Abstract

This development innovation is an effort to overcome the limitations of Islamic religious education teaching materials in schools and increase students' enthusiasm for learning by using interactive media with the help of Android forms. The approach taken in the research and development of teaching media is qualitative and quantitative. This development uses the ADDIE model (analyse, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), which consists of stages: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation as procedures and guidelines for developing teaching materials data collection techniques by distributing surveys to test subjects and a series of formative assessments. Analysis techniques use qualitative and statistics. The results of the analysis of the development of teaching materials are in the form of software products or applications in the form of Android. Based on the validation and test results of design experts, 86% said that this product is valid and efficient; the validation results of media experts, 87% of these products are valid and efficient, and the results of material expert validation say 80% of these products are valid and efficient

Abstract

The study, "An Analysis of Code Switching on Cinta Laura Kiehl in Iwil Network YouTube Channel Video," focused on two main issues: types and reasons for code switching. Utilizing Poplack's (1980) and Grosjean's (1981) theories, it employed a qualitative approach. Data collection involved downloading the video, watching the podcast, reading the script, and identifying instances of code switching. A total of 144 instances were found, categorized into 21 Tag Switching, 91 Inter-Sentential, and 32 Intra-Sentential occurrences. Reasons for code switching included Fill a Linguistics Need for Lexical Item, Set Phrase, Discourse Maker, or Sentence Filler (72 instances), Continued The Last Language Used (52 instances), and others such as Quoting Someone (1 instance), Specify Address (3 instances), and Conveying Confidentiality, Anger, and Annoyance (4 instances). These findings contribute to understanding the intricacies of code switching in the context of Cinta Laura Kiehl's videos on the Iwil Network YouTube channel.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of Academic Supervision by Madrasah Supervisors in Gowa Regency in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. Academic supervision is considered a solution to improve teacher competence, but its implementation is still considered low. This research method is field research involving interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results showed that academic supervision planning is the primary responsibility of madrasah supervisors, with the Academic Supervision Plan (RPA) as a critical instrument. Despite facing limitations such as busyness, supervisors try to be efficient by using the Bimlat. The active participation of PAI teachers in supervision planning is recognized as a crucial factor in improving the quality of PAI learning. The initial year meeting involved PAI teachers in preparing an academic supervision work plan, creating a collaborative spirit. Evaluation and analysis of supervision results and follow-up are still a challenge. Time constraints are a bottleneck, and immediate feedback is given after supervision, but comprehensive follow-up has not yet been fully implemented. This research implies that academic supervision needs to be carried out through planned, systematic, and local culture-based stages, "able sitting." Values such as deliberation, mutual respect, mutual reminding, mutual glorification, and cooperation are expected to enrich the implementation of academic supervision and improve the quality of PAI learning in madrasas.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on the effect of profitability as measured by Return on Assets (ROA), liquidity measured by Current Ratio (CR), institutional ownership, and managerial ownership on capital structure. The population of this study is companies listed as consumers of the non-cyclical sector on the IDX in 2018-2022, as many as 113 issuers. The method used is a quantitative method with statistical analysis of panel data regression. Capital structure is the dependent variable, and profitability, liquidity, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership are independent variables. The method used is a quantitative method with statistical analysis of panel data regression with the SPSS Analysis tool. Capital structure is a framework that describes how equity and debt are used to finance company operations to generate optimal returns for shareholders and maximize company returns by considering the level of risk. The results showed that partially the Probability (ROA) and Liquidity (CR) were significant to the Capital Structure (DER). Institutional and managerial ownership have no significant effect on the Capital Structure (DER).

Abstract

Cyber attacks are one of the genuine threats that have emerged due to the evolution of a more dynamic and complex global strategic environment. In Indonesia, several cyber attacks target various government infrastructure sectors. The National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) predicts Indonesia will face approximately 370.02 million cyber attacks in 2022. The majority of cyber attacks target the government administration sector. The National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) officially formed a Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) to tackle the rampant cybercrime cases. CSIRT is an organization or team that provides services and support to prevent, handle, and respond to computer security incidents. The current CSIRT does not have a data storage process and forensic preparation. CSIRT will repeat the procedure, and so on. This is a repeating procedure; the attack will occur once, and only a technical problem will arise. Therefore, the research entitled "Analysis of Knowledge Management Strategies for Handling Cyber Attacks with the Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT)" is expected to implement this Knowledge Management Strategy to manage existing knowledge so that it can make it easier for the CSIRT team to handle cyber attacks that occur.

Abstract

The agricultural sector in Indonesia holds significant importance in the nation's economy, contributing substantially to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) while facing challenges in tax revenue collection due to the predominance of micro and small-scale players. This paper examines the unique tax approaches in the agricultural sector, considering the complexities of taxation in developing countries. Through a comprehensive literature review, the study explores four key factors influencing tax compliance: economic factors, non-economic factors, tax administration, and perceptions of tax complexity. The research framework incorporates insights from various scholarly sources, including Scopus and Google Scholar, to provide a holistic understanding of agricultural taxation dynamics. The review reveals a nuanced landscape where taxation policies impact market dynamics, welfare outcomes, and historical trends in the agricultural sector. The synthesis highlights the importance of balancing efficiency and equity in tax systems, considering the specific needs of agricultural producers. Furthermore, the study underscores the significance of tax knowledge, effective tax administration, and clear communication in fostering voluntary compliance among farmers. Moreover, the analysis delves into the complexity of tax design, emphasizing the interplay between tax rates, emissions, investment, and perceptions of fairness. The paper identifies opportunities for future research, including exploring regional variations in tax knowledge impact, assessing the effectiveness of tax audit approaches, and examining innovative tax management tools for agricultural enterprises. Overall, the study contributes to understanding agricultural taxation dynamics and provides insights for policymakers seeking to optimize tax policies in developing countries.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of authenticity on loyalty through the interaction of tourists in Yogyakarta. The City of Yogyakarta, a tourist destination located in the heart of the island of Java, is designated as a Super Priority Tourism Destination area to accelerate the regional economy. In previous studies, it has been found that tourist loyalty is influenced by destination brand authenticity and is supported by the involvement of destination brand engagement. This research is quantitative and was carried out using a survey method. Data analysis was performed using simple and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Service Solutions) version 26. The results showed a direct influence of brand authenticity and engagement on tourist loyalty and an indirect effect. Between brand authenticity and tourist loyalty through destination brand engagement. Tourist destination managers, especially D.I Yogyakarta, can use the results of this research to design the Yogyakarta City destination brand in a marketing strategy that can re-attract tourists in Yogyakarta.
