Abstract

Nowadays, the Strategic planning information system was one of the keys in achieving an organization, one of them was at campus of AMIK AKMI Baturaja, where the development of information technology could help to improve the quality and service to the students so that they could produce the quality that was ready to compete. Therefore, this research had the aim to create the strategic planning of information system to increase the performance of Job. The Strategic Planning Model of Information system that would be discussed in this case was by using IT Method of Balance Scorecard. The result of research showed a strategic planning model of information system, which mapped into four BSC IT perspective, they were the orientation of the user's perspective, the contribution of the company, the operational improvement, and the future orientation. To clarify the results of the analysis used tools: SWOT and MC Farlan's. The results of strategic planning were in the form of framework and the future application portfolio. To measure and examine the strategic planning was created, used a SI performance measure, namely IT Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Strategic planning was expected to be the best answer to the problems faced.

Abstract

The high number of cases of violence in children today is increasing. Among the cases of child abuse are physical torture, sexual harassment and neglect. Every year violence in children increases with different patterns of behavior. Various efforts were made by the government to campaign for child protection legislation. To forecast an increase or decrease in child abuse patterns over the next 5 years, an inhalamanation-based forecasting system is needed. This inhalamanation system is expected to predict how many cases of child abuse that occur from the time in the future. Double expoential smoothing method is the most widely used method to determine the equation of second smoothing data trend through smoothing process. This forecasting system captures the pattern of past data then used to project future data. The purpose of this system is to provide an idea of ??the level of violence in children. The variables used in this system are the types of cases of domestic violence / Traumatic cases of Persecution, Kidnapping cases, Rape cases and Sodomy case types. The case of violence predicted for four years previous year is in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015. Then processed using the method of double expnential smoothing by looking for the equation of the trend first and followed by looking for second smoothing and forecasting results of the type of violence in the next year that is 2016. The special target of this forecasting system is to project a pattern of child abuse that is still frequent and predict patterns of violence in children for the next few years. This is done to prepare everything needed to handle cases of violence in the future. Long-term goal to predict the level of violence in children for the next 10 years. This is expected to anticipate the acts of violence that occur in children by looking at previous forecasting data.

Abstract

This design Smart Parking aims to design a microcontroller device that is Smart Parking that can inform and direct the driver to the empty parking area. The parking lot used as the research object consists of several parking locations with the capacity of several vehicles, but this study only selects some parking slots as samples. In this design has several common parts used, namely ultrasonic sensors HC-SR04, Arduino Mega, PC / laptop, LCD (Liquid Cristal Display) and IOT (Internet Of Things) research indicates that the LCD will show several parking slots already occupied and Some empty parking slots and monitoring via Smartphone using the Blynk app. As for the crossbar entrance of the parking area using a tool that is servo, and Arduino UNO as the operation of the parking doorstop. In this design the distance of the parking sensor below 6cm indicates that parking slots are occupied and above 6cm indicating the parking slot conditions available on LCD and Blynk applications. As for servo bar entry detects the car at a distance below 5cm servo will open with delay of 3 seconds and if above 5cm indicates that there is no car in front of the sensor bar.

Abstract

PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara) is one of the BUMN (Badan Usaha Milik Negara) in charge of providing electricity supply needs with the best service quality for the community. The growth of electricity demand for residents of Lhokseumawe City by 2020 is expected to increase to 10%. Based on these predictions, PLN must be able to forecast patterns from data needs lsitrik which has been then used to project the data that will come in order to give the best pelyanan for the community. Forecasting is one of the sciences in the field of intelligent systems that can predict long-term electrical demand in the city of Lhokseumawe. The least square forecasting model can be one of the components supporting the economic growth of Lhokseumawe City. Variables to be predicted in the fulfillment of electricity stocks are seen from household, industrial, commercial and public expenses. Furthermore, the need for electricity stock from each region will be seen from the installed capacity, power capable (MW) and peak load. Then the least quare forecasting model will determine the equation of data trend based on the data needs of electricity that has been then used to project the data needs of electricity to come. This research is expected to produce accurate forecasting value so that can be used as a reference for PLN party in taking policy. Proper forecasting can help PLN to save production cost due to mis-distribution. The specific target of this research is to know the quality of service PLN Lhokseumawe to the public so that the distribution of electricity is always stable. The long-term goal of implementing this smart forecasting system is to help improve the quality of PLN's services in meeting the long-term electricity needs of the people of Lhokseumawe.

Abstract

Down counter on the traffic light provides information for drivers on how long the lamps will be on or off, then they are not careless who can cause traffic jam and accidents. The instalation of down counter needs value of set point which derived from the traffic light controller or it is set manually by technician. The design of down counter which is capable of standing by itself, it is possible to use less cables and it will facilitate on its time changing and the maintenance of traffict light. In this research, a down counter which counts by itself will be create value of set point which designed by using display of let dot matrix panel with the size of 32x32 pixel. It is able to display figures as many as 2 digits of 99 until 00.

Abstract

In this study, yagi antena is used as a receiving antena at a frequency of 500 MHz. The receiving antena to be tested for its characteristics are 4 types, namely dipole antena, monopole antena, circular loop antena and yagi antena. The purpose of this research is to know the quality of antena yagi as the sending antena to 4 types of receiving antena tested. The parameters used as benchmark comparison is the gain and antena polarization. The process of measuring the parameters of antena yagi as transmitter antena and dipole antena, monopole antena, circular loop antena and yagi antena as the receiving antena is done by an antena trainner with supporting software. Data retrieval is done in 2 conditions namely Line Of Sight (LOS) and using obstacle (NO-LOSS). The distance between the transmitting antena and the receiving antena is 1.5 meters, 2 meters, 2.5 meters, 3 meters and 5 meters. The slope position of the antena is also a determining factor in the measurement process. There are 3 categories namely, horizontal (antena sender) and horizontal (antena receiver), vertikal (antena sender) and vertikal (antena receiver) and combination of horizontal (antena sender) and vertikal (antena receiver).. The results of antena quality testing showed that among the 4 types of antena (dipole, monopole, circular loop and yagi), it was proven that the yagi antena had a perfect 100% accuracy test. The yagi antena is proved to have a gain value and an ideal radiation pattern, so it is suitable to be implemented as a transmitting antena and receiving antena.
