Abstract

The purpose this research is to analysis the influence Mobile Banking toward Customer Satisfaction And Loyalty Bank Mandiri, Jakarta. The Adult, Banking competing to provide additional services so that its customers feel satisfied, among other things is a banking transaction services. Banking transaction services through mobile banking (mobile) with using the Network data telecoms That can be easy to used by Customer to review Transactions check balance, check mutations transactions, transfer between accounts, transferring real time, Pay Bills, Purchase reload mobile and other Transaction, Banking businesses include the Three Main activities are: Raise funds, funds flow, and provide other banking services. While Satisfaction is feeling happy or disappointed someone who emerged after comparing the performance (yield) of products thought to the performance (or outcome) is expected. Loyalty is a customer loyal in buying a particular brand of products with a high intensity. This research method, the data used is primary data used population are customers of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Branch Jakarta Industrial Pulogadung at Jl. Pulobuaran No. 2 Pulogadung Region of Industrial Jakarta, amounting to 300,000 people, sampling approach used is purposive sampling, with Slovin formula n = N / (1 + N.e2) obtained a sample of 100 respondents, but because of data collection by using a questionnaire, distributed to 400 respondents returned 365 respondents, but who use mobile banking only 50 respondents. Results obtained by using á = 5%, 95% degree of confidence is as follows:1. Significance of 0,040 which means 0.05 so: Services (mobile banking) positive effect on customer satisfaction Bank Mandiri2. Significance of 0,031, which means 0.05 so: Services (mobile banking) positive effect on customer loyalty Bank Mandiri.3. The significance of 0.035 which means 0.05 so: Customer satisfaction positively affects customer loyalty bank Mandiri.So that it can be concluded that the better the service, the more satisfied customers, and customer satisfaction is increased it will increase the level of customer loyalty. And the better the service will increase the customer loyalty. The suggestions for further research is that research carried out in more detail which is part of mobile banking, such as SMS banking, and so on.

Abstract

The origin of lovebird from the African continent, there are about 25 species with a very attractive color, kept for pleasure, for hobbies, the price is quite high / expensive, has spread to various countries including Indonesia, cultivated including bredding and traded.Maintenance / cultivated of lovebird aims to obtain a lot of children’s offspring children and do bredding / crossed in order to obtain superior offspring in color, sound, movement / action and others, so that if sold can be obtained the sale value (money) is high.Result of case study research on lovebird breeder on Jl. Langgar, RT 04/01 Cipadu, Larangan, Tangerang City obtained the result : R/C = 1,75 which means that the lovebird business is feasible and profits of Rp. 68.670.000,- / year or for Rp. 5.722.000,- / month ( here wage / labor fee has been calculated as much as 2 people).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Supra Primatama Nusantara, Jakarta.“Data analysis methods and techniques used in this research is quantitative analysis to be able to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Supra Primatama Nusantara, Jakarta. Respondents in this study were 78 respondents. The method in this study uses data collection methods, sampling using saturated sampling and analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficients of determination, simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing.“From the results of the calculation of the influence of the work environment on employee performance based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient, a value of 0.718 means that the influence of the work environment on employee performance can be categorized as having a very strong influence. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination (KD) obtained a value of 0.515, this shows that the contribution of the work environment to employee performance is 51.5%, while the remaining 48.5% is influenced by other factors. Furthermore, the results of hypothesis testing show that there is an influence of the work environment on employee performance, this is based on a hypothesis test that can be concluded with a value of tcount ttable that is 8.990 ttable 1.992, in this case Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted there is a significant influence between the work environment on the performance of employees at PT. Supra Primatama Nusantara, Jakarta.

