Abstract

The handling of the COVID-19 pandemic is not only carried out in terms of implementing health protocols but also interventions with vaccinations as part of efforts to prevent and control COVID-19. In implementing the current vaccine, there are still many errors in administering vaccines to people who are not eligible or should not be vaccinated, this is due to the ignorance of the people who will receive the vaccine regarding the criteria that need to be considered before receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. So that this ignorance has resulted in victims, where vaccine recipients have fainted, some have even resulted in death. The purpose of this study is to apply the profile matching method to a decision support system for patient eligibility to inject the Covid-19 vaccine. In this study the system was built using a web-based programming language, and using MySQL to accommodate data. As for the process of evaluating the eligibility of patients given vaccine injections using the profile-matching method. The results of this study can help simplify and speed up the due diligence process to determine the administration of the COVID-19 vaccine injection to patients/the public, and can make it easier for the public to access information regarding their eligibility to be given the Covid-19 vaccine, as well as provide a sense of security in receiving the Covid vaccine -19.

Abstract

Dysmenorrhea is a problem for women because it can interfere with daily activities. Management of dysmenorrhea can be handled both pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically. Non-pharmacological treatment of dysmenorrhea includes other position settings, relaxation techniques, touch management, environmental management, distraction, behavioral support, imagination, compression. and giving herbal concoctions. One of the plant ingredients that can be used to treat dysmenorrhea is bay leaf decoction which aims to reduce pain during menstruation. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of giving bay leaf decoction in reducing dysmenorrhea pain in female students at SMP Negeri 1 Simpang Tiga, Pidie Regency. This research is an analytical survey using the Quasy Experiment method with a simple random sampling design. The sample in this study was 32 respondents. The sample size for the experimental group was 16 people and the sample size for the control group was 16 people. The results of the univariate test showed that the level of dysmenorrhea pain before administering the bay leaf decoction was mostly at a level of more than 7 respondents (43.8%), and the level of dysmenorrhea pain after administering the bay leaf decoction was mostly at a painless level of 13 respondents (81.2%). ) . The results of the bivariate test obtained a p value of 0.000 (p value <0.05), this shows that giving bay leaf decoction for dysmenorrhea has proven to be effective. Bay leaves have many health benefits, including diabetes, ulcers, stroke and blocked blood vessels. The mineral content in bay leaf decoction improves blood circulation so it can reduce menstrual pain.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus requires long-term treatment, can cause complications that can be life-threatening and affect the lives of diabetes mellitus patients. Self-management actions include glucose management, diet control, physical activity, and the use of health care can minimize complications. Lack of knowledge can make self-management ineffective. This case study aims to apply a community nursing care through the implemention of Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME) in adult population using flip sheets and leaflets. A community nursing assessment conducted on nine patients and a nursing diagnosis of the ineffective health self-management was established based on the assessment data. The nursing care plan was prepared and focused on health education about self-management of diabetes mellitus using flip sheets and leaflets. Before and after the implementation of nursing, tests were carried out using the Diabetes Self-Management Questionnaire (DSMQ). The evaluation results showed significant changes in self-management after the intervention (100% of respondents were in a good category). The average percentage increase in self-management status is 48.55%. The conclusion was that counseling for the aggregate of adults with diabetes mellitus positively influenced self-management status. It is recommended for community nurses to provide health education in the community, especially for adults with diabetes mellitus.

Abstract

The Pidie Regency Education Service is one of the government agencies under the Pidie Regency Region which has the task of managing the education sector including data and information services, as well as education management services at kindergartens, elementary schools, middle schools, high schools and vocational schools in the Pidie Regency area. Asset management within the scope of the Pidie Regency Regional Education Service includes fixed assets and inventory assets. The naming system for inventory of goods within the Pidie Regency Education Office still uses handwriting. This method makes it difficult for property managers to identify inventory of goods because information regarding the inventory of goods cannot be written completely on the goods. For this reason, a naming system using a QR Code is needed that is capable of containing complete inventory information on goods. Goods managers only need to use an Android-based cellphone if possible to scan the QR Code on the goods inventory. By applying this QR Code labeling technique to the intranet-based Asset Management Information System at the Pidie Regency Education Office. Apart from making it easier to identify inventory items, it also makes it easier to create asset reports.

Abstract

Pidie Regency is an area that provides many field facilities to implement. After conducting research directly by the authors, the authors found more than 30 fields to serve as PORA venues in Pidie District. However, not everyone knows the location of the field, including match information. This writing will discuss the creation of geographic information system (GIS) locations for Pidie Regency, especially the places or points where PORA XIV fields in Pidie Regency are increasing. The method used in this research is a geographic-based system or Global Information System (GIS). The aim of this research is how this system can display data from the field site in the form of maps or spatial data so that it can be more easily understood by users. Implementation of this system is made using the programming language used is PHP, HTML and CSS. Meanwhile, for processing the database, it uses the Mariadb database, which is a database capable of processing spatial data and attribute data. The result of this distribution analysis is a map of the playing fields in Pidie Regency.
