Abstract

Nowaday technology has been growing up in. One of them is cellular technology, the increasing of mobile technology requires the better service. To overcome these problem, the operator have to do Drive Test to identify and analyz the network quality of service, to improve the learning activities about Drive Test then needed an option for it. It can be overcome by the module Drive Test lab manual with applications that can support the user with an attractive visual display. The application materials will be designed on the basis of such a simulation about Drive Test Handover process, the process occurs as a result of Drop Call or constraints of a mobile network that frequently appear on the user's mobile phone, and the basic steps Drive Test. This lab manual application modules is created using a mobile Augmented Reality technology. The method which is used for the development of systems using waterfall SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). The visualization of the application made by Blender 2.69 using 3D objects. This application adds to the user experience more with 90.31% index points of total maximum of 100% which indicates that the application is easy to use and easy to be learned, This application works optimally if the light in a location that has a minimal emission of 3 Lux to 6 Lux for outdoor and indoor.

Abstract

Hybrid system is one way in saving the use of petroleum fuels with solar power generating systems apply settlement in Semujur island where it is currently available diesel generator in operation for 3 hours/day with an average power in each house of 178.8 Watt by using a hybrid system modeling software HOMER 3.2.3 the calculation of the cost for the operation the hybrid system. Results of the simulation HOMER that potential energy produced by the photovoltaic array system with lowest solar insolation values on Semujur island amounted to 3.99 kWh/m2/day with renewable fraction in the photovoltaic array system configuration by 34% generating electrical energy by 15515.01 kWh/year with diesel fuel savings of 64.3% of total oil consumption currently operates its own diesel generator spend net present value cost (NPC) Rp 1.143.972.000 and cost of energy (COE) 3,380 Rp/kWh and has advantages sufficient electrical energy for the growth of a population 7 houses in the future.

Abstract

One of main components in the electric generation system is distribution system. it have function, distribute the energy to customers more continuously and well. To evaluate it reliability for feeder 3 in PLN Area Bangka before and after using SCADA seized by reliability of distribution SAIDI, SAIFI, and CAIDI system index. The test result based on sample of SAIDI, SAIFI, and CAIDI index before using SCADA method at 2013 is 2,77 time/year for SAIFI index, 6,21 hours/year for SAIDI index, and 2,242 hours/year for CAIDI index. Meanwhile for after using SCADA method at 2014 is 10,32 time/year for SAIFI index, 19,18 hour/year for SAIDI index, and 1,858 hours/year for CAIDI index.

Abstract

Implementation issues determine the shortest route to the water distribution using the algorithm Djiktra. Distribution of mineral water is emphasized in the search by using the shortest path, which will look for some alternative solutions to the completion of a more effective and efficient. problems during this time is crossed by the shortest path to get to the destination, or whether it can keep costs to a minimum and also whether it can reduce the travel time to be traversed. Results of algorithm implementation Djiktra here to show where the optimum route. Paths are achieved by using the shortest path 21 cities input is: [the city of Lhokseumawe, Kab. North Aceh district. East Aceh, Langsa, Kab. Aceh Tamiang, Kab. Gayo Lues, Kab. Southeast Aceh, City Subussalam, Kab. Singkil, Kab. South Aceh District. Southwest Aceh district. Central Aceh district. Nagan Raya, Kab. West Aceh District. Aceh Jaya, Banda Aceh, Kota Sabang, Kab. Aceh Besar, Kab. Pidie district. Pidie Jaya district. Bireun. By using the search algorithm generates Djiktra route: [Kota Lhokseumawe, Kab. North Aceh district. East Aceh, Langsa, Kab. Aceh Tamiang, Kab. Gayo Lues, Kab. Southeast Aceh, City Subussalam, Kab. Pidie Jaya district. Bireun] with a total distance of 2255 kilometers and when input other cases the number of input the city as many as 21 cities also will produce different distances. Djiktra algorithm is an algorithm to determine the shortest path.