Abstract

Competences of the employees determine the company's ability to expand, innovate, and determine the internal strengths and weaknesses of the company. However, the pattern of workforce in RSIA Prima Medika is below the regulatory standards, both in terms of numbers and competencies. Similarly in terms of compensation, the value of the compensation received by employees in RSIA Prima Medika is lower than the minimum standard of wage in South Tangerang City. This study aims to determine and explain the impact of competence and compensation on employee performance in RSIA Prima Medika. The population studied was paramedics and non-medical employees amounted to 50 people, with saturated sampling technique. Primary data were collected using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using regression techniques, with partial significance test using the t test and simultaneous significance test using the F test. The results showed that competence and compensation simultaneously have significant impact on employee performance, with contribution to employee performance amounted to 56.8%. Based on the partial testing, competence has significant impact on employee performance, while compensation has no significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Increasing the ability of human resources needs to be implemented so that the work productivity of employees can always develop. Efforts to improve human resource capabilities carried out by Dit Poludara Korpolairud on Polri Members in the Fasharkan Sub-Directorate of Poludara Sub-Directorate Korpolairud Baharkam Polri, among others, were carried out through competency and interpersonal communication. Both of these efforts have been carried out, but still the employee’s work productivity still fluctuates.The aim to be achieved in this study was to determine the effect of the level of competency and interpersonal communication on the work productivity of the National Police Members in the Fasharkan Sub-Directorate of the Poludara Sub-directorate of Korpolairud Baharkam Polri.The study was conducted by taking the research population of the National Police Members in Fasharkan Dit Poludara Subdit Korpolairud Baharkam Polri, which amounted to 72 employees. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire given to 44 respondents who were taken by simple random sampling method.The results of the analysis obtained the conclusion that the level of competence and interpersonal communication has a positive influence on employee work productivity both partially and jointly.On the conclusions obtained, the efforts to increase work productivity should be done by improving the level of competence and interpersonal communication because the better the level of competence, the better the work productivity of employees, as well as the better the interpersonal communication, the better work productivity of employees.

Abstract

Social media is a group of internet-based applications built on the ideological and technological framework of Web 2.0, and enables the creation and exchange of information content from internet users. Web 2.0 is the basis for the formation of social media. ) to Brand Awareness (X2) and Brand Image (Y) to PT XL Axiata.The sampling technique used in this study the author uses descriptive methods using survey techniques where each member of the population has the same opportunity to be chosen as a sample as a whole, the sample in this study were 124 samples. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant and positive influence between social media and brand awareness and the brand image of PT XL Axiata. This is possible because consumers of telecommunications operators who currently tend to do a lot of activities and find information about products from social media due to easy ways so that consumers feel the great benefits that can be obtained by using social media.

Abstract

This research seeks to examine the effect of leadership style and organization on organizational commitment in improving employee performance at the Bureau of the Panca Sakti University Bekasi.This research uses proportional random sampling method and the information used in this research is primary information in the form of a questionnaire. The research population amounted to 91 people. On the other hand, the illustration of this research is 40 people. The analytical method used in this study is the Structural Equation (SEM) method from the AMOS 4.0 application. The results of this study show that the cause and effect between the variables that influence the criteria for Goodness of Fit, namely chi square = ( 1144, 691 ) ; Probability=( 0, 058); CMIN/ DF=( 1,069), GFI=( 0, 826); AGFI=( 0, 809); TLI=( 0, 991); CFI=( 0, 992); RMSEA=( 0.017).The results of the study prove that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture, leadership style has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and leadership style has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. on employee performance, and organizational culture that has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.If these findings are developed to improve employee performance, the Bureau of the scope of Panca Sakti University Bekasi needs to look at the factors that affect employee performance, such as leadership style, work culture, and commitment. Because knowing this influence can be used as a reference for designing strategies to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The development of transactions in Indonesia shows good progress and almost all transactions used have been carried out non-cash. People like to use Card-Based Payment Instruments (APMK) to make transactions at merchants or stores. At the same time, the banking industry saw opportunities in the situation, so the bank also provided facilities to process card transactions. PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk as one of the acquiring banks in Indonesia must have a good strategy to deal with competition among other acquiring banks.This study aims to analyze the opportunities and threats faced by the Merchant Business division of PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk, also to show the strengths and weaknesses faced to improve the ratings of the business merchants of PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk in the acquiring industry. Next is to formulate and identify which strategies should be applied in the business merchant division of PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk.The data collection technique for this research is by conducting a study from the Merchant Business of PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk, starting from library studies and direct investigations in the field (Kueisoner, documentation and interviews). The method used for data analysis uses five porter strength analysis for external environmental analysis and porter value chain analysis for internal environment analysis. Then, from the results of internal and external analysis will be arranged into the matrix EFE and IFE. The results of internal and external analysis are combined using the SFAS (Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) matrix to select the dominant factors that significantly influence the merchant business division. For strategy formulations, the SWOT Matrix, Internal-External Matrix, and Grand Strategy matrix are used. Finally, to determine the strategy that will be implemented, the QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) matrix is ??used.The results of this study indicate that there are several strategies that must be implemented within five years. In the first year, the business merchant division of PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk must run a product development strategy. In the second and third year, the market development strategy must be carried out, and in the fourth and fifth years must carry out market penetration strategies.
