Abstract

This study is dedicated to examining how the implementation of green accounting and the disclosure of corporate social responsibility impact the value of mining companies in Indonesia through profitability. Green accounting is a relatively novel area of research in Indonesia, particularly in the context of the mining sector. Given the ongoing governmental reforms in the mining industry, with the prohibition of raw material exports under Law Number 3 of 2020 amending Law Number 4 of 2009 on Mineral and Coal Mining, the study finds it intriguing to explore the implications of green accounting. The ban on nickel ore exports, as stipulated by the aforementioned legal amendments, sparked strong opposition from the European Union, leading to Indonesia being taken to the World Trade Organisation (WTO) in early 2021. This policy aligns with the broader objective of downstreaming, which seeks to secure a domestic supply of raw materials for mineral processing and refining, thereby mitigating adverse environmental effects. To initiate the research, the first step involves gathering data on pertinent variables from the financial statements of mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Subsequently, SPSS will be employed to conduct tests and assess the influence of green accounting and corporate social responsibility disclosure on firm value, with profitability acting as a mediating factor.

Abstract

This research aims to fill the research gap by analyzing sustainable leadership practices in the mining industry, expanding the understanding from previous sustainable leadership literature. The focus is to provide a deep understanding of the role of sustainable leadership in supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Qualitative methods are employed to comprehend social phenomena through the collection and analysis of descriptive and non-numeric data. The study explores "Sustainable Leadership Practices at PT ABC and PT XYZ in Supporting the Achievement of Sustainable Development Goals." The findings indicate that PT ABC and PT XYZ implement sustainable leadership practices, including commitments to social, economic, and environmental aspects. However, they face challenges such as resource constraints and organizational cultural changes. Leaders in both companies play a crucial role in communicating the importance of sustainability and leading change. Managerial implications involve developing internal policies that strengthen sustainable leadership practices and enhancing employee awareness. Management needs to address financial and cultural challenges while ensuring compliance with regulations. Investor implications include a deeper understanding of the company's commitment to social, economic, and environmental aspects as an evaluation factor for long-term sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the power of power to sell as collateral confiscation in debt repayment based on the debt recognition deedDeed of Debt Recognition is a deed made by a notary in the form of a Grosse Deed containing the irah-irah "For Justice Based on the One and Only God" which means it has the same executory power as the Court Decision. However, in practice the Deed of Debt Recognition is made followed by the preparation of the Deed of Power of Attorney to Sell as a new deed, even though one form of legal protection outside of the guarantee institution is the making of the Grosse Deed of Debt Recognition. Thus, it is interesting to study further why the use of the power to sell is used as a guarantee for debt repayment under the Deed of Debt Recognition is more desirable and how the form of legal protection for debtors defaults and settlement of disputes arising from the Deed of Power to Sell. This research uses normative legal research types and qualitative methods. The result of the study is that the parties prefer to use the Power of Attorney to Sell because it does not go through a long procedure, does not take time and does not incur more costs. The legal protection obtained by the defaulting debtor is to obtain the remaining proceeds from the sale of collateral and the selling price of the collateral which must not be below the value of the collateral that should be, and the creditor must not have a collateral object if the debtor defaults.

Abstract

In the current era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, information and communication technology is rapidly developing in all sectors. In the matrix of non-military defense implementation, technology is one of the dimensions that influence the achievement of a country's general defense policy. Technological development does not always have a positive impact. Cyber threats and attacks are an example of the negative impact in technological development. In the "Cyber Defense Guidelines," national cyber security is defined as all efforts to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and all its supporting facilities at the national level, which are cross-sectoral in nature. According to data from the National Cyber Security Index (NCSI) survey agency, a country's National Cyber Security Index (Y) is measured based on 12 indicators, including: cyber security policy development (X1), cyber threat analysis and information (X2), education and professional development (X3), contribution to global cyber security (X4), protection of digital services (X5), protection of essential services (X6), e-identification and trust services (X7), protection of personal data (X8), cyber incident response (X9), cyber crisis management (X10), fight against cybercrime (X11), and military cyber operations (X12). In this study, a regression analysis will be conducted on the 12 indicators of the National Cyber Security Index against the Total Assessment of the National Cyber Security Index (Y) in Southeast Asia, so that the type of equation in the regression analysis can be identified.

