Abstract

The purpose of this final project is to calculate the volume of traffic passing the Cepiring - Kendal road section. The first is calculating the V / C Ratio on the Cepiring - Kendal road section after the operation of the Semarang - Batang toll road. Then compare the value of V / C Ratio on the pantura road Cepiring - Kendal before and after the operation of the Semarang - Batang toll road. In addition to the objective, the benefits of this final project are to determine the level of vehicle traffic density on Jalan Pantura, Kendal Regency after the operation of the Batang - Semarang Toll Road based on the existing traffic volume. Abstract

This type of rigid pavement (Rigid Pavement) is an alternative to pavement in Indonesia which is currently widely used, because it is quite strong and lasts longer than flexible pavement. This is due to the heavy-loaded and high frequency lanes of vehicles operating on National, Arterial and Toll Roads.As in the Brebes area on Jalan Tegal - Purwokerto, it was reported that the volume of vehicles crossing the road was very high. This is exacerbated by the existing conditions of the roads that cross the railroad tracks so that the flow of transportation is not smooth and experiences congestion. Therefore, the Government built an underpass at the railway crossing in Karangsawah, Tonjong District, Brebes Regency, which is expected to be able to overcome the congestion that often occurs.Along with the economic growth in Indonesia which continues to develop and causes an increase in traffic flow. Especially in economic activities such as the distribution of goods and services between regions, provinces and the national level. For this reason, adequate facilities and infrastructure are needed so that these activities run smoothly. In order to support these activities, the government needs to allocate a large enough fund for road infrastructure.Road construction is one of the things that always goes hand in hand with technological advances and the thinking of the people who use it, because roads are an important facility for humans to reach the area they want to reach. Roads as a national transportation system have an important role, especially in supporting the economic, social, cultural and environmental fields developed through a regional development approach in order to achieve a balance and equitable development between regions.Keywords: Underpass Karang Sawah – Tonjong Brebes

Abstract

The city of Surakarta is a big city that has a function as a center for trade, tourism, culture, education, and sports which always experiences an increase in population and number of vehicles every year. The increasing number of facilities and infrastructure needs in the transportation sector must of course be balanced with the existence of supporters that make these transportation facilities more useful, namely the existence of roads and their management and performance of intersections. The intersection area with a signaling the National Awakening Road - Jalan Bayangkara is in a commercial area because there are many shops and settlements, so it has heavy traffic and a fast growth rate of traffic. This study aims to provide an overview of traffic congestion conditions that occur at the intersection of the four-lane National Awakening Street - Bhayangkara Street, Surakarta city and analyze the right solution to be applied in order to overcome congestion that occurs at the four-way intersection of Jalan Kebangkitan Nasional - Jalan Bhayangkara, Surakarta. From the results of existing calculations for the intersection without Signal Jl. National Awakening - Jl. Bhayangkara Kota Surakarta with the MKJI 1997 method, the value of the degree of saturation (DS) is obtained, namely = 1.12 or more than 0.85. So that we need several alternatives to describe congestion at the intersection. For the first alternative using the method of switching the road into one direction. The results of the degree of saturation (DS) = 0.32 for the Western approach, DS = 0.71 for the South approach. Then we also try to make a second alternative, which is to make the intersection a signaled intersection. Abstract

Heavy rains that flushed most of the Semarang area have resulted in the slope on the edge of the Semarang - Bawen STA.426 + 600 toll road experiencing landslides and eroding part of the shoulder of the road. A slope stability analysis is needed to determine the slope safety factor at the research location which can model it according to the original conditions in the field so that there is an approach condition in the analysis results and makes it easier to model its handling, one of which is by using manual formulas.In this analysis, the input data for soil parameters were used, including: cohesion, c; angle of shear in soil, 𝜑; slope angle, 𝛼; and soil volume weight, 𝛾. From the results of the analysis of slope stability with cantilever wall reinforcement, it is considered safe because the foundation soil stress that occurs is smaller than the allowable stress of the soil, namely (664,556 <1496,219) for normal conditions and (464,951 <1496,219) for earthquake conditions. SF to shear under normal conditions is greater than the required SF (3,738> 1,5). SF to shear earthquake conditions is greater than the required SF (3.036> 1.2). The SF against rolling under normal conditions is greater than the required SF (2,068> 2). SF against rolling earthquake conditions greater than the required SF (1.912> 1.5).Keywords: Semarang - bawen toll road, landslides, slope analysis

Abstract

A bridge is one of the constructions that functions to connect two parts of the road that were cut off due to obstacles such as deep valleys, rivers, railroads, roads that cross not a level and others. So in the construction of a bridge, calculations and attention to other aspects such as nature and the surrounding environment are needed which can affect the stability of the bridge itself. One of the things that can disturb the balance of the bridge is landslides. Handling of landslide hazards is also carried out at the Penggaron bridge which is located on the Trans Jawajalur Semarang - Solo toll road Km 427 + 400 - 427 + 800 with a length of 400, one of which is by making a Shoulder Pile to withstand landslides as well as analyzing the environmental impacts (natural consequences) that occur by looking at and analyzing data from the bore log.Keywords: Bridge, Toll Road, Shoulder Pile, Landslide
