Abstract

Community service in Legal Aid assistance is carried out to introduce how the law actually applies in society. Where participatory community service activities or participatory real appraisal is an approach method in the process, from the activities to be carried out, namely regarding legal counseling. Legal counseling is a routine program of the Faculty of Sharia and Law at UIN Syeihk Ali Hasan Ahmad Addady Padangsidimpuan which is held every semester. This year's legal counseling was held in the Kayu Ombun Village, North Padangsidimpuan District. At least six topics were presented in the legal counselling, including drug control, trafficking, domestic violence (domestic violence), disaster, legal drafting, national insights and defending the country. This legal counseling was attended by village government officials, community leaders, and also the Kayu Ombun sub-district community. Lecturers from various concentrations in the field of law take turns explaining material and problems in everyday life related to law. Not only that, lecturers from the Faculty of Sharia and Law also opened a question and answer room for the public who were present at the counseling. The community enthusiastically asked questions to the speakers in the counseling.

Abstract

This community service is carried out to introduce how to read the correct Al-Qur'an or what is called Tahsinul Qur'an in which community service activities use a participatory community empowerment approach or Participatpry Rual Apraissal, namely an in-process approach method, from activities carried out What will be done is regarding the correct way of reading the holy book of the Qur'an, this is done because there are still many people who are still wrong about reading long and short or harakat in the Qur'an so that many people do not know that harakat is also used to determine what the pronunciation of the letters hijaiyah in the Qur'an is like and to give sounds to a, i, and u. and many other things in reading the Koran in the wrong society so that community service aims to teach and give examples to the community how to read the Koran properly and correctly.

Abstract

This article discusses the important role of students in supporting Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the home industry sector. Students have the potential to make diverse contributions through their knowledge, skills and initiative in improving the UKM home industry. This article also identifies the challenges that the UKM home industry often faces, including limited resources, market access, operational management, and intense competition. Students can help overcome these challenges through effective collaboration. In addition, this article discusses the contribution of students in product and process innovation, which can help the UKM home industry to become more competitive. Students can provide an understanding of market research, new product design, production process optimization, technology development, employee training, and much more. This helps MSMEs face tough competition and improve the quality of their products. Marketing and product visibility are also the focus of this article, explaining how students can help the MSME home industry in utilizing social media, websites, SEO optimization, visual content and other digital marketing strategies. With good collaboration, local products can be better known by a wider market, which has the potential to increase UKM income. Benefits of good financial management for UKM. Proper financial management gives UKM a better understanding of their financial performance, helps in decision making, and enables them to plan their budgets better. This also helps MSMEs in meeting their tax obligations and increasing their business desirability.

Abstract

Social function is something that can be enjoyed and useful for people's lives or that has something to do with people's lives. What is meant by the social function of routine recitation is a community activity to deepen the teachings of the Islamic religion which can be beneficial for people's lives which is routinely carried out in turns or in turns at people's homes. Busyness and work cause the people of Jorong Paninjauan to be less able to fulfill their spiritual needs because they have to carry out their duties and responsibilities. However, they still need space for spirituality and religious guidance. To be able to meet these needs, of course, in a very easy and time-saving way. The reality on the ground is that Muslim women carry out recitations in turns at people's homes and have other functions than religious recitations, namely social functions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to briefly examine the meaning of Green Economy and Maqashid Syariah, with the aim that the knowledge index of the people of Sorkam Tengah Village will be better. This study explains these two concepts, the essence of which is how to keep nature in balance. Towards a greener economy is a sustainable goal for every country, including Indonesia. The application of the Green Economy application can reflect the quality of the environment in Indonesia today. Economic, social and environmental like an unbroken cycle of architecture. Environmental quality is highly dependent on economic and social outputs. Maqashid Syariah is a new trend in the study of Ushul Fikh which has developed in the contemporary era. The development of Islamic law in the contemporary era is felt to be more promising when using the methods contained in Maqashid Syariah. As a developmental discipline from ushul fiqh, Maqashid Sharia is now much loved by Islamic law experts for deeper study. Therefore, adequate information is needed about the literature review that discusses Maqashid Syariah from classical to contemporary times. The type of research used to complete the author's journal is of a qualitative type considering that the form of data presentation is descriptive descriptions, with data sources obtained from the general public. direct and indirect (primary and secondary).