Abstract

In the last decades, the incidence of Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) has been increasing and resulting in prolonged adverse effects. The success of AKI therapy has not been maximally achieved, considering that AKI management is currently still conducted based on the arising causes and symptoms. The AKI management requires to be increasingly developed due to the serious effects of AKI. Thus, supportive therapy is needed to increase the cure rate for AKI. One of the treatment options is high-dose administration of N-acetylcysteine antioxidant therapy of 5000 mg. The research aims to determine the effect of high-dose administration of N-acetylcysteine by 5000 mg iv on kidney function in patients diagnosed with AKI based on creatinine serum, GFR, and urea. The research was a descriptive-analytic with retrospective cross-sectional. Further, the research employed medical data records. Differential analysis of kidney function with the laboratory results of urea, creatinine, and GFR parameters in AKI patients. It was performed on both the control and the testes groups, pre- and post-administration of a high-dose of N-acetylcysteine by 5000 mg iv. In addition, data were analyzed by bivariate with the paired t-test and independent t-test for differences between groups at p ? 0.05. There were 60 total samples, which were divided into 30 AKI patients, administered with N-acetylcysteine, and 30 patients, treated with N-acetylcysteine. The relationship analysis of pre- and post-administration of N-acetylcysteine in each group demonstrated significant differences in the tested group, such as the values of Creatinine Serum (p = 0.002) and GFR (p = 0.001).

Abstract

Shares are a popular business investment, the development of information technology now allows everyone to buy and sell shares easily online, investment players, both retail and corporate, are trying to make predictions. The purpose of this study is to find out comparative performance of learning methods in stock price prediction. There are currently many research papers discussing stock predictions. using machine learning / deep learning / neural networks, in this research the author will compare several superior methods found in the latest paper findings, including CNN, RNN LSTM, MLP, GRU and their variants. From the 16 result relationships and patterns that occur in each variable and each variable is proven to show its respective role with its own weight, in general we will summarize the conclusions in chapter V below, but in each analysis there are secondary conclusions that we can get in detail. The variable that has the most significant effect on RMSE is variable B (repeatable data) compared to other variables because it has a difference in polarity that is so far between yes and no. The configuration of input timestep (history)=7 days and output timetep (prediction)=1 day is best for the average model in general.

Abstract

The provision of environmentally friendly, cheap and safe energy for citizens by taking into account the mix of national energy use by considering the country's financial ability to provide subsidies is a policy that must be carried out by the Government. In this case, the Government of Indonesia itself has taken the initiative to save subsidies through the conversion of kerosene to the use of LPG which is safer for the community. However, the high LPG subsidy because it still relies on imports for its fulfillment also ultimately raises other problems. Starting in 2009, the Government continued to take initiatives to overcome this by continuing existing policies by building Household Gas Networks to optimize the potential of natural gas that is widely available in Indonesia and to reduce dependence on the use of LPG, especially in the household consumer sector and small customers. This policy is even included in one of the National Strategic Projects through Presidential Decree No. 18 of 2020 where this is also contained in the Medium-Term Development Plan (RJPMN) which targets the construction of 4.7 million household connections by the end of 2024, but in fact until 2022 only around 871,000 connections have been realized. This study conducts an analysis of policy evaluation of Jargas Development through the CIPP (Context, Input, Process &; Product) approach to get a comprehensive picture of the policy process that occurs. From the results of the study, it was found that there are still things that need to be improved to ensure that this policy can better achieve the expected targets, both in terms of planning to policy implementation that involves many parties in it and also recommendations for implementation in the future
