KALBISIANA Jurnal Sains, Bisnis dan Teknologi adalah jurnal akses terbuka akademik yang bertujuan untuk mempromosikan integrasi sains, bisnis dan teknologi. Fokusnya adalah menerbitkan makalah tentang sains, bisnis dan teknologi. Makalah yang dikirimkan akan ditinjau oleh komite teknis jurnal. Semua artikel yang dikirimkan harus merupakan artikel asli, hasil penelitian yang sebelumnya tidak pernah dipublikasikan, eksperimental atau teoritis, dan akan ditinjau oleh reviewer. Artikel yang dikirimkan ke jurnal harus memenuhi kriteria ini dan tidak boleh sedang dipertimbangkan untuk publikasi di tempat lain. Naskah harus mengikuti gaya jurnal dan dapat ditelaah dan diedit.

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Objectives on Employee Performance at KPP Pratama Jakarta Tebet. There are three variables in this study which include organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods through google form by distributing questionnaires. The results of distributing questionnaires were used as measuring tools in data collection techniques because researchers could not come directly to the research site. The data collection technique is done online. From the results of the questionnaire distribution, the number of employees who filled out the questionnaire was 60 respondents who were employees of KPP Pratama Jakarta Tebet. The sampling technique in this study, the use of quota sampling technique which is from non-probability sampling and data analysis processed using the SPSS 22 application. The results of the study shows that the organizational culture variable has no significant effect on employee performance, the job satisfaction variable has a significant influence on employee performance and the organizational culture variable and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to see the return on assets, debt to assets ratio, and current ratio to financial distress. Financial distress can be done by all companies, both large and small companies. In this study, the method used is quantitative research, with research methods using literature review from scientific journals. This study shows the results that show that the return on assets to financial distress, debt to asset ratio has an effect on financial distress, and the current ratio has no effect on financial distress.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of understanding the code of ethics of the accounting profession, and human intelligence on the ethical behavior of Kalbis Institute students. The population in this study were active students in the Kalbis Institute morning class class 2017 – 2020. The number of samples in this study was 125 students and by proportional random sampling the amount of research data obtained was 95 students. The data analysis method used is simple and multiple linear regression. The test results show a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be ascertained that understanding the code of ethics of the accounting profession, and human intelligence affect the ethical behavior of Kalbis Institute students.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of the proportion of independent commissioners from manufacturing companies, audit committees who have more ability in accounting for the management of company financial statements and whether internal audit has a close relationship with accrual-based earnings management as a moderating variable. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies. The number of research samples that have been obtained are 19 companies using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is path analysis using E-views 10. The results of this study indicate that the audit committee has a positive effect on earnings management in the company, the proportion of independent commissioners has no effect on company earnings management and internal audit has a negative effect on accrual basis earnings management as a variable. moderation. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, and leverage on financial distress. This study uses quantitative data. The population in this study were all transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2016 - 2019. The sample selection method used purposive sampling method and obtained the number of research samples as many as 26 companies with a total of 104 observational data. The data analysis in this study used the Eviews version 10. The results showed that liquidity with the current ratio proxy had an effect on financial distress conditions. Profitability with the return on assets (ROA) proxy has no effect on financial distress and leverage with the debt ratio proxy has no effect on financial distress.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of audit rotation, audit tenure, and KAP reputation on audit quality. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique and the number of samples in the study was 90 manufacturing companies so that the number of research observations was 270 observations. This study uses logistic regression analysis. The results of the conclusion conclude that audit rotation has a negative and significant effect on audit quality, audit tenure has no significant effect on audit quality and KAP's reputation has no significant effect on audit quality. on audit quality.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and audit opinion on audit delay with audit quality as a moderating variable. The sample used in this study is a manufacturing company that is consistently listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2019 period, with a total sample of 63 companies using the purposive sampling method with the data analysis method using the panel data regression method. The results of this study indicate that profitability has no effect on audit delay, liquidity has no effect on audit delay, audit opinion has no effect on audit delay, audit quality is able to moderate profitability on audit delay and quality is not able to moderate liquidity and audit opinion on audit delay.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of interaction design, customer review and promotion on the assessment of online credibility on tokopedia application. This study used validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests both partial and simultaneous with the help of spss version 20 programs. The sample was taken by 185 respondents. The research uses quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique method. Data collection is done by disseminating questionnaires using the Likert scale to measure each statement. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between interaction design, customer review and promotion on online credibility assessment on Tokopedia application.]]>
