Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the forms and barriers to marketing strategies using promotional methods to increase sales of Ibu Ida's aluminum furniture in Tapus Village, Central Amuntai District, Hulu Sungai Utara District. This is due to the large number of aluminum furniture craftsmen, and having a place that is not far away, and the decline in the selling price of cabinets while the price of raw materials for furniture is getting more expensive, and the products that are traded are almost the same. So that the craftsmen are competing to do various ways to attract the attention of potential customers by offering their products. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. In this study, the research location was determined using a purposive sampling system and then a research approach, data analysis and testing the credibility of the data by means of negative case analysis. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy using promotional methods in increasing sales of Mrs. Ida's aluminum furniture namely by using social media such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and utilizing print media, as well as giving discounts to customers. to doing direct marketing, and retaining loyal customers, and having sales distributors. However, there are some minor obstacles such as barriers to direct marketing, barriers to using social media, obstacles to offline marketing strategies, barriers to differences of opinion, to a lack of trust, and misunderstandings. In the entire study, it can be concluded that Mrs. Ida has adopted several marketing strategies with various promotional methods to increase sales of aluminum furniture in Tapus Village. However, there are still small obstacles that need to be overcome for the marketing strategy to achieve greater success   Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Promotion, Sales

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to examine the implementation of social and environmental responsibility (TJSL) by PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) in the Kalimantan sub-region, focusing on the allocation, increase, and decrease in budget percentages available annually from 2020 to 2022. The study employs a qualitative research method. To obtain accurate information, data were collected through semi-structured interviews and documentation, including document collections, transcripts, books, journals, and other relevant materials. Data analysis techniques involved reviewing all available data from various sources, such as interviews, observations recorded in field notes, documents, and more, leading to the drawing of conclusions. The research findings indicate that the realization of funds and available budget for TJSL at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) in the Kalimantan sub-region shows varying percentages of fund realization across different partnership programs, with a decrease observed annually. Conversely, the community development programs have shown an annual increase in their budgets. This study highlights the dynamic nature of fund allocation in TJSL initiatives and underscores the need for continuous evaluation and strategic planning   Keywords: Implementation, Social and Environmental Responsibility

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to understand the procedures and challenges involved in the disposal of regional property at the Financial and Revenue Management Agency of Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency, following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Effective management of regional property is essential as it supports the primary revenue of a region. The study employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, focusing on illustrating the research object, organizational structure, main tasks and functions, and the detailed system of regional property disposal. The research findings reveal that the SOP for regional property disposal issued by the Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency Government has been well-implemented and aligns with the prescribed standards. The SOP serves as an effective guideline for property disposal, although challenges persist during the disposal process, including issues related to the property itself and the accompanying documentation. Despite these challenges, the disposal procedures at the Financial and Revenue Management Agency have adhered to the established SOP. The main obstacles encountered include insufficient documentation and properties not meeting the disposal criteria. In conclusion, the study highlights the critical role of strategic asset management in the public sector, particularly in the disposal of regional property. The recommendations provided aim to address the existing challenges and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the property disposal process, ensuring better resource utilization and enhanced financial performance. This research contributes valuable insights for policymakers and public administrators seeking to optimize asset management practices. Abstract: SP4N LAPOR! is the first social media application in Indonesia that involves public participation and is two-way, so that in this application the public can interact with the government interactively. with the principle of easy and integrated for monitoring development and public services and researchers strive to bridge public participation between people with disabilities in Banjarbaru City and the South Kalimantan Provincial Government. Nonverbal communication for people with disabilities in the socialization of Sp4n LAPOR! in Banjarbaru City with the sub-issue of whether all SP4N LAPOR! platforms have been audited for accessibility for various disabilities and what has been reported regarding public services for people with disabilities in Banjarbaru City. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to provide an overview of the marketing mix from the utilization of waste from PT rubber factory production. PT Darma Kalimantan Jaya, so that it can become a product that has economic value among the community and what is the marketing process. This type of research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The purposeful sampling data analysis technique and data credibility test used is triangulation. The results of the research carried out can be concluded that by indirectly applying the concept of the 7p marketing mix as in Kotler and Fox's theory in (Lupiyoadi, 2013: 148) in the waste soil product business managed by PT. Darma Kalimantan Jaya has been able to attract interest from buyers to become customers and has been able to become a strength and advantage in facing competition with other waste land entrepreneurs, because PT. Darma Kalimantan Jaya really maintains the quality of its products, and prioritizes always providing the best service to each customer in order to create comfort and satisfaction for all customers who come to buy products from this waste land   Keywords: Marketing Mix Strategy, Marketing Concept

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence and job burnout on the turnover intention. This study uses a quantitative analysis method which aims to analyze the relationship between the observed variables using multiple regression analysis. Respondent consists of 46 employees of PT. Banjarmasin Bangkit taken with a saturated sample technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS 26. The results of the research proves that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant affect partially on the turnover intention with the influence of 0,637 or 63,7% and job burnout has a positive and significant affect partially on the turnover intention with the influence of 0,274 or 27,4%. Emotional intelligence and job burnout have significant effect simultaneously on the turnover intention with the influence of 0,753 or 75,3%.   Keywords: Procedures Emotional Intelligence, Job Burnout, Turnover Intention
