Abstract

This research was conducted to design a new trainee acceptance system for Enigma Camp. Enigma previously used a conventional system where the process of accepting trainees was done manually, the obstacle of this system was that it was inefficient in time, cost and labor. The purpose of this research is to design a new web-based system that can be used for uploading trainee data, carrying out tests, and delivering results in one platform. The research method used is a prototype system development method with UML (Unified Modeling Language), Diagrams used in UML, namely: use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The results of the study enable Enigma Camp to run the process of accepting trainees more easily, increase cost and labor efficiency, and reduce human error.

Abstract

SMK Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Jakarta is one of the schools where the scheduling process at this school is still done manually by holding meetings first, so that the preparation of subject schedules takes a long time. In the student attendance process and the recapitulation of attendance data is still done manually, namely by recording in the attendance book, so that there is a risk of recording errors, duplicating or manipulating data. This study aims to build a web-based school attendance and scheduling information system at SMK Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Jakarta with a prototyping system development method and using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to describe the activities that users can perform in the system. System development and programming using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. System testing uses black-box-testing. The result of this research is that the system can make it easier for the school to arrange subject schedules and the student attendance process at SMK Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work discipline on work productivity at PT. Amos Indah Indonesia. This study uses quantitative methods with non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method. Distributing the questionnaire as many as 197 respondents were employees at PT.Amos Indah Indonesia who had met several criteria. This study uses hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression tests that are processed using the SPSS v.25 program. The results showed that, Work Stress and Work Discipline had a significant effect on Work Productivity, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Banking competition is getting tighter so that each bank focuses on service communication strategies to provide good service for customers. In this case study, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk KCU Kelapa Gading has an annual service quality assessment. In 2018-2019, the value of branch service quality decreased. This research uses communication strategy theory with qualitative methodology and descriptive case studies. Data were obtained by using observation techniques, in-depth interviews with informants from PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCU Kelapa Gading, literature studies, and documentation studies. The results of this research discuss customer service communication strategies in serving customers which include how to deliver messages, selection of communication media, methods of delivering messages and grouping customer categories. From the implementation of this communication strategy, customer service can get a value of 5 (very satisfied). Suggestions from the research are expected to maintain a very satisfied value and improve facilities at the branch.

Abstract

Broadcasters is a broadcast style created by broadcasters so that the programs they deliver have their own characteristics. Elgangga Radio's a Betawi accent as his trademark and builds Radio Elgangga's Brand Awareness as a dangdut radio. The purpose of this study was to determine how air personality is formed to build brand awareness in Radio Elgangga 100.3 FM. This study uses Ben G. Hennke's theory which states that the strategies that must be owned include Communication of Ideas, Communication of Personality, Projection of personality, Pronounciation, Voice Control. This study uses a post-positivistic paradigm with a descriptive qualitative research approach. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that the way to communicate with Elgangga Radio broadcasters was using Betawi language to build chemistry or closeness in greeting listeners. So that programs on Radio Elgangga always have loyal listeners.

Abstract

This study uses quantitative research that aims to see whether there is an influence of fundamental factors, economic value added, market value added on stock returns. Measuring fundamental factors with 5 dimensions, namely: current ratio, return on assets, debt equity ratio, price book value, total asset turnover. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2017-2019 period. The number of research samples obtained were 101 companies with purposive sampling method. Data analysis using multiple regression using. The results show that the current ratio, debt equity ratio, total asset turnover, and market value added have a positive effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, return on assets, price book value ,and economic value added have no effect on stock returns.

Abstract

In restaurant tax revenue, there are several components that need to be known how the contribution, effectiveness and increase in the restaurant tax target to the regional original income of DKI Jakarta Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the criteria for contribution, effectiveness, and increase in the presentation of restaurant tax targets as a source of PAD for DKI Jakarta Province in 2015 – 2019. The data analysis method used was descriptive qualitative analysis using secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the restaurant tax contribution is included in the "Very Bad". Meanwhile, the effectiveness of hotel tax revenue on the target includes "Very Effective" with an average yield of 100.6% per year. And, the increase in the restaurant tax target in presentation increased by an average of 12.15% per year

Abstract

The aim of this research is to provide empirical evidence about the effect of operating cash flow, leverage, and company size on earnings management. The population this research are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2019. The samples of this study are 195 data using proposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The result of this research show that operating cash flow has positive effect on earnings management and company size has negative effect on earnings management. But leverage has no effect on earnings management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of firm size, audit opinion and stock ownership on audit delay. The population in this study is all companies in the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method which produces a sample of 39 companies with a total of 195 observations. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with a fixed effect model approach. The results of the partial test show that firm size has a positive effect on audit delay, audit opinion has no effect on audit delay and public ownership has a negative effect on audit delay.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Audit Fee, Audit Tenure and Audit Rotation on Audit Quality. The sampling in this study of 26 financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2019 with purposive sampling method. Data obtained from the company’s financial statements that have been publication. The number of samples was obtained from 26 companies with total 78 sample.Quality audits in this study using a proxy public accounting firm size.The analysis technique that used in this study is logistic regression with a significance level of 5%. The results in this study indicates that (1) Audit Fee has significant positive effect on Audit Quality (2) Audit Tenure does not affect the Qualit of the audit, and (3) Audit Rotation does not affect the Quality of the Audit
