and analyze the effect of jewaut flour substitution in butter cake on consumer acceptance. The study was conducted at the Pastry and Bakery Laboratory, Culinary Education Study Program, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The research started in September 2021 to february 2024. The method used in this study was an experimental method. The research sample were butter cake with jewawut flour substitution at 20%, 30%, and 40%, than tested on 30 semi trained panelists evaluating various organoleptic aspects. Based on the results of the statistical hypothesis test using the Friedman test, it shows that there are no influence of substituted jewaut flour at 20%, 30%, and 40% in the making of butter cake in volume, color of crumb, softness, pores, butter aroma, aroma of jewawut flour and sweetness aspect. While on the color aspect of the upper surface and the taste of jewawut flour there is a significant differece in butter cake substitute with jewawut flour. Based on the results of the statistical hypothesis test, the physical quality test using the Anova test showed that the aspects of swellability had no significant effect or difference in the substitution of jewawut flour at 20%, 30%, and 40% in the manufacture of butter cake. The conclusion of this study is to recommend butter cake with 30% jewawut flour substitution to be developed in optimizing the use of jewawut flour as a functional local food.
